Best selection, best prices, best staff, best shop. There’s shops much closer to where I live, but I always go out of my way to go here. 15 years strong!

Was in here a few weeks ago. I've been skating all my life and some Asian guy was working the counter. He was extremely rude and was trying to make fun of something I was trying to order. His actual knowledge on products and brands is laughable. Come to find out he's the owner or manager. This shop is nice but very poorly ran by a guy who's never even been on a skate. Much less know products and how to sell or up sell anything. I was embarrassed for him as I asked questions. Never going here again! Stay clear!

Son of a nutcracker. I have never experienced customer service like this. Will definitely be using this shop again.

Customer service is 10/10 ️! I was so happy to talk to Charles he helped me find the right size for my protective gear pack and made me feel so confident and happy with my purchase, he is an Angel! I highly recommend everyone check the place out they have HUGE STOCK OF EVERYTHING and the staff is so welcoming and kind with the customers! They also had very great prices compared to other places I had checked! Thanks again guys your all so awesome will definitely be coming back!

Support small business! They have the highest quality, and largest selection of equipment. I got snowboard boots (Vans One & Done / Hana Beaman) and I'm super satisfied and hyped on them. They made sure I tried on a bunch of boots and sizes. All the dudes are so knowledgeable, attentive and patient. Happy I came by - and will be back again for more!

I went in to have my bindings fixed after the bolts were stripped by another retailer. Aaron was so helpful and patient when dealing with my board. He really took the time to make sure that I had the perfect set up. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back!

When you’re ready for that gear upgrade and want to support a local shop, this feels like the right place. None of this “we don’t carry that brand” vibe from other stores. Vendor relationship drama perhaps. Consumers don’t care, just give us great products and a variety to choose from. I like Sanction for that. Genuine crew, helpful staff.

Came here to buy my gf a new snowboard. Had an idea of what we wanted for her until we saw the amount of snowboard selection they have here. WICKED STAFF and STORE and to top it off they made sure I got the sale discount even though it wasn't marked down. This place will definitely be my new go to shop. Walked in knowing which nitro boot to scoop and was promptly and accurately assessed with brief and concise queries by sales associate to the appropriate boot to satisfy stiffness and skill level.thank you again for your service.

The boss is super patient! I will recommend suitable products, let me try many pairs of shoes, and choose the most comfortable one. The ski equipment is very complete, basically meeting all needs. Awesome!

Spent nearly $1000 and I was hoping to leave the store with a happy face but I guess their support is “limited. ” While the store carries many different snowboards, their customer service is weak just like some other reviewers say here. The rep I was talking with was constantly distracted by other customers, who did NOT ask for his help. In the end he just finished my board’s setting and left me alone. I still needed some support, which he didn’t seem to care about. I had to call him again, but It was not a pleasant experience. If you know your stuff and don’t need much assistance, you’ll be fine. But otherwise, well… good luck

Reply to the store: I did acknowledge that the store had many different snowboards which is a plus point, which is the reason that I raised a star. I left a review about the customer service, not about the items you sold me. So what is the point of saying “feel free to return the items”
I’m sorry you and your staff did your best but still received this review from me. I’m also sorry that you had a busy day and had to support multiple customers at the same time. I appreciate your help and I really wanted to love this place. But if your store has some negative reviews and if there is a similar opinion, you may hear them first, instead of advice to return the items.
