Moving cities and finding a new stylist can be a daunting task! I'm happy to report we had an incredible experience with Claire. She listens and provides advice and direction. You can sense immediately that you are being heard and she understands exactly what you want. Claire cut our sons curly hair which can be difficult and it turned out great. Then tackling my request of wanting to 'embrace my grey but still look pulled together" expertly. So happy with my cut and colour. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience while in the salon two days ago but I had a shower within the next twenty four hours of my hair being dyed and it turned pink with a weird blonde spot now I have naturally dark hair so we had to bleach my hair and then put color on it I was told red faded fast but I was always told two or three weeks not within twenty four hours by the way I spent 600 for it

Yesterday I visited your salon for a wash and cut I had the honor of shelly being my stylist she was amazing and I couldn't be more pleased thank you!

The one and only time i had my hair done was by Ashley. She is awesome. Unfortunately she had to postpone my 2nd appointment. I then wanted to reschedule so called and whoever answered was abrupt and rude, almost as if I was an inconvenience. I will not be returning to this salon.

Krishna was my stylist and she was wonderful! She exceeded my expectations and gave what exactly what I asked for. Throughout entire experience she made me feel comfortable and overall it was great experience.

I’ve been coming here for years but took my daughter for her first hair cut at age 6. She has curly hair and we booked with Marjorie and I can only say good about her and the experience. My daughter loved it and Marjorie made it a very memorable day for us. My daughter will be back as a repeat with Marjorie for sure. Thank you!

Even I don’t want to give them 1 star ️ there was discrimination so I went today over there to ask about my hairs done but so receptionist called a one girl to get my appointment but she was making face on me because I am Indian and she was trying to avoid me as well so well am support worker and RN as well but when I provide a care to my client I never feel someone is Canadian, black or brown so they need to learn manners and professionalism. Such shame on these people

I was having such a hard time deciding what to do with my hair but I desperately needed a change. Ashley was amazing to work with. She immediately made me feel a sense of calm and she did an AMAZING job with the curls and colour will definitely be returning

Have had my hair done by Kristie 2 times now and she is soooo sweet and has done such a fantastic job! I appreciate a stylist who can give me their honest opinion and work with my indecisiveness (LOL), and who most importantly asks me what I like and how I style my hair She is so knowledgeable and really helped me understand how to style and upkeep my hair and gave me advice on what styles suit me best! I also appreciate that even after so many months passed since she did my hair she still remembered my name, and my preferences and little details we talked about before. I will absolutely come back to get my hair done by her, she made this experience an 11/10 for me! So sweet, so professional, so funny and sooo talented! THANK YOU KRISTIE!

First time in for a haircut, great experience. Friendly staff with great energy and a fantastic haircut.

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job permanently straightening my daughter's super curly hair. We couldn't have been happier with the results. Ashley definitely deserves 5 stars ️️️️️

I went for a scheduled eyebrow wax today only to be told the esthetician won’t wax my eyebrows because I use retinol. I have been using retinol for years and waxing and it’s never come up. This was my second wax appointment at this establishment, and the girl who did them 3 weeks ago asked if I used retinol and opted to use hard wax when I said I did. I’m not sure why this wouldn’t be mentioned at the time of booking if it’s an issue - many people use retinols. Very frustrating to arrive to appointment and be on the table being told I wouldn’t be receiving the service I booked and came to. Will not be returning.

Absolutely love the services I get there massage was absolutely super as always literally had a headache which is gone now fully thanks for the massage
And then as always love Jamie’s service with my hair she always makes my hair style really nice and classy forsure as always will be going back to Jamie even though it’s a travel from Trenton lol
Jamie will be my regular hair dresser that’s forsure

For valentines day my husband wanted me to pamper myself since it's been awhile. I booked a hair colour and cut as well as a massage and facial for a separate day (they couldn't accommodate doing it the same day, which is fine) I got my hair done and it was amazing and turned out really well. My spa day has turned into a nightmare. I scheduled it 3 times and was cancelled each time. The third time I got there and was told they tried to call me. Even though I have a confirmation text from them 2 hours before my appointment. Highly recommend the hair but not the spa services.
