Timing and client support are only jokes at this clinic. I found them accidentally on Instagram and booked an appointment. I drove all the way up from downtown to Aurora to get my first treatment. The front desk asked me to sit down and wait to be called by the therapist. I waited for 30 MINUTES but she didn't show up and even nobody came to give any explanations. Of course I left the clinic with a huge frustration since I lost lots of time leading to no result. She called me 8 minutes after I left to see why I was not there! Which means she literally had a 38-minute delay. Not recommended to those who value their time!
