Booked the 9 hour session with them from 12am-9am which I’ve done a few times before but this time I was running a few minutes late due to a family situation. Regardless upon arrival I rang the doorbell multiple times with no answer. There’s no number to call & any email I’ve previously sent in the past with previous issues still hasn’t been replied to. Was looking forward to this session & now I drove all the way from the west to the east only to stand out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night & have my attempts of ringing the doorbell for entry ignored. I then had to drive all the way back home in the west Very disappointed! Still haven’t received any type of response 12 hours later. Will update review as necessary

Paid for a 3 hour session. No one let us in. Its been 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them. Scam

Sandbox studios is easily the best studio i’ve attended. The pricing is unmatched, and the experience is just as good. Staff are very friendly, studio is very clean, equipment is pretty good, and overall a fun environment. I have been to this studio several times and it is always a great experience.highly recommend.

Clean and spacious studio space for all types of shoots. Booking very easy. Had a great conversation with the owners of the studio, they have a great vibe - lovely people! Will definitely look into booking this space again.

The studio experience was amazing! This was my first time here and it was very spacious for a plain white background. It comes with a recording studio with microphone equipment and lounge area. Totally recommend!

Been regularly booking here since 2020 and always happy to be back. Sandbox will always be one of my favourite studios in Toronto as some of my best projects happened in this space. 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone looking for that all white space or something that's versatile to transform.

The studio space is incredible! It was my first time coming here and it was the perfect space for creating film/photo content. If anyone is looking for a studio space, it's a great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! <3

Very affordable space. Booked it same week for a commercial shoot I had, booking process we smooth and easy and staff was very nice and hospitable. Would definitely recommend.

I've worked in Studio 2 a couple of times now, and will no doubt return. It's great value. Location is amazing as well, there is parking - everything is automated and clearly described. Communication is great - and to add to that the Owner went out of her way to accommodate me! She saw I was worried about my shoot day, spoke to me and made arrangements so that I could do my project. If you're self-reliant and can organize your own production, this space is a GREAT option. For someone like me that shoots often I know a fair price and great customer service when I see it.

Amazing business run by amazing people, the studio 2 videography and photography studio made my dreams into a reality. I highly recommend using this space for any of your creative endeavours!

Everything about sandbox is surrounded with genuine integrity and honestly it feels like home. If you want to feel like you have nothing to lose and have nothing but positive motivation towards your purpose. Go play in the sandbox.

Being relatively new to the studio experience, I was in need of professional guidance and a steady diet of patience. This is exactly what I was given in my first session at Sandbox Studios.
The lead engineer, KR, is vastly experienced, extremely competent, and most importantly, patient with his clients. He is genuinely invested in your vision and works towards getting the best out of the artist, all while adding his skill and unique touch to the product. The culmination is the maximization of your products potenital. Definitely recommend!

Sandbox Studios was dope! The owner, Rooks, was really humble and down to earth and she uplifted the artist recording in the studio encouraging to keep pushing in the industry. The audio engineer, Yuri, was very nice and knows what he is doing. Very kind and also talented with musical background knowledge. There was a miscommunication with the pricing and I was short by a large margin and the owner said She will cover the rest. Unbelievable. If you are contemplating on what studio to use in Toronto, Sandbox is the way to go! They even have a photo studio as well. 5 stars all the way!
