I read so many great reviews about this place and it didn't disappoint. The staff were super nice too. I got the tuna on a lovely soft Portuguese roll. Just delicious and a nice big sandwich too!

Just had the Buffalo Chicken Ranch and added onions and pickles. The sandwich was absolutely the best Buffalo Chicken I’ve ever had! I’m going back tomorrow for it again! Doing a Zammer flood it’s all

One of the best sandwich’s I had in a long time! It was a fully loaded sandwich with fresh toppings and generous amount of meat portions.

I had the chicken bowl. I must say the portions are very generous and all veggies were nice and fresh. Quick service, friendly staff and great place for lunch. I will be back again forsure

Had this place a couple times now. Considering the consistent 5 star reviews I did expect a bit more. Falls a bit flat from my expectations.

Best sandwich in Ottawa! Must try and worth the drive out. I got the Steak sanchwich and it was amazing. Staff and owners are very kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back.

Had the chicken cutlet with added garlic aioli (absolutely fantastic), and the steak sandwich. The latter could use a bit more aioli, which they gave us freely. The meat is sirloin, which is amazing for a sub. Their Portuguese bread is also quite good. Macaroni salad tasted freshly made.

Seating was bar-style, the place is nice and bright and the bathroom was very clean.

Super happy to have this little joint in Kanata! Will definitely go back to try more combinations.

We had a meeting with our staff, so we decided to try Sandwich Factory for our catering needs. We found the service, and ordering process was very easy. It was delivered to us, they were very acamodating for our catering needs.
The sandwiches were fresh, tasty and very kind in their portions. I highly recommend the STeak Sandwich.

Awesome sandwich place, best I have ever had. Much better than the chains. Fresher, tastier, generous portions and much more satisfying.

I went there today to grab a sandwich. The place is very clean and the owner and staff were very friendly. Ingredients were very fresh. I will be going back for sure. Great to have a place like this locally. Much better than Subway.

Was helped by Walid and Chris. Delicious sandwiches. I had the turkey, chicken and pastrami with provolone and lettuce and pickles on a multigrain bun. My girlfriend had the chicken club with tomatoes and pickles and lettuce on a Portuguese bun. House sauce was impeccable and the service was amazing. Thank-you guys!

Truly a hidden gem! Our new go-to sandwich shop. The steak sandwich, oh my! A bit $$, but oh so worth it!

Good service and good sandwich. They have lots of toppings that aren’t at other sandwich places.

We just tried this hidden gem of a place. Hidden in the new plaza off Terry Fox the sandwhich factory has many different options to choose from. There are pre-designed sandwhichs and build your own options that you can choose up to three proteins for no extra change.

This time out we tried the pre-designed steak sandwhich.

Both workers (especially the sandwhich artist was very friendly and helpful when explaining options).

The sandwhich itself was made to perfection. The taste was fresh and delicious. For the price you get fresh ingredients that actually look and taste great.

This is going be our new little go to place when we decide to go out.

Had the steak sandwich! Real Sirloin Steak with great condiments. They don’t skimp on quantity either… Definitely worth it….

I got myself two subs.

First Sub: -turkey, steak, provolone, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, hot pepper, spicy eggplant, house sauce. Not toasted.
Second Sub: -turkey, chicken, havarti, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, hot pepper, spicy eggplant, house sauce. Not toasted.

Only thing I would add next time is their house oil. Otherwise, exactly what I was looking for in a sandwich. From flavour to freshness to the bread.delicious.

Food is my love language. So when I am craving something I'll drive for it, no matter what end of the city it is in. Used to have to visit DiRienzo or Nicastro, which are a ways away from Kanata, for this type of sandwich. Now when I am in the mood for it, I can find it right down the road.

5-Star establishment with top notch service.
