My experiences at Sante Dental have been excellent. My hygienist is very friendly (I always go to the same one) and I enjoy seeing and talking with her every few months. Her work when I have a teeth cleaning is very good and pain free and that is the reason I ask for her each time. My experiences with getting any cavities filled is also very good. I have very little pain when ever I have to have that work done. Overall I would recommend Sante Dental for any dental work.

I have been afraid of going to the dentist ever since I had a very bad experience years ago. I saw their ad stating how they can make you feel at ease about going to the dentist. And that they did. The hygienist and dentist both made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. Also they tell you up front what the cost will be. No surprises. I would highly recommend Sante Dental.

My wife and I have regular visits for cleaning and are very pleased with their excellent and very professional services. In particular Dr. Michael Gardiner who looks after our dental needs. Our hygienist are also the best. Highly, recommend that, if you need dental services you won’t be disappointed if you choose Sante’ Dental.

This is Sante, the dentists and staff are exceptionally friendly, always professional and work well with your insurance company. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at Sante and it couldn’t have been easier. During my consult I was impressed by the effort the team made to ensure my dental anxiety was minimal. They asked repeatedly how I was feeling about having to undergo the procedure and gave me so much reassurance. All my options were very clearly explained and the estimate I was giving was exactly what I ended up paying. I decided to go completely under for the surgery. Which was the most nerve racking part for me, so I appreciated that right when I entered the room, they got right to it and I was asleep before I knew it. I was so comfortable and content that it was disappointing to be woken up! In recovery, everyone was so kind and positive, we were joking around as if I hadn’t just had 4 teeth yanked out of my mouth. The days following were smooth sailing! I was a little surprised by the lack of pain I was in. There was some expected soreness in areas but far less than anticipated. As someone that wants nothing to do with dental offices, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel really hopeful to have such an amazing dental team in the future! Thank you Sante!

My dental hygienist is Janet and she is great! She is the reason I keep going back. She does a thorough cleaning and always keeps me informed about my teeth and any steps I should do to keep my teeth at their best. Thank you Janet.

I had a very bad experience the woman who I don’t remember the name, but I think it’s Jenna cleaned my teeth was extremely irritable, discriminating and me and my family will not be coming back to this place again.

I’ve been seeing Janet for cleaning for over 12 years. She is responsible for alleviating my anxiety around dental cleanings. She is caring and patient.

I see Janet who is a hygienist. Very polite and friendly and very thorough. She always gives 110 %.

My son has gone to Dr Lee for a bit now. Dr Lee and his staff are amazing with my son who has some serious health issues. They take their time and patience with him and make him feel a bit more at ease. Koodos Dr. Lee and staff for being awsome

I have been coming here for years since I moved to London and have had excellent experience even through the hard times of COVID. Highly recommend. I have been going to Sante Dental for a number of years and the staff and service have been amazing. I was especially impressed after I took my 6 year old daughter there. Dr. Gardner was fantastic with her and made my daughter feel very comfortable at the dentist. I highly recommend Sante dental for everyone, especially families.

I am a patient at Sante Dental and I had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Gardner who is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients. He was very kind and caring during my visit. The hygienist, Janet was very professional and exceptional at her job. My family and I will continue coming to this practice and will recommend it to anyone.

We’ve been taking our 3 children here for just over a year. Although the staff is generally very friendly, the office is clean and inviting and the dentists have really good chair side manner when dealing with younger children, the administration is a mess. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Not really helpful when asking for information, information changes depending on who you speak with, etc.

Our youngest daughter who is 6 just had a pretty invasive procedure done at Sante. They gave us less than 48 hrs notice for the appointment, booked her late in the afternoon when the procedure involved anaesthesia and fasting and forgot to give us the proper anesthesia paperwork until after our child was asleep in the chair and then had us sign off on it. Worst of all, they pulled a tooth without our consent, charged us for it without authorization to do it and gave her extra anesthesia without our consent. They also quoted us one charge and tried to bill us for double the cost!

It was her first time receiving anesthesia and vs.the typical 15-30 they anticipated it would take her to wake up, it took her almost 2 hours. She also got VERY sick…vomiting blood. Of course nausea and vomiting can happen with anesthesia, but was it a general reaction or a reaction to the extra unauthorized dose? We’ll never know. There was also zero follow up or courtesy call to see how she was recovering, which I would have expected after they saw her reaction.

I’m just so happy she’s doing okay now. As for general dentistry, check ups, cleaning, etc. I’d say this place is good…but as far as more major dental or ortho procedures…go somewhere else! We definitely will be!

Awful pushy with unnecessary producedures. Tried to get me to get a few things done when I only had 1 major issue I wanted to address didn't take my no for an answer so I went elsewhere too bad too if only they listened more I agree with the other reviews the way they talk is unprofessional please improve we are patients not you're means to you're mortgage payments can't afford you're lifestyle? Scale back on things don't be pushy with people.
