No communication, placed online order on Thursday with pick up on Saturday, there were items missing from the order, don’t run a promotion without having items in stock! No communication regarding missing items. Rude employees at the store, refuses refund for missing items! No contact information for online orders, no replies to email! Avoid placing online orders.

Good quality halal chicken at good price. The 5kg boxes are very well priced. Bought chicken thighs, and they were really humongous. The chk mince is good too. Have to try other things but with what I bought everything was just great.

Sargent needs more quality control of their products but over all it is one of acceptable options for halal poultry.

Best place to buy chicken in bulk.the chicken here is so fresh and soo much tender and juicy when compared to the grocery store ones. Price wise it is cheap compared to grocery stores.

Quality of chicken has gone down in last year and it seems like they don’t cut the fat off anymore. Also I think they have started pumping water in there chicken. Disappointing.

Excellent halal chicken, 1 star off because there is no nutrition facts on the chicken breast and I have tried to email them twice about it but no one has replied. They provide nutrition facts for the ground chicken but not the chicken breasts for some reason.

Their “lean” ground chicken is full of fat and there are wayyy too many blood vessels. You’ll spend the entire time cleaning it out with a fork. They should clean and trim the chicken prior to grinding it. Same thing with the breast, not cleaned at all.

Good quality but their prices went up significantly by 50%. I was buying boneless chicken breast for 41.99 and now it is 61.99. There are better options.
