Midnight takeout, this is sooooo good.don't let the previous bad reviews stop you from ordering, I promise you whatever they might be they definitely changed.

I am a Regular at this restaurant, and I have to say I have never been disappointed with their service or quality of food. The Asian lady working during the day shift is extremely friendly, and is always generous with the white sauce for my chicken and rice. Whereas other restaurants charge extra for white sauce, Sana Grill doesn't, and is always generous with the sauce just the way I like it:)

It is a warm and cozy place with delicious food. I tried chicken shwarma and chicken rice. The owner, Ms Jennifer is really kind and welcoming. She offers variety of dishes to choose from!

Normally I really enjoy the food here.but today it and the service were terrible. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of past experiences.the chicken was awful, dry, over cooked and tasted off, they didn't include my drink and the service was very rushed and off putting

No sauce in the rice idk why that is way too ridiculous can y’all imagine that chicken rice without any sauce? How can I eat?

I’ve ordered from this place a few times, and only the first time the food was okay, all other times it was inedible. Shawarma drenched in sauce, rice drenched in sauce, rice drenched in sauce, not surprised someone got food poisoning here. DISGUSTING!

I’m going to have to go with a no for this chicken and rice. The texture of the chicken is like eating canned meat and the rice is super hard. The only good thing really is the garlic sauce.

What a great, delicious food. I had the shawrma on rice which was just amazing. Such a great service and good owner. Will definitely go back.

Called the place up and ordered a steak rice and a chicken rice both with salad. The orders came out to roughly $30 and he included 2 pieces of pita bread and a can of soda each. The food was fresh and super delicious. When we showed up he customized our orders to our liking. 5 stars all the way. Please see pictures.

The food is good but there is no Halal sign inside or outside of the restaurant. They should mentioned it if it is Halal.

The best chicken on rice in the entire city. They have the best rice, perfectly cooked chicken and the white sauce is incredible. The staff are super friendly and very quick at making your order.

Good food for decent prices. I got the chicken Shawarma sandwich and the gyro wrap, my wife got the falafel sandwitch.

The store does not cheap out when making the sandwiches, they might look smaller than the average wrap but they are stuffed.

The gyro is spot on, one of my favourite gyros in town, the chicken, is more shredded than shawarma, but tasty nonetheless.

Falafel is made fresh to order which is always a plus.

Worthy to note, the sandwitch structure is layered, the meat and salad are seperate layers so most bites are meat only or salad only. This is not a complaint for me personaly, but my wife is not a fan.

Worst food i ever had! I ordered butter chicken and there was hardly a chicken in there.it was rice all over

I ordered chicken rice and the taste itself was pretty good no doubt. The sauce and minced onions helped. However the reason for 1 star is that, Sana grill by far is the stingiest restaurant when it comes to adding meat on their food. I’m comparing it with Lazeez, Vida, Azal, Basilique so I have a decent reference point. I kid you not. The chicken shawarma was I believe minced? Yes. It was that little. I cannot believe I spent what I spent eating rice and sauce.

Update: I tried Villa Madina (great!) and Osmows (meh) after this. This is still the worst.

The food is well proportioned for the cost and more the terrific in the flavor department. The service is fantastic and I would recommend a stop here to anyone who is particular to Gyros or shawarma plates of any sort. Enjoy, I certainly did!

The chicken shawarma pizza is fantastic. Good sauce and very little crust. And their garden salad is actually AMAZING for a pizza place! Lots of veggies - radishes - delicious!

The price and the amount of food almost made not want to eat. The size of the food selection that we chose was over 70 dollars of food apparently. We had to order again from somewhere else. Not pleased never order here.

Yea I love this store, although the interior looks dirty, but no one care. We care about food, it’s definitely delicious.

This is the worst food ive had aince moving to hamilton. Everything we ordered was horrible.

Quality of the food and service has gone downhill at this location. Chicken shawarma tastes as if there is some Tuna or canned chicken filler thrown in there. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to LuLu’s a few blocks over.

There are many other places where you can get the same food with better taste and quality. They also need to improve their hygiene.

Place really changed for the better. There isnt anymore of that smell. Also, 2nd best places from all of sana grills.

DISAPPOINTING! Don’t order from here. Prices are great but extremely disappointing. I order the Chicken and rice. It was all rice with little flecks of Chicken in it. Could not believe it, they clearly added the scrapings from the bottom of the spit.

Overpriced. The food is edible, but nothing is kept to standard. Hole in the wall place if you can't find anything else open but other than that I wouldn't spend my money here again, looks dirty inside.

So disappointed with the service today. Will never order from here again - listen to this.
I’ve spend probably hundreds of dollars here over time through ordering via skip the dishes. I always put in my notes for them to make my chicken and rice with no white sauce. Well today I got white sauce so I called and was told to “take it off with a fork”. I kindly said no because it will still be in the food and I can’t eat that. So he gave me a bit of a hard time and then said he will send it out for me. An hour later I called back to see where my food was and my number was blocked from calling the store. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The chicken shawarma slaps, but I was also hella drunk when I ate it, so who knows. Really nice guy though.

The shawarma pizza is the best I ever had, amazing sauce. The staff is also very chill. My wife and I love this place a lot!
