Sandstone Apartments

I really enjoy living here at Sandstone Apartments 120 David St E Elora. Ken and Linda go far and beyond their responsibilities to ensure you feel safe and welcomed. They are always updating, cleaning and maintaining all aspects of the building. If you have an issue with your unit Ken and Linda are typically on your doorstep in minutes to address any and all concerns. I have witnessed recently how much they truly care about everyone under their"watch" when a long term resident had a medical concern. I watched them kick into helping mode where Linda prepared some plates of food from their own table to share with the resident and knock on the door to makes sure they were talking their prescribed meds on time daily. Certainly not in their job description but definitely who they are. It is a pleasure to call this place home.

Ken and Linda are amazing superintendents. Very kind and helpful. Always working on improving the look and atmosphere of the building. The surroundings inside and out are clean and appealing.

I recently moved into the Sandstone Apartments. Both Linda and Ken have been fantastic. My place was fully reno’d, even new appliances for my arrival. For an older building, it really is very well maintained. Everyone seems super friendly so far. Very happy to be here.

Very nice, peaceful apartment building in the beautiful town of Elora, ON. My boyfriend & I were lucky to have found this apartment as our first place together.

Our superintendents, Ken & Linda, are fantastic! They do everything to ensure that the building is running in tiptop shape. With their positivity and kind hearts, Ken & Linda make living here the best it could be.

The place is always a Maculate laundry room, halls, lobby, mail room and is cleaned daily. I would Recommend for you to choose Sandstone Apartments.

Great apartment building in a very nice town. It is quiet and peaceful. Ken and Linda are wonderful landlords and have a very procative approach with maintenance and are always working on improving the buildings. They are quick to respond to any questions I've had and I am very thankful that they are looking after this building.

Well maintained apartments managed by Ken & Linda, who went above and beyond in terms of helping out. Ken even helped me problem solve when I thought I'd blown a fuse- something I wouldn't have been able to do myself. Great experience!

My family and I lived in one of the apartments at this place and what a WONDERFUL experience. The high-light of our experience was the interaction with the superintendents, Dearest Linda and Ken. They had helped us any way possible, very kind, respectful, and welcoming, resourceful and responsive, and they showed how actually this responsibility needs to be done.

I never imagined I would meet people like these two angles, in such industry.
