Quality of food has gone down everything tasted bland. Generous portions is great but quality is the most important!

Very nice place to have a great tasting breakfast, service is amazing it's just very small so at first glance it may leave you apprehensive but once that feeling subsidized your in for a treat!

I've had a lot of the food off the menu and have yet to be disappointed, eat in, or take out. I have always found Sam's to be the go to place, esp when working and need something quick. The owner is a wonderful person and makes the place what it is. Many of my friends have also had food from here and no complaints. I will always support him as he is local, his menu is good, and he and his staff make the visit comfy. Thanks Sam!

My partner and I got the Philly cheesesteak, chicken Parmesan sandwich and mozzarella sticks! We are so happy to have found this hidden gem. Will be coming back soon to try their submarines

Great food and excellent service packed into this little place! Ive ordered their breakfast and banquet burger and both were made to perfection. Juicy burger, and perfectly cooked eggs with crispy hashbrowns. On top of that, the ladies that worked there were so pleasant. Definitely worth a try!

Unfortunately Sam’s did not live up to my expectations, I ordered two sandwiches a meat ball and a chicken parmigiana hogie.
The meat ball was dry and not edible, the chicken was not recognizable as it was overcooked in dirty oil with the second major ingredient “parmigiana” absent.
I wish Sam’s all the best, perhaps at some point they will learn to cook.

I thought it was closed (then opened 20 mins late). It was unfortunate that i found a hair in my hashbrowns. The food pricing is really good. The food was very tasty aswell. I would like to return at some point hoping that the services will improve.

I will be honest and say that I wanted to have breakfast here for a long time, but was not able to do it since I lived nearby and having breakfast outside the house was unheard of in our culture.
But today I had the Sam’s Special Breakfast and it was worth the while.
The food was amazing and especially the people in the restaurant were so welcoming…
I will do breakfast again…

We have visit this restaurant quite a few times in the past month, service and food is fantastic, tonight we decided to order in and the Philly sandwiches and poutine were awesome.

Absolutely amazing, the food, the value, and the people. This will be my go to breakfast and lunch in Brampton

One of the best subs I’ve had in a long time! The bread and meat was very fresh and delicious. Sam was friendly and personable with the regulars who came in during my visit. I’d love to come back soon!

I was raised in the area and just happend to be around for lunch time today. Its been a while. I noticed a sandwich joint so I gave it a shot. Absolutely tremendous sandwich. Fresh, flavorful, owners were friendly. Hit the spot so good i had to fight myslef to not go back in and have another one. Unbeknownst to them it was my birthday. I'll be returning soon.

Sam is a charmer. Great wee spot for if you have a hankering for a Philly heese steak. Well done Sam.

I am so surprised I've never been here before until now. I have lived around the corner on bramalea for almost 3 years now and I guess I don't venture Balmoral frequently.

Anywho, it's family day and I didn't know if they would he open so I called. I must have hung up before owner answer and he called me right back! Verified they were indeed open and was very welcoming.

My daughter and I have felt like family here on out little adventure out this morning. From how he were treated from start until finish.

The food was great! My daughter enjoyed every last bite minus few bites of toasts. The pancakes are the size of their plate and you get two of them:)

I can't wait to try what they have to offer for lunch and dinner.

Visted today at this place, the food is fantastic i ordered chicken sandwich and tracy was very kind enough to serve me and i loved the service.
Overall a big thumbs ups!
