I just visited the sandy spa some days ago for hair cut and facial for my mother we both loved their customer service they treated us in a very good way. Moreover, the hair cut is good attractive which suits my face texture.

Service is outstanding. They took there own time never do anything in rush. I did Facail it’s No 1. Also customer service is No 1. I would definitely recommend. Must Go.

My wife had the worst experience ever! They overcharge you, stated different price before the service and charged way more than that! We wouldn’t have cared about the money had the service been that good. Poorest service ever, wish had never gone to this place. Staff is not at all friendly, were least interactive, and did not even make the place comfortable hence she felt dizzy throughout the service. Heads up to all, please choose a different salon to get the services.

I had a great experience going to this salon. The owner did my Facial and eyebrow threading. She did a wonderful job and was very quick. Even I am taking facial hair laser treatment from here, the results are wonderful. Laser treatment is really good. Hair growth is decreasing gradually and the growth of hair becomes very soft and fine.

I had an incredible experience at Sandy salon and spa today during my visit for Brightening facial. Harpreet is very professional and focused in her work. Honestly, i did two treatments with these people. First keratin. Honestly I didn’t get the expected results at all, my hair was still frizzy, rough and dry. When I asked about that, they refunded so I didnt care to post any review here.

Now, after several months, i told to myself, okay may be we should give them one more chance (as they’re very close to my home). Also for the fact, I was rushing to somewhere, so I had to choose this salon again. I assumed that they would have corrected their mistake and be more professional.

But this time, I did eyebrow waxing. My skin was already sensitive because i did chemical peel. The old lady who did the eyebrow waxing to me saw the peel and enquired about it for her face as to where I did and all that. But she didn’t inform me that it’s not safe to do waxing after peeling. Also she made a mistake in waxing my eyebrow, so to correct it, she did second time waxing on the same area which RIPPED OFF MY SKIN. I would want to attach photos. But i don’t know how? THIS LOOKS BAD above MY EYEBROWS in the forehead area. Its slowly scarring.

If this salon is not reimbursing all the scar removal expenses, im definitely suing them!

I’ve been a customer of Sandy spa and studio for a long time. The owner is so sweet and always take cares of customers needs. I always feel satisfied with their services. Recently she did my keratin treatment and did an amazing job. For me, it’s one of my favourite salon with reasonable prices.

I have been getting facial from couple of months and I’m really satisfied. She uses organic products and I personally use that products that are worth it. I will recommend this to everyone. Worst spa experience of my life. Went there for a wax. By the end of it was left alone in the room wiping off oddly placed wax. This place has no respect for boundaries. Very Bazar and immature. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone in this life time. 1 star is inaccurate. 0 ratings.

Sandy spa and studio is the best salon i must say. I got my hair color done today. Ash brown and it looked amazing after they finished. Perfect color and best service. The rates are also reasonable. I’ll suggest everyone to go there. Best place for self grooming.

I Have had my brows done here many times and they do a good job, however during the process as late I feel nothing but critiqued of flaws with my hair and skin, this is not the way to upsell someone by making them uncomfortable, I am happy to spend money on services but not with this approach.

Horrible experience. She was horrible. She didn't even shape my eyebrows properly. She didn't even put gel and had to ask her for it. There was another lady last time and she did a really good job.
