Amazing place with very friendly dentist, receptionist and all other staff. Have been visiting them for last 3 years now. The staff here here make it very comforting even for a first-timer in life visiting a dentist. Definitely a recommended dental clinic.

The staff and dentist were so polite. Walking into the office, everything was clean and in order. The receptionist was super welcoming. I've been coming to this dental clinic a few times and it never fails to impress me. Dr. Pavithra did a root canal on me without any complications. She made the environment safe and enjoyable. I'm a new patient, looking for a family dentist for me and my family. I have been to other dental clinics, but here, me and my family were welcomed. Ridham-thr receptionist, Dr. Farida and the assistant (sorry, forgot to ask her name), they were so nice to us. And this is the first time that my son went to see a dentist making him scared. But the way Dr. Farida talks to him, made him calm down. I would definitely stay with this clinic. And their price, they are very considerate. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Ive been happily dealing with Dr. Pavi for years now and i can say with confidence that she has taken the greatest care of my teeth, along with my loved ones as well. She has a great staff from the receptionists to the hygienist all who have a smile every time people walk in. I love dealing with this dental clinic because they are flexible and always kind, with reminders and scheduling into tight spots. If your looking for a dental clinic for yourself and your loved ones look no further and book yourself in. In no time you will be a regular.

Mixed feelings about this clinic.

First appt with Dr. Pavithra and Dental Hygienist for a quick checkup and cleaning was great. Found three cavities that required fillings. At the time of the booking, I had confirmed with the reception multiple times to see if my insurance covered for the fillings, and she said yes my insurance would cover for upto two fillings.

Fast forward to second appt, they had to reschedule the initial booking with another Dentist, Dr. Soujanya - not a big deal. However, this appt was disappointing. There was no introduction, no mention about the process or procedure. I was just told to lay down and which filling I would like done and that I would only be covered for one filling - which was different than what the reception said but ok - I'll just do one.

The procedure was roughly 30 mins, and she didn't even try to mold the fillings, it feels flat and weird. After the procedure, the receptionist told me that my insurance only covered 60% and 20% was not covered, because they wave 20% for insurance claims when insurance pays 80%. This was extremely upsetting, because the other receptionist confirmed that everything was covered. She later called me saying there was a miscommunication and the predetermined claim they submitted to my insurance was pending for review and to e-transfer the 20% to the clinic.

I don't understand the miscommunication, because if the predetermined claims submitted were pending for review, why would you confirm and tell me my fillings were fully covered and not mention the fact that it was pending for review?

Long story short; will not be a returning patient. Dr. Pavithra and Dental Hygienist were good, would not recommend Dr. Soujanya. Also, don't go by their word for insurance claims, they either don't know but tell you otherwise or tell you one thing before the procedure and tell you to pay up once you're done the procedure.

I love the dentist that is here, I'm sorry I'm not good at remembering too many names but she is a too notch dentist who has releived my pain with a root canal. She provided me with a pamphlet with all the information I need in regards to the procedure and was so caring and informative. I highly would recommend this place to everyone.

I would highly recommend Sandhurst Family Dental. Dr. Pavithra is amazing at what she does. Ridham who is the receptionist is friendly, helpful and awesome. Office has an inviting decor for a family. I’ve got all my dental work done here and don’t regret one bit.

Had an root canal in Dec and now ended up an infection as the dentist left one root uncleaned n did a half filling now I am ending up spending more doing it again with an endodontist.
