I called in so I can ask to reserve a place for me and my friends to eat, so I also took the opportunity to ask about the kitchen help position they posted on indeed and the guy I spoke to today he just hangs up the phone on me it's really disrespectfull anyway their better reustaraunt with better service I will recommend PARIS PARIS REUSTARAUNT!

We walked in and were told a 30 min wait so left and walked around came back only to be told another 30 mins after a whopping 1 hour and 15 mins we were finally seated. Besides that the food was amazing! So worth the wait! Delicious, tasty, fresh, flavourful!

Amazing place with cozy atmosphere and great food. Tried some flavours of the chicken and truthfully, they're all good! They're fried fresh so they're crispy and hot. So far, I really love their classing Sweet As (sweet & spicy) and also Soy Garlic. My friends and I enjoyed it a lot, definitely will come back again.

Recently visited the restaurant and totally loved the experience and vibe. The korean fried chicken was really yummy.
The staff however was extremely understaffed, and I seriously felt sorry for the two employees managing the whole place themselves. I would request the owner to hire more people because that’s really messed up.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food was incredible but the sensory “friendly” aspect was a joke. As someone with sensory issues I have no idea how they decided to claim to be sensory friendly. Lights were bright, the “soothing” music was loud. There are no restrictions or guidelines about how loudly people talk or the noises they made. The bathrooms were extremely bright and there was a loud fan that couldn’t be turned off. The cleaning supplies smelled strongly as the server cleaned off tables around us. The sensory room was a joke. I know deeply that no one with real sensory issues was involved in the conception or planning of this restaurant at all. And if you are neurodivergent and looking for real accommodations then this place is not it. But if you have no sensory issues and are looking for good fried chicken then this place is a fun visit.

Pretty busy place but it makes sense why because the chicken is probably one of the best in that entire mid/downtown area

Had a really great time at this place last night, the food was great, it was really flavourful, service was also amazing, Richard had us laughing and entertained the whole time. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. Awful service, worst I've ever had at any restaurant. Waited 30 minutes to place an order, others went ahead to complain and got their order taken before us even though we were there before them. In the end had to go up the counter to place the order after others who also came after us went up to place their order. Absolutely no system and the servers are running around like headless chickens. Would not recommend to anyone. The food quality has also gone down alot, I went when they first opened and it was delicious. Now they are giving the smallest portions, like popcorn chicken rather than real pieces of chicken and the same taste isn't there. Before there would be enough in one plate of $25 for two people, now there is only enough for one person.

Went to this korean fried chicken restaurant that everyone was talking about.
And I understand why. The chicken is good!
There is a no tip policy. When you walk up to pay at the counter the staff press 0 tip for you lol.

An amazing experience! Love the idea and so happy to see neurodoversity in an inclusive work environment. Bulgogi Fries were amazing and team was hospitable

I came here with my friends and i think we all actually fell in love.we got their snack platter, three diff kinds of chicken, and ice cream and it was all so good im literally still thinking about it.also the fact that it was halal is amazing.the atmosphere is also really nice.super comfy, love the bean bag chair and sensory room idea.even the bathroom had free menstrual products which is so nice and so important!

the people were super nice and i have always loved the idea of just paying people living wages instead of making them rely on tips so that was great.even if you tip, their sign says they distribute it evenly with everyone which is great to see.we also went on a Friday in the afternoon at like 4/5pm and we got seated so quickly.i feel like Fridays are busy days anywhere you go that was nice too.overall, 10/10 experience, would recommend and def going back.every part of it is just top tier fr i cant express enough how great this place is.good food, employees are paid well, they focus on accessibility, they serve halal, and they're just so considerate.they really honestly do it all and serve as a good example for how other businesses should be

Food is good. BUT I WORK IN RESTAURANTS almost all my life. To the owner of the place I tell you. This is highly inconvenient to make up rules of your own that are unheard of, I came yesterday with my friends we were 3 people and after we went to pay the bill the staff member told me we don't split bills on weekends it has to be one bill, IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE, you put people in tough positions for your own liking. I don't want to go through trouble sending money to someone else so that one only can pay there is no law of such. PLEASE MAKE YOUR POLICY GOOD FOR THE PUBLIC

Pretty good food, but limited option. We were also surprised to see that the fried chicken was not coated with sauce, and all snack and chicken platters were literally just fried food offered with different sauces on the side.

The korean fried chickn with the sweet as sauce was one of my favorites. It was flavourful and crispy and I really enjoyed it. We ordered the appetizer platter which had onion rings, shrimp tempura, dumplings, sea weed rolls and squid rings. The temmpura was the best. We also got the spicy ramen with taekbokki and fish cakes, the broth was spicy and delicious. We had to wait over 40 minutes to get a table but the food did not disappoint. The service is good but there were just 3 servers waiting on the tables and also handling the crowd which i felt was alot on them.

The food is exceptional. Probably the best fried chicken we’ve had in Toronto.
The service however was beyond disappointing. Waiting for 10 minutes before someone even noticed us - despite the fact that there were atleast 3 empty tables where we could be seated right away. The order took 40 minutes to come. The restaurant was out of boneless chicken on 7.30 pm on a Sunday night. Our server also very braggingly told us “on Saturday night we were out of chicken at 6”. I mean you’re a friend chicken restaurant, you should be planning better than that.
I would give zero stars for service, if it wasnt for the lady at the counter (Ashima if I’m not wrong) who seemed to be single handedly managing everything, while the other servers felt no sense of urgency.
Would have loved to come back with a larger group but I dont think the restaurant is equipped to handle busy days.

Very good restaurant and very nice ambiance.
The staff is also too good, it’s just that they were very understaffed.
Might need more people to deliver top notch services.
But a good experience after all.
