The clinic is great from the reception to doctors to the pharmacy staff. I've been coming here many times and the people here are awesome. Everything is clean and well organized. Thanks Maya from reception and Dr. Karas for the great support.

We have been coming to this centre for over 3 years now. Dr Rafal Altalib is our family doctor, she has done justice to her profession. Her empathetic, attention to detail and overall caring nature makes you feel like she is your family.

The staff at the centre, including nurses and pharmasist have a hard job to do and sometimes they are running behind schedule but please remember it is not their fault. They are also extremely helpful with any queries and bookings.

We are one of those clients of this clinic when they were setting it up - back in 2018/2019. We found a great doctor and a great welcoming staff. However with the passage of time, the clinic started displaying low level techniques as other clinics. Being family patients they started delaying our appointments from a few hours to a few days with "doctor is busy", and 'fully booked" notions. What's the point of having family doctors and family clinics in this country? The family doctors refuse to see you in case of urgent needs and the emergency rooms in the hospitals take hours and only consider patients who collapse. Their priorities is yet another story.
My daughter had 103 fever and my wife started calling since 9 in the morning. They replied but never talked to the doctor. Just an hour ago, they talked to the doctor and said, doctor has rejected to see the patient.
Really disappointed with how the quality of service has lowered at this spot like others. We initially referred patients to this clinic for the first couple of years. However, past few months' interaction has reversed the experience.
We'll look for yet another newly opened clinic to spend another couple of years, to yet move to another one.

This centre was good but now it’s not I will take my file They do not answer the phone, and when I want to make an appointment, it is very far away, and I wait for a long time, even though I have an appointment

Dr. Al-Talib is our family dr. She is very knowledgeable and gives her patients enough time to listen to and we all feel very comfortable going there. I highly recommend this clinic to my friends and anyone who wants a good consultation.

I appreciate the flexibility and care of this clinic, the receptionists are friendly and efficient. They will tell you when you can come back if there is a line up which i appreciate. The pharmacy is also super fast and helpful. Thank you!

Dr. RAFAL ALTALEB is the best Family doctor I have ever had! Carrying beyond words can describe. Always takes the time to listen to all your concerns. Just amazing, so lucky to have found her.

Though reception was kind, the wait time was disappointing. I made an appointment for 12: 30, waited 40 minutes and still did not see a doctor. Reception was apologetic, but unfortunately I had to leave without seeing a doctor- not sure why I made an appointment that wasn’t going to be honoured within a reasonable wait time.

Avoid going here if you are looking for antibiotic to treat flu/cold. I've been here for around 3 times in the past 3 years and never got one. I feel the doctor simply turns down even if there is infection to avoid prescribing antibiotics for adults.

Otherwise great hospitality from staffs and clean environment

The staff at this clinic have always been very kind to me and it makes my visits so much easier.

Took my son in law to this Clinic. He saw the doctor in no time. The Doctors office secretary got some WSIB paper completed and even faxed them to his work place. Very efficient and caring people. Fully recommend to anyone who wants to visit a walk in Clinic.

Doctor left hour early. Pharmacy has no OTC on the shelf. Due to McDonald’s very hard to get in and out of mall

They are open till 7 pm, but when you need to see a doctor, they said we’re not taking patients for today even at 4: 00 pm i wet two days in a row and couldn’t see a doctor, Very rude reception.

The WORST place ever! My daughter went with some cough, And left with BLEEDING and RUPTURED EARDRUM: ’ (THANKS TO DR KAREEM YOUSSEF! HE IS THE ONE WHO DID IT! And they refused to check her after by another doctor to see what is the level of the damage!: ’ (

This is by far the best medical clinic in Milton. The receptionists are the kindest people I’ve ever met regardless of how swamped with work they are. The doctors actually take their time and the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and kind.

Totally not professional that you missed delivering a COVID medication to my relative patient he is in critical situation now. We have tried to call you many times but there is no response. You didn't leave us with any options as the prescription with you. To be continued.

Dr. Altalib is one of the best doctors I’ve had.
She is very genuine and sincere —she takes her time to listen to patients. She is careful before making silly diagnosis—she does her best to find the root cause of a symptom. She is helping me overcome so much in my life!
The pharmacy is very good—they answer all your questions and are very honest and caring. They don’t just give you the medicine and say bye-bye. They listen to you and treat you like a human.
Lots of love to both the pharmacists!

Lastly, Daniell is the best receptionist. Always has a smile on her face and will do her best to accommodate patients.

The pharmacist Lylian was very professional in dealing with a problem happened while she is abroad she deals with the issue in a way giving you the feelings that she is taking care of all her clients and doing her job properly with friendly behaviour

Very Rude Receptionist (the one with black and tall hair)

Both Dr Salid and Altalib are excellent doctors. However, they have very rude receptionist in the clinic (the one with black and tall hair). She always in a bad mood, very rude, does not show respect and act as a teenager. She needs to learn to apologize when she makes mistakes, smile and deal with patients with friendly. Otherwise, the clinic needs to let her work in the background and not to deal with the patients directly.
For example, today I had appointment at 9: 00 (first patient for Dr Salib). The clinic was closed. She came late 5 min after that and never say sorry. I finished my appointment and gave her blood test request. She said come later. I excused her at that time because she was a lone, so I waited outside. When her colleague came. I requested her to start with me because I was the first one. She started yelling and was very rude and she put me second.
Very disappointment with her continuous bad attitude and hope that the clinic will put end to that.

Dr. Altalib was our family doctor for the 2 years we lived in Acton and we would highly recommend both her and this clinic! The front desk staff were always helpful and polite, the clinic is clean and comfortable and Dr. Altalib was extremely kind and thorough in taking our history, listening to our concerns and following up on issues promptly. We always felt that we were in very good hands. The clinic was also fantastic about scheduling appointments - we never waited more than a week to see the doctor.

What a nice feeling to have a person that answers the phone with a kind voice and welcomes you with a smile. The lady in the front desk is simply wonderful. Short waiting to see a doctor was kind as well.

DISGUSTING is the word visiting Dr. Salib! My mother an 81 year old senior was made to wait 1 hour 50 minutes, she could not take it anymore and had to just leave without consultation! How horrible and insensitive can a caregiver be? People coming after us got ahead of us, NO REGARD FOR A SENIOR! All you are interested is in swiping the health card!

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE DOCTOR. DO NOT COME TO THIS MEDICAL CLINIC. DR. SALIB DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE PATIENTS WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES - HE IS CONDESCENDING AND DISMISSIVE OF PATIENTS MENTAL HEALTH EXPERIENCES. HE CREATED A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER WHO CAME IN TO DISCUSS MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS - HE CHARGED AT THEM IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER. I AM DISGUSTED BY HIS BEHAVIOUR AND WILL BE REPORTING HIM.

Dr Salib is my Family’s family doc and he has been super thorough with our visits- takes time to listen. My son has got many ear infections during the last 4 months and he has always met us in person for treatment. I also had a very positive exp with Dr Yusuf who we met for a sprain in my son’s hand which turned out to be a fracture- Dr gave an urgent req for xray and he called me the same day with the results - he also referred us to the Milton plastic surgeon for cast and treatment. The referral doctor took 4 days to respond and Dr Yusuf listened to my concerns twice and guided me to the children’s hospital emergency to get a early support for the fracture. He has been very cooperative and gave a note with xray reaults etc so emergency team can review. I like all the admin team at the front desk- they are professional and guide you in the best way possible.

Doctors don't respect their appointment, receptionists are rude and inconsiderate.

We were scheduled for a meet/greet for a new family doctor, waited for over 30 minutes, and then had to leave to pick up our kids.
The receptionist response is, the doctor is only 10 minutes late and he doesn't rebook meet&greet!
WELL, he should be on time, and you should say SORRY instead of acting like it is our loss.

Fantastic clinic. Dr. Salib is a wonderful physician and the front reception staff are great. I have come as a walk in patient and wait times are reasonable (never waited more than 1 hour), never felt rushed out or quickly passed over like at some other walk ins. I highly recommend Dr. Salib & his team!

Everything was amazing at the office until I had the walk in consultation with Dr. Salib very unprofessional and rude at handling the walk-in appointment. Doesn’t understand the patients requirements.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. The wait time was minimal and the doctor was extremely friendly and helpful. The people at the pharmacy were also very professional and the service was very fast.

Today was my first time going to this location and I must say this has to be the best walk-in clinic in Milton. They were very busy on the phone but did not at all ignore patients who were in line. They have two people checking in patients which is absolutely amazing! I've NEVER seen that at a walk-in clinic before. The receptionists were so professional but yet approachable. Before coming to this specific walk-in today, I had checked reviews online first and it had great reviews and it lived up to those reviews in person. The doctor I saw today, I can't remember his name but he was very friendly, actually listened to everything I had to say and was very engaging in conversation before writing a prescription. Can't forget about the pharmacist, she was also very friendly and professional. Overall, the best walk in clinic team and experience I've had in Milton so far. Thank you so much! 5 stars!

Dr Altalib is amazing. Very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. She takes her time to listen to your concerns. Never rushes you. She has very good bedside manners. Receptionists are amazing too. Would recommend Dr Altalib to everyone.

Only Milton walk-in open that I’ve found so far, they do standard symptom check but other than that I was able to get in to get my medical work formed signed to go back to work, saved me the day in the ER. Also the receptionist is stellar, I could tell she was busy but was totally willing to help me out. All receptionists deserve a raise in this pandemic since everything is managed online and through phones now. Stay Rad yall

RECEPTIONISTS ARE NOT HELPFUL - THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNKIND - I DREAD HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM AND REALLY HAVE TO BE MINDFUL TO NOT GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND SINCE I'D LIKE TO CONTINUE TO SEE DR. SALIB WITHOUT ANY AWKWARDNESS. I'm siill leaving 5 stars because Dr. Salib is THAT good. He is so nice and I feel well taken care of after each visit with him.

I will try to make it short as I have no mood and strength to right for long as I wish too.
First I had some kind of ear infection due to wax accumulation since few days, Dr. Salib Wagdi advise me to put drops of Olive oil for three days during nigh to my ear when I visited him yesterday so he can remove the wax out however, I clearly mentioned that my ear is very sensetive even for headphone and it is painful and I can not wait for three days and once the wax out it will become fine as I know my case based on previous experience, so he advised me then to come on the next day. I followed the advise and added olive oil drops and whole night I couldn't sleep as it became much worse so I went next day to see him.
He started with water flashing! But the wax didn't go out (I have a sensitive ears! Water!), the surprise is that the Doctor asked the receiptionest to charge me 20 $ for flash since the health card not covering this process. The question is first why they charged me for failure attempt of removing the wax, second they have to advise me that this will cost me this amount before starting with the flash not after it and even it wasn't secceed.

That was two days a go. Today my case is much Worse and infection got worse.and I am searching for other Clinic.

Doctor gave me medicine which comes with gelatin its come from animal source our religion not allow to eat unless there is second option, even I don't know this thing pharmacist (lady) told me, I was very happy and respect this kind of person God Bless you.if you read this comments you know it. I will 100% recommend this pharmacy even if price little higher then other, all medicine I buy from Costco price difference but after this no more other pharmacy.
