My mom & I went to STC Samsung to get the Samsung S23+. Denzel was the person who assisted and helped my mom explaining everything and made sure she understood what she was signing up for along with giving us a great deal! For the first time ever, dealing with a cell phone company was delightful. Highly recommended! Great service!

This place has only phones and tablets. But is possible to get some good deals. I already 3 items from there because the prices were excellent, but some of the top items, you have to order online. The staff are very helpful.

Bought the Samsung S22 Ultra and Gary was awesome in presenting the phone's features, following up and closing the sale. Gary stayed over an hour pass his shift to help me set up my new phone, he answered all my questions and offered honest advice. Thank you Gary, awesome job!

I have been here twice, and my experience was amazing, the young men that helped me on both my visits were great, very efficient and stayed and keep me in gaged in step as they were fixing my phone issue, not once did they just go off and do other things,
If they knew we were going to have a wait time they asked if it was okay to help others while we were waiting before just going off, they kept me in eye view incase I needed them right away, that is what I call Wowing the guest. Amazing upbringing as customer service and manner of that quality are taught from the beginning, keep up the great job guys I am sorry I did not record their names but you are amazing
I am not your parent but from what I have seen your parents and company should be very proud of you.

Came here today for my husband to get a tablet for school. Great staff, super friendly and approachable. The staff made the transition so simple. We did a trade in for a little off the device and it turned to my husband receiving more, from a student discord to other services. At most it was 15 minutes and so quick!

Went to purchase a new phone at the Scarborough Town Center.walked away with an S22, charger, and case, all set and ready to go.
Special thanks to Tim for his patience, and EXCELLENT customer service, as he took the time to make sure everything from the old phone was backed up & transferred.

UPDATE: 04/27/22
Returned to the store again because the S22 is about the most complicated, poorly designed phone I've ever had, and I've owned cell phones for about 29 years.
That being said, Tim wasn't there when I arrived, so a guy named Coy, /*sorry if I didn't get the correct spelling*/, offered to help, and after well over an hour, was finally able to get the problem resolved to some degree.
By this time, Tim had arrived, and since I'd arranged to meet with him on the last visit, I thanked Coy for his help, and completed the rest of my business with Tim, which was setting up a new account.
Once again, outstanding customer service from BOTH of these gentlemen. I certainly hope the people that run this location appreciate the value of the people they employ. It's unfortunate though, that the quality and standards of the new Samsung products don't match that of the people they hire.

I really wish I could give a rating lower than 1-star. I bought a Galaxy S20fe on 22nd November, I didn't like the phone so went to return it on 07th December (which was day 15th). Niluxan started dealing with me. Initially he tells me that the return policy is 14 days. I show him on the invoice, where it says 15 days. Then he tells me that store policy is that the day I bought my phone will be counted as the first day, which means 15 days were done on 06th December. I request him to see the Manager. First he claims to be the manager, then he tells me Chiragh (the actual manager) is not at work today and even if he asks for his approval, it'll still take Chiragh 2-3 days to approve. I asked Niluxan to state his reason for refusal in a video I can present it as a proof to Samsung and CRTC, he refuses and then as agrees to write about the denial on the invoice. I took the invoice and left the store. Then called Samsung helpline immediately and the rep tells me that according to Samsung's policy, today would be day 15th and I was well within my right to get a refund. While I was on the call with Samsung, I get a call from the store, and they inform me that Manager Chiragh has approved the return and I can come back to the store and return the device. I go back to the store and I see Chiragh is there, who according to Niluxan was not working that day. Then Chirgah dealt with me, he took the device back, refunded me and I was out in 5 mins. Just goes to show, how easily they can lie to avoid a return. I'll make sure to never return to that store ever again and make sure none of my friends or family members ever go there too.

I am writing this comment in the hope that there will be no more victims like me! They are especially friendly when I buy a mobile phone! But after a few days, When there is a problem with the product and want to return or replace, and they were extremely bad. They said that if there is a problem with the product, it should be replaced or returned within 48 hours after purchase. I wonder if the 15-day return promised by them is a lie? Finally, I was driven out of the store by a middle-aged man around 40 years old. He told me to connect to the online service myself.
The online service center also refuses to return or exchange. The customer service is beyond terrible. The warranty procedure is even worse. It has now taken over a month and the case is still "in progress".
Very bad experience. I never buy Samsung products again.

I went to the samsung store to check out the new foldables (Z Flip 3 & Z Fold 3). I talked to Wayne and specifically said "this is your chance to sway an all time Apple user". His service was spot on! There wasn't one moment I felt like Wayne was becoming TOO SALESY. He allowed me to use the phones and showed me all the new and exciting features. Wayne related them to my life and work experience and shortly after I sold my IPhone 12 pro max and got a Z Fold 3 as my personal phone and a Z Flip 3 as my business phone. It has been a long time coming checking the new foldable iterations and finally having the confidence to make the switch, thank you Samsung for the innovation and the great service. And thank you Wayne for swaying a happy iPhone user to a happier Samsung user.

The most polite, respectful and friendliest group of individuals all collectively working together at one store. The managers (Chirag and Happy) are fantastic and their staff (Sowmya and Wayne) share that same positive and genuine attitude. They all have a customer-first approach and they all made me feel like my experience was their priority. I had to get a new phone and when I called the store about getting information and potentially putting a phone on hold. I spoke with an associate named Wayne, he took the time to actually talk and listen to me with questions I had about the product. When I went to pick up the phone at the store. Wayne was fantastic, he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the phone and the different products they carry, helpful by setting my phone up, and being honest. I really enjoyed dealing with the Samsung Experience Store at Scarborough Towne Centre. If you ever need a Samsung please ask for Wayne he is great!

Worst customer service, Chirag Patel (manager of the location) is rude. I went there to return the case of z fold 3, he took the second person in line before me (just because I want to return). He even ask me if I paid for the case I want to return. Same order number I returned buds2, without even looking in detail they were saying is already returned. When I mentioned and they look into they say yes. They were so happy to see that 15 days after delivery is passed so they through my case to me, worst experience with Samsung how can they hire and keep these rude person as manager. On asking of his name be rudely say"Don't worry do whatever you want I'm Manager of location".
Really like the services of Samsung but hate the people working in Samsung kiosks. Chiraj Patel is worst in customer service especially when he is managing an office.

I wouldn't say anything particularly about the store but samsung as a whole deserves 0 star, worst customer service I have ever experienced after several years of buying and trying products from different companies and stores. Samsung doesn't even own up to their mistakes if their product has issues they will simply say we don't owe you a refund or exchange we can just help with repair no matter how many times it stops working. Their associates especially contact centre associates don't know what they're talking about either. After being with Samsung for several years now I understand why people prefer Apple because atleast they get security and piece of mind, Samsung has lost it after that galaxy note 7 blast they stopped looking into customer concerns. I have written complaints, spoke to their useless customer department to no avail. I would give them negative stars if I could

Chirag the store manager is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me locate the phone I decided to buy. It was not in stock but he took my name and number and called me today as he promised! He helped me with the payment process and assured me that he will assist me to transfer over the information to my new phone. This is my first new phone in ten years and I am an older not so tech savvy woman. I am so grateful for his patience, kindness and help! This is exceptional care and customer service! I would recommend him and this store to everyone wanting to buy a Samsung Product. They are the best as my 10 year old phone is still going strong, but time to update! Made a call to this kiosk yesterday and Coi was able to place the item on hold for me. He was very knowledgeable over the phone when I inquired about stock availability as well as Financing.

Today, I received exceptional customer service and he was very generous to add in promotional offers to my purchase. My overall experience was amazing and I am so glad I came in today. This gentleman took good care of my purchase and the transfer from my old phone to my new one. He explained every bit of detail that is important for a customer to know.

I highly recommend coming here, even if you are just inquiring. I'd give more stars if I could.

Ive been to a couple of Samsung store in the city but this one been the best Stephen, Coi and Ahraam are some of the best employees I've come into contact with, the galaxy Consultant Stephen was able to help me out when no else was able too, and I've gone everywhere for help he was nice patient and kind alot of people talk bad about Samsung, but those 3 employees have me coming back I have also recommended my friends to go there and they said the same thing about Stephen, Coi and Ahraam they love there interaction with them

Very impressed with the quick and efficient service at this pop-up location. Hope they get permanent place in STC. What was very impressive was watching one of the youngsters COVID sanitize everything in sight when he was between helping clients. Management of the location has a well-trained team working there.

Samsung BAD EXPERIENCE, Money Grabber Went to this place for my A70 repair and Carey quoted me $200 for the repair, I specifcally told her its water damage and the phone is not powering up, so i said go ahead if $200 more than that i will not go for repair because i bought the phone for $430, after a couple of days they called me that the repair cost me $550 and i was surprised and i told them i will not go for repair, the WORST thing she charged me a $79 plus tax deposit that will be deducted for the repair but what happen she did not tell me that the deposit is non refundable, and she kept on telling me this is diagnostic fee, How could be diagnostic I already told her about the problem and she told me the cost of the repair will be approx $200, DONT GO HERE FOR A REPAIR OF YOUR SAMSUNG EQUIPMENT UNLESS ITS COVERED BY WARRANTY, GO TO A THIRD PARTY REPAIR SHOP, my warrant got voided because of the water damage.
WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS SAMSUNG BAD EXPERIENCE SCARBORUGH TOWN CENTER, Dont even waste your time talking to the MANAGER, IT WILL BE USELESS, HE WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL

If new technology is your passion, drop into this newly opened Samsung Experience pop-up store located on the upper level of the Scarborough Town Centre right where the former STC Mall Customer Service/Information Kiosk used to be located.

Now, the selection is not as overwhelming as the store I go to at Sherway Gardens but you'll get an idea of what is the latest portable device on the market today; mobile phones, watches, tablets, etc.

Staff are excited to speak with you and can answer your questions!

Worst experience I ever had when I bought the phone. Worst customer service and irresponsible store manager who doesn't know how to treat the customer. So absent minded gave me S20 ultra for S20+ price and for the mistake they did I had to go to the store for 5 days leaving my job. They never bothered compensating for the loss I went through. So disappointing!
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS STORE!

I recently purchased my current phone at this location. Coi was super helpful. I went with his recommendation on purchasing the s20+ and am glad I did! I had a difficult time setting up my monthly payment plan due to having my old phone stolen and of course I was under a bit of stress because of that - despite the struggles, he went above and beyond to help me with this purchase. I definitely appreciate his service. I hope his excellent customer service skills gets recognized by management.

The store itself is small and can get limited in space during busy hours - yet they are maintaining it neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.
