As per the website store is open till 4 pm. Was here at 3.20 pm on Saturday infront of the store, door was locked. Called in the number given. Someone at a remote location picked up the phone, pretended as they are going to let me in. Instead of saying if the store is closed for the day started collecting personal information saying she need all these to let me in. I think I would prefer a straight answer. And ask if I prefer a call back. I was pissed at the fact that the lady who picked the call was on a rude mode from the beginning.

Disappointing customer service. Just called on the number listed here which was a US number and not the Canadian number. They were not ready to quote the price for their services and were expecting us to call another number and provide an email address for the same. All this fuss for what? Just give us the quotes. A real put off.

A Wonderful wonderful experience. I loved working with Dr Rasika and Briji. Briji is professional and he was very good with his massages. He knows healing too. He is knowledgeable and doesn't cut corners to work. I gained a lot from both of them and would recommend them to anyone. This treatment shifts things inside out. You feel the change within you and healing begins. I did the 14 days Panchkarma. I would recommend it highly to everyone.

Dr Trupti has good knowledge of Ayurveda and therapies. I am happy with her therapies and oil massage treatment. Have been suffering from frozen shoulder for about a year, their oil massage is worth it. Massage therapist Arul is also very good.

There is no record in the system because it’s not under my name it’s under my mother’s name Balwinder Bal, I came along with her. And I can send you the receipt copy which I paid for the consultation charges $84 including taxes. Only thing we didn’t like is instead of discussing more about the the actual problem you were more interested in selling the treatments and medications.

I have been suffering from really bad heal and neck pain, and truth be told, have tried various types of medication that simply didn’t work. All I needed to do was book an appointment with Dr. Nitin Nair (which I wish I did much earlier). He is a very capable Physiotherapist and knows his stuff pretty well. He takes a very holistic approach to treatment and ensures that the pain is relieved. He gives exercises that work for you and suggests sitting postures that worked like magic (he even asked for a photo of my work space just to assess how it is currently and recommend changes). He is detail oriented and has great passion for the job. Highly recommended 10/10! Thank you very much!

Thank you Santhigram Kerala Ayurveda! I have been around many places in Canada who advertised as ‘authentic Kerala’ Ayurveda, but later realized that it’s just for bringing in clients. Many of practitioners in this field have no knowledge of what the patient wants. I have been to places where one medicine is given for multiple ailments and when asked, they have no answer.

Amazing centre and great staff! Went in for chronic condition and was a bit skeptic but blown away by the results. Highly recommend getting an Ayurvedic consultation to know your body type. I have visited Kerala and the setup at the centre reminds me of the panchakarma centres in Kerala. Coming back for sure!

I recently stumbled across this abode and instantly got transported. I went in there for chronic low back pain, but left with an understanding and appreciation for the art of Ayurveda and the lifestyle changes that come with it. Instead of treating my symptom, I got around to improving my gut system, my hair, my skin, and my overall phlegm production in my body. I learned the tools and skills to be able to hear my body and adjust in order to get rid of my external symptoms of illness. I recommend everyone to this place now, and have even got my husband to check it out! We are now sending our in laws to Kerala for the Authentic experience! Love this place. The staff are so informative and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The sauna is my favorite part!
