I had the best consultation I can get. The walk-in clinic provided me with the quickest appointment and made sure I’m comfortable. To anyone who is experiencing missed periods due to any reason, my doctor is Leela Balakrishnan and she is a very thorough examiner with lots of experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend to book with her for such problems.

Easy to book and helpful staff. Doctor was quick and efficient in the appointment and took extra time to ensure I was put on the right medication.

This place is amazing. Attentive, patient and effective care. I can call to book an apt and be there the next day, no wait. The staff is incredibly helpful. Saved me first year uni.

I was visited this walk-in clinic multiple times, but never experienced this before. This one star is specifically for the specific person not for all other people. All the other stuffs including compounding center ppl and doctors and even most of the pharmacy ppl are All GOOD and NICE. BUT, for today’s visit, when I picked up my medicine and got instructions from the pharmacy, I just don’t know why the lady who should give me the medicine and instructions is SOOOOOOOO ridiculously rude. I am a patient and definitely can’t understand all the specific name of medicine. So I just repeated to confirm the parts in her intro that I could not understand clearly. Also, as a second language speakers of English, I had already tried my best to understand all the things she talked about and I also understood ppl’s busy during her work and tried not to brought her too much inconvenience when she introduced the stuffs to me. However, until now I still cannot understand, WHY, her eyes almost rolling to the sky when I try to repeat a bit to make sure I take the medicine correctly. If she doesn’t want to explain how to use the medicines, she can definitely skip that step and forward me directly to the payment. And the MOST wired thing is, after we finished the conversation and to the purchase step she seems annoyed and ask her colleague said “ U come and help her to do the payment” (sth like that). Excuse me? I am not really sure if she has a bad day today or is just annoyed for her other jobs, or her self matters or me as a patient just asked her very slight questions? Not often give such a comment, but I really felt sad on met such a thing during such a familiar walk-in clinic: (

The best walk-in clinic in Toronto. Great service, responsive receptionist, and amazing doctors. Enjoyed every minute sitting there. You can book your appointment online and the staff is so understanding and polite. Love it. Kimia was so helpful. 5 out of 5 stars.

Best clinic so far. Booked an appointment at noon and got seen 5 mins later. The doctor is nice too.

If you don't have a family doctor, due to the shortages in Ontario and all the doctors seem to be retiring now, then Sanomed is an excellent walk in clinic.

There administrative staff/receptionists are on the ball. Excellent customer service. No, I take that back FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Doctors at this walk in clinic are extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, great bed-side-manners. You can tell they really enjoy being doctors and talking about whatever it is that's on the patients' mind etc.

Then they also have the Pharmacist right next to the clinic. Which is just as fantastic as the medical clinic.

It's nice when you see people who actually enjoy what they are doing and are proud of the work they do etc.

They take genuine care in giving you the best treatment. Reception team are always very helpful and polite - I’ve never had the follow up on anything and the team always follow through on what is promised.

So happy and will continue to visit the clinic.

I waited and ignored this a few times but now it needs to be shared.
The pricing for TB test is $30 and then to get the reading, it’s another $20, which if you miss you’ll have to redo and pay $30 for the test again. I understand this since the window for reading is 72 hours.
You can only pay cash or e-transfer.
If you want the TB test reading documented on paper, it’s another $20. She had already printed the paper but would rather throw it away than give it to me because I refused to pay another $20 just for a letter saying my result was negative. She printed ANOTHER paper with my notes that says I got the test and the result was negative for free. But not the official letter.
There isn’t any masking rule enforced but you’re more than welcome to put one on. They haven’t had any masks at the front desk for weeks. The notice says they are out of stock. They have been providing these for free before and they are waiting for restock, even though their pharmacy in the same room has ample masks. There’s this one Asian lady only who’ll ask you multiple times for putting on a mask and makes sure you know that she won’t give you one. She will make you go to the pharmacy on the same floor to BUY A MASK!
Everytime I was here for a test or a reading in the past two weeks, I did my tests with 2 different nurses and a different physician without mask. They didn’t want me to have a mask on if I didn’t want it.
No other front desk person or nurse will ask you to put a mask on. The whole process feels like business, exploiting, and maddening. I know most employers would reimburse and it is not entirely about the money either. It’s the process and the manner in which this is being executed.

Excellent front desk treatment, very friendly and empathic doctors and the wait is not too long. The place is also very clean and organized.

The office staff was excellent: friendly, courteous,
accommodating, cooperative. Mojdeh, especially, was the epitome of professionalism. Fast service with a smile.very kind.
And Kimia was superb as well. She even phoned me back when I left my number. On the whole, this office staff is exceptional, even though they're under a lot of pressure with so many patients. Thank you so much Mojdeh and Kimia. I will be back.

It was my first time experience in Toronto walk-in clinic. Everything went great, administration was really polite and professional. The doctor, Leela Balakrishnan, was extremely kind and supportive, she answered all my questions. Plus, because I made an appointment ahead, they let me in right on time.

I walked in around 4 pm Friday without a prior appointment. Kimiya somehow managed an appointment shortly, and I could see the doctor before closing. Great job!

I’ve been visiting this clinic for three years and have had wonderful experiences. Well, not always. There are gloomy days. But I’ve always got personalized care and good behaviour from the staff.

The clinic itself is nice and clean. But I put 2 stars because they made me wait 2 hours to see a doctor. I don’t know how receptionists is choosing priority clients but for sure if you have fever she will going to make you wait longer and if your there for something you can even talk over a phone with a doctor she’s let you in like in 10 minutes.
So I do not recommend to use this walk in clinic if you have something serious. Because I was waiting first 40 minutes and than 2 hours to see a doctor for 5 and 15 minutes. Spent half of my day sitting in a cold lobby with fever and horrible through pain.
I do hope management of the clinic will see this feedback and figure out the way to prioritize clients properly. Maybe they just need to change a receptionist.

Since I have visited Sanomed Medical clinic a couple of times with different concerns I could enjoy great service and care during my visits. I got probably the best care I could imagine and would like to thank Dr. Llewellyn for his positive attitude and care, advice and treatment, as well as administrator Sofiya for help and support. This clinic is worth visiting if you need getting a treatment.

Doctors are good but they aren't informing us about anything. I had to do my blood work and so, I went for a referral. I am an international student so I don't have a OHIP but I have to claim my bills. They never gave me a receipt after the consultation. I had to keep calling them (Which takes minimum 40mins to 1hour of wait time) after which they mailed me. And they didn't send me the blood test reports until I called and asked them. No replies for mails and messages. I'm seriously sick of their system. For more than an hour now I'm waiting on a phone call to get in touch with the receptionist to book a follow up call with the doctor. I'm not going back to this clinic again.

I'm so grateful that Dr. Lu and staff examined, cleaned and stitched my cut finger on a first visit as a scheduled walk-in on a busy day. Dr. Lu's explanations were thorough and everyone that works in the office was attentive, highly competent, warm and friendly. I worked in hospitals for 12+ years and never met a doctor like him.

Fantastic doctor (Surajballi), 5-stars there. He's very talkative but listens to your concerns. That's better than a Doctor who listens to you, barely explains anything before leaving the room and doesn't care. He took the necessary precautions in my injury results to provide multiple referrals.

The receptionists are hit or miss, you might get a rude one (with an accent) that cuts you off over the phone, wants to rush you to hang up. That same assistant may slip on sending your medical documents to the proper channels if they're not listening to the questions you're asking or checking details in correspondence/emails/text. It could be just intake overload on their end. Hopefully if you provide all of your information and preferred doctors for referrals that will help them get it done right the first time.

They booked u an appointment but then its not being followed since u have to wait for long time.
I asked how much i have to pay ahead and by the time i have to pay then they tell u additional charges. I went for a Tb skin test and they said 20 for reading then charged me additional 25 for filling up the forms.which they said they thought reading only.its common sense.i went for a test and u do a reading then of course u have to fill up the forms to document the reading… Worst walk in clinic and staff and doctors are rude and just there for the money.

Worst clinic. Waiting time is too long even when you already have an appointment booked. It is in an awkward space shared with pharmacy customers so privacy which is a big thing in healthcare is not even respected. Won’t come back or recommend. Waited more than an hour when I already had the appointment booked. Literally had to be in their face to get called. Worst experience ever.

Great clinic, really doing an amazing amount for how overwhelmed the healthcare system is right now. Front desk was super helpful and the doctor was really kind, knowledgable and laid out a comprehensive care plan. Booky was a fantastic admin to the clinic and helped me get a same-day appointment and follow up.

I've had great experiences at this clinic. The receptionist Sophia is excellent & took the time to find me an appointment for an urgent matter even though they were very busy. Both the doctor and the pharmacist also went out of their way to help me.

The clinic receptionist working at 4: 00pm on August 10th was extremely rude and dismissive, and then hung up on me when I asked her for a clarification regarding information on your website.

This clinic also only accepts cash or e-transfer which is hilariously unprofessional.

I continue to go to the Sanomed clinic because I like Dr. Llew, a fantastic doctor, and the staff is polite. However, talking to the receptionists by phone is tough once they're always too busy, and I don't see much improvement. Also, as a medical space, this clinic should be cleaner; there is dust everywhere.

Cannot thank Sofiya enough for squeezing me in during an emergency when no other clinic could take me. She’s polite, and really wanted to help and made this whole experience for me a lot more of a smooth thing to navigate

Visiting the Sanomed Medical Clinic this past week for an infected finger was an incredibly positive experience.
Booky at reception was extremely kind+very professional and Dr. Surajballi did a fantastic job assessing my condition and determining what the next course of action should be to ensure a speedy and safe recovery.
I am so grateful to the entire Sanomed Medical Clinic staff.
You are there when we need you and you all do a fantastic job.
