Samantha is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares and believes in about the services she’s is offering. She spent a lot of time making sure our policy was right for us, and explaining things we did not understand. She is always very happy to answer questions and is very responsive. We are happy to have an agent like her.

My insurance company is the best ever! They send me a Birthday card every year! Plus, they let me know well ahead of time before my next insurance is due! They give me Time Horton's cards. I've told them a few personal information of myself only cause I needed to let it out. They always remember stuff like that to keep their concern on going to let them know how I'm feeling! They're interested in you and your life and family! I just love my insurance company, I'll never leave them!

Spoke with Helen Li and she took care of my families insurance needs. It was nice to treated with respect. Helen listened to what my family needed and put together a coverage plan that fit my budget and it was less than what i was currently paying.
