Very bad experience…. Worst food, food and lachha prantha were not hot also they dont know how to make dal makhni ….

I order vegetable cheese Biryani just now via uber, I did not find even a single piece of cheese in it. It seems that I paid for boiled masala rice on the name of Biryani. No vegetables inside just rice with salat and red chilly powder. Very bad experience.

I ordered paneer bhurji and dal makhni tuesday morning around 4am that was too delicious I appreciate the cook I will try again may be I will get the same taste hope so.

Yesterday I placed an order around 6: 30 am service was too good I got my order in 20min which I was told by staff and I ordered mushroom Malai methi and bhendi masala that was appetizing.

Took money for tiffin service but didn’t delivered it, always arguing and misbehaving when asked to refund. Nonsense staff especially the girl over phone, She is so rude and disrespectful kade v tiffin na lawayo ihna toh

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Happened twice with me. Ordered food from Doordash. They either change what we order with whatever they have left without letting the customer know that they have made the changes (they switched my order completely and gave me the reason that both were of same price and they were sold out for that particular item - just cancel the order if you don’t have stock) or they just miss sending items (I ordered daal and roti combo, only received daal- staff aware of missing item and saying they will compensate next time but it’s not a matter of compensation, your these mistakes just ruins your customers mood completely)
If you can’t handle online orders so just stop it, don’t ruin anyone’s day)

Yesterday I ordered two dishes from here one was paneer and another one was dall both of them tastes too good I think they have the professional chiefs and staff was also good I hope I will get the same taste next time.

I ordered rajma Chawal from them. It's a garbage.rajma and chawal both were old and taste is so bad.my money and my time both were wasted. If there is zero star option, I prefer to give that. I will never
recommend it to anyone in the future.

Long wait time, order paneer pakoda, hv to wait 55min, just for raw flour inside not cooked properly, tasteless food, luckily got refund but waste 1hrs.

I ordered aloo tikki few days back it was like hard as stone and there is no badam in milk badam it was total waste of money.

Such a bad staff they have… not everyone…. I don’t know who was her, but she don’t know what the customer service. I’ve talk to over phone about tifin, every day she’s making new excuses. She was continuously arguing with me until I talk over the phone, I could understand mistakes could happen as sanjhi rasoi is very busy restaurant, but she can be polite with me. Even I send her proff that I’ve given you the address and my phone number, but still she’s arguing. Really make me upset.

It is a simple place, easy, quick, good food.
I was in that area and was looking for vegetarian meal.
The guys there were so kind that cooked a meal without onions and garlic, it was delicious, hot, perfectly fried, with some tiny amount of spices, just like it should be.
It was very pleased with this personalized approach, good job!
I will be definitely back it if it will be a chance.

Had an Uber Eats delivery here, went to go pick up and the girl working there said it will take 15 minutes you can cancel if you want. If she was a bit apologetic ok but I cancelled the order. Uber eats drivers should avoid this store waste of time.

Please don’t waste your money … first month tiffin service was okay and when u will continue for second month it’s garbage.not fresh vegetables.

There pranthas are good and tasty but customer service is zero. There workers have lots of attitude no greeting. I order their foods because of taste but services not good

Tiffin taste great no issues but somtime comes late timing is unpredictable once i got my tiffin at 7.30 pm that is my sleep time but i loved the service no issues at all

However the taste of food is good. But every time I call them to order my food, they say to come after 15 minutes. After reaching there I’ve to wait for another 15 minutes. When I asked them about that you said me to come 15 minutes they make different excuses. One more problem is no one stays at reception to take the orders.
