For more than 18 years, my family and I have placed our trust in this clinic. For 15 years, we lived in Brampton and came here. For past 3 years, we live in Ottawa. However, my parents, grandmother, sister, nephews, niece, wife and I continue to drive 4 hours to come to Gore Ebenezer FAMILY Dentistry. Because they continue to treat us like FAMILY.

I would like to present my highest gratitude to Gunita and all the staff for their kindness, the quality of the customer service that they are offering, their dedication and professionalism.

If you are looking for the best dentist in town (scratch that, best dentist in the province), look no further because this is the one.

The place was great back when they first opened however, as time went on and the place grew, with multiple locations open now, the service has become money oriented and unprofessional. After I got my braces removed, I got top and bottom permanent retainers. Somehow the permanent retainer wire broke every 6-9 months and I would have to get it fixed which is very costly. After a few years, I decided to visit another dentist that my friend referred me to. That dentist told me that the retainer wire in my mouth was never replaced. Basically instead of removing the wire completely and putting a new wire in (which is what any dentist is suppose to do), Dr. Sandhu’s gore ebenezer dentistry just fixed the wire from where it was broken…so just to make their lives easier and to do less work, they added a tiny new wire behind the tooth where the retainer was broken. On top of that, I told the dentist that my teeth are shifting and they didn’t take me seriously. So I had a broken retainer for years which caused my teeth to shift causing gaps. They took full money from me every time the retainer broke but didn’t do the job right. That’s why my retainer was always breaking.what a money scheme.
Ever since I got the retainer fixed properly from the new dentist I visited 2 years ago, my retainer has not broken.

Save your money and go to a Dentistry that isn’t money based and that will do the job right.

I went for cleaning of my teeth and had a great experience with them. Ms Arab was nice and took my X-rays and explained me why they are taken. Then I was checked and treated by Dr Simran Mundi and she was very caring and explaining me every step of her procedure. She was making sure I was comfortable and was not rushing (which I really appreciate). She was willing to answer all my queries and explained me about the future appointments. Front desk is also really helpful with the billing and explained me in detailed what I was charged for. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for dental issues.

I had my braces for around 3 years and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Grewal was very sweet and gentle. She explained every step of the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Ms. Gunita at the front desk was also very nice. She’s very soft spoken and always did her best to help me out throughout my procedure. 10/10 would recommend!

I had couple issue with my teeth then my friend recommended me this place and doctors are amazing here they did my root canal, fillings and crown they have done really good job. Last but not least staff is very polite especially front desk and my doctor (harjot) as well and They never make me wait.

Everyone in this location is very kind, friendly and easy to talk to. I had issue with my braces that needed to be fixed, and the dentist was very helpful and efficient (didn’t have to wait long), and I’m very happy with the results.

Great office located directly near gurdwara on Ebenezer road. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run clinic.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and  for root canal too, they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Especially Dr. Smriti

People in this clinic was pleasure to work with. They accommodated us many times with traffic delays, school schedules e.t. C. Manpreet treated my son like her own during the whole process and kept us updated on every level. The experience was the worst they just do stuff the staff was they are not genteel they dont care if its a kid or a adult.

Great customer service and very experienced dentist. I was in very bad pain they gave me same day appointment. They make sure you are comfortable and done it so well highly recommended.

I got my braces done at Sandhu Dentistry and all of the people here made my two years a whole lot better. The front desk/dentists are very kind, reassuring and helpful in fact they always made me laugh! I had my braces for two years and I was really shocked after my removal since my teeth looked straight and way better than I had every imagined. Overall this is an amazing dentistry with incredible staff!

I had recently moved to Brampton from North York. My Colleague recommended this dental office to me, as his whole family comes here too. I visited this office a few weeks back in July, to share my insurance details and to ask how my appointments would be placed. On entering, I waited for a few minutes at the door because there were four five patients already waiting for their turns. While I was at the door waiting to speak with one of the person at the front, to my utter shock and great disappointment, I saw that there was an aggresive confrontation happening between one of the patients and one of the girls. They were talking so rudely in some language which I didn't understand. This left a very bitter impression in my mind and sounded very disrespectful. I immediately left from there as the whole atmosphere didn't seem congenial. I found a better dental clinic in Brampton, extremely satisfied with their services.

I came in and was in a lot of pain. The office was quite busy. I really appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in and treat me the same day. I am writing to really thank the staff and doctors for the great care provided. My pain is gone!:)

I’m going at this location from last 5 years. I had braces. I always have great experience. Dr. Grewal she is very experienced, explain everything in detail. My dental hygienist Manpreet Gill she is very professional and caring always. I would recommend this place if you need any kind of dental service.

One of the worst experiences ever. My appointment was booked for 12: 15. As soon as I arrived, my information was taken and I sat waiting for my name to be called. At 12: 30, I approached the reception desk and was told that it would be a few minutes. I sat down and waited again. At 12: 45 I had gotten up again to speak to the receptionist. I was told it would be another 30 minutes (1: 15) before I could go in for my appointment which was scheduled for 12: 15.

What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to delay it by an hour?

Horrible communication, horrible service, I'd never go again. There are much better clinics in the area.

Extremely happy with the service provided by this dental office. Just called in the morning to book an appointment for me as I had pain in one of my tooth. The receptionist told she had a busy day but can take me in for emergency and also explained can be little waiting time. So I went at my appointment time, was greeted nicely and they took me in within 5-10 minutes. The assistant asked me my concern and then I was seen By Dr Grewal. She was very energetic, friendly and explained everything nicely to me and did the root canal for my tooth. Thanks to her my tooth is completely fine and m in no pain.

Best Dentist in Brampton. If you are looking for the best & reasonable dentist that would understand your worries, this is the dentist you must go. I highly suggest this dentist & their staff is amazing. If you don want to ware your time and get the best dentist go there once. They are the professionals and will look after you. I have been going here for almost 15 years, I started when they open. Receptionist are always so nice! This time I want to highlight my experience with my cleaning and name Savana- she did my cleaning and I have never had such a gentle deep clean. I was so impressed I had to share if you go her ask for her she does an amazing job. This is a great over all place fair pricing and helpful in all your questions

“I literally wasted my money at this place”.

First impression is the last impression. Don’t ever see Dr. Akash Datt at this place. I am writing review for someone first time and I went to this place because I found good reviews for this place.

I entered the clinic with positive mind but came back with big No-No to this place. Unfortunately, I felt so bad with Dr. Akash Datt service at this clinic, he wasn’t attentive at all, no etiquette, no professionalism.

He was sitting in the different room (opposite to where I was sitting) whole time during my appointment and he sent unprofessional/untrained girl to do dental X-Rays on me, that girl didn’t even know how to put-on the lead-aprons for the X-Rays and for what purpose.

That doctor couldn’t even come to me after the X-RAYS to explain the result and treatment options but he asked the front-line staff to do his job.

Very poor performance. I am sorry Dr. Akash Datt but it’s true.

Customer service is excellent at this location. Clients are treated respectfully and cooperatively.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. But I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from this office. Everyone was very polite and took time to explain what was going on with my teeth and overall hygiene. Staff was great and greatly! Thank you Doctors and team! Hello. I usually don't post but I had to put up a review. I was experiencing a lot of pain and sensitivity in my gums and back teeth and dropped by on Saturday. The dental office was very accommodating. I did not have an appointment. The staff at the front booked me in right away and I waited only 25 minutes to see the doctor. They tended to me right away with a smile and took the time to help me out over the weekend. Turns out I got a few cavities and major sensitivity. I started my treatment plan and can't wait for my next scheduled visit! Keep it up! Great practice.:)

This is one of the best Dental offices I've been to. Everyone, starting from the very informative and polite front staff till my dental treatment finished. I had the best experience so far. Highly recommended.

I booked a braces consultation which went well so I planned to move forward with them. However the minute they found out I had coverage i just felt like they were trying to extract money from my coverage. The doctor fully looked inside my mouth properly during my braces consultation but I was told to book another appointment to check for cavities. So I did and all the doctor did was literally check inside my mouth for 1min and told me I needed fillings on 2 teeth and took $75 for that when she could’ve just said that to me in my 1st consultation as she was already checking all of my teeth. I was also told to get my wisdom teeth removed so I booked my surgery but I told them I still want to know the price of everything (fillings, wisdom teeth extraction cost etc) but kept taking me around in circles. They said I wouldn’t find out the price for my surgery till the surgeon saw my teeth in person ON THE DAY OF THE SURGERY (I canceled my surgery). Customer service was good but I felt like they were trying to use up my coverage money because they kept ignoring the fact that I asked to know the price for every service I use from them. I’m not saying they’re a bad choice but be smart with your money if you do plan to go with them ESPECIALLY if you have coverage.
