We wanted to send an arrangement to someone in The Junction area of Toronto, so we happened upon this shop. We liked what we saw on the website, but it seemed nothing we wanted was available. I called up to check and was glad I did — I was very pleased with the help and advice I received and the whole process was delightful.

Our selection was delivered when promised and the recipient was delighted with our gift and sent a photo — it was even nicer than I’d expected!

Thank you, San Remo! The flowers were gorgeous! The note was written in great handwriting. My wife loved them! The reason why it's four stars and not five is two-fold: 1) The delivery person did not follow instructions. I asked them to call me, and they knocked without calling sort of spoiling the surprise 2) I called and asked if the vase will be the same as on the picture. The person on the other end confirmed stock. I was expecting a White vase but got a glass vase.

My mother-in-law loved her gorgeous birthday flowers. They were delivered early in the day and the delivery person was great! I will definitely order again from San Remo.

The location is quite industrial. But, the staff is great and the flowers - both quality and presentation - are the best I've purchased. Probably one of the best florists in the GTA.
