Food and decor was good but service needs improvement. Servers did not provide all guests with appetizers and drinks. I had to request it a few times as guests arrived to the hall. Staff members had a negative attitude and were not friendly and welcoming. I had an encounter with one member who rudely asked me to place my jacket in the coat room.

Had my daughter's 2nd birthday at Sankammam Hall yesterday. Jay was very flexible and accommodating with the itinerary I had planned. Jay checked up on me often to make sure everything was going according to plan. Staff were very hospitable and were frequently serving refreshments. The party package covered many aspects of the birthday that made it easy for me. My daughter absolutely loved the baby shark decor from Shan decor and even danced because she was so happy. The hall overall exceeded my expectations with the party planning. My daughter had a great time and she really enjoyed her grand entrance which was very memorable. Received many compliments from guests about the food. I also enjoyed the food especially the mutton curry. Kids enjoyed the chocolate fountain along with the treats. They were also given pizza and chicken wings. So glad my daughter enjoyed her second birthday as I wanted it to be a very special day for her and the children. Thank you for helping me create special memorable moments for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Overall had a great experience and will definitely recommend Jay's service along with Sankammam Hall.

Wanted to say thank you to the team staff. Was a guest for my relatives event and just wanted to say they did an outstanding job to make sure my family was taken care of - especially with having short eats delivered warm and early on (not cold). Really nice venue - already booked for my daughter's birthday. Ty

Amazing hall with great workers! The owner is extremely accommodating and the workers are superb, so polite and helpful! The hall is very very nicely set up and organized!

We celebrated my daughter’s puberty ceremony here and we had the most heartwarming experience. Everyone loved the kind staff. Thank you to Suji, his wife, and all the staff! They were kind, coordinated the event very professionally, provided amazing food, and great hospitality. It was clear that they cared a lot and put in the most effort to help us have the best experience.

The parking lot of the banquet hall needs a lot of work because it is small and does not have any lines to park (The very few lines on the ground are very faded and hard to notice). However, the banquet hall itself is good and offers great service.

Nice hall.staffs were very genuine and helpful. We hosted a event with 75 people. Spacious and we had a lovely time. Highly recommended

Place is great for the price. Could be better maintained. Not enough parking in the lot in front, so guests will have to seek out own parking at other nearby lots.

Inexpensive for a hall. Not too big, perfect size for a mid sized party. Food included. Great service, nice people. Thank you for hosting my nephews aqeeqa!

The man server is a ROBBER. Unprofessional and very rude. Old man should be fired. These people steal food and take videos pictures without permission. I was a guest there and the man server spoke to me very rudely. PLEASE AVOID GIVING BUSINESS. IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
