Sauble Lodge Motor Inn

I had a great time spent here with my family and I. The distance to the beach from this motel is so close, I couldn’t believe it. Honestly some people stay away from motels, but the staff here was amazing, the hospitality was great, and the entire vibe was so cozy. My family and I will definitely will be staying here every summer. Totally recommend:)

We have booked 13 rooms together and enjoyed our best times of vacation, went for surfing and had pool party. Mr and Mrs Grewal (owners) are very friendly. We would highly recommend to the families for vacation and parties.

Nice clean and newly renovated room. Beds were comfortable. 1 block to a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets. We had a campfire in the evening. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Descent room. Had fridge and microwave in the room. Looks like small family run business. We enjoyed our stay. I wish price was a bit cheaper. Good otherwise.

Excellent stay and value. Nice spacious rooms.one block from beach.there is a heated outdoor pool; firepits and barbecues.wonderful people run this hotel. I will be back next summer. Only $139.well worth it

Thank you so much. This place is amazing! The staff and owners are so welcoming and fun. No complaints. Clean rooms, great company and friendly service. We felt like we were staying with family but the added bonus was the clean beach. Definitely going back.

It is a great facility that has a swimming pool that is temperature controlled. They provide BBQ so you can do your own BBQ. The suits are spacious and clean with fridge microwave suits are cleaned daily and they provide clean towels daily. It's also a 5 minute walk from Sauble Beach and 10 minute walk from the main strip.

This was a tough one to review because it all depends what you are looking for in your Sauble Beach escapade.

If you are looking for a quiet, no noise, serene interior camping experience where you don't want to interact with other humans, then this place may not be for you.

However, if you are planning to have a large family gathering where children can have fun, run around and where you will not be told to not have a conversation by the bonfire, then this place may be for you.

The lodge operates with large spotlights on the exterior - so the bonfire experience is a bit strange because I am used to having a bonfire in the dark. Lots of cars and people pulling in around 11 pm at night (right in-front of our bonfire).

Service, swimming pool and beach access are all great. Owners made us feel comfortable and relaxed and even offered to start the bonfire for us. The owners of most resorts around the area have a very stern and suspicious demeanour right from the get-go.

This place is amazing. The staff at the hotel went out of there way to provide us with everything we needed. They had coffee ready for us everyday even before the office was open. Rooms were clean and spacious. Propane barbecues were very handy and clean. They allowed us to store extra food in the office fridge. Can't say enough about this place. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! It was such a welcoming motel with very friendly owners & staff. We went there last weekend with our group of friends 8 couples & few kids. We had an amazing time at the beach & our stay was beyond amazing. The place is clean & hygienic.

Great place to stay! We have been coming for years and love the location, excellent service and great pool!

I've had another fabulous vacation! Wonderful new rooms and services like tea and coffee in a common space, a place to sit and eat, drink, visit and play cards in the event of rain.and changrooms plus shower! Thanks Jessica and staff again:)

Did not enjoy this place at all!
People were up all night around fire pits right outside the motel, playing guitars and trying to sing, people yelling down to friends, kids running up and down the front of the motel yelling. Until 1a.m.
No control with the guest. Couldn't sleep both nights until after 1: 30 a.m. Both nights.
No coffee or tea available in rooms.
No Do Not Disturb signs or no room service signs.
Would not recommend this place if your going to enjoy your day at the beach and the attractions and then try to sleep. (Party place only)
Will return to Sauble beach but will definitely stay elsewhere.

Had a wonderful stay at sauble lodge. Great location, very kind and attentive staff. Our cabin was clean and comfortable.

Was a great stay! Took a family vacation here with my parents, wife and two kids. Visited from BC. The owners were amazing, polite, generous, and great service overall. Rooms are good, mattresses are comfortable and slept nicely with the kids.they do have rooms that back onto each other so if have multiple rooms, you can connect them back to back. Pool was awesome to have, kept clean every day! Walk to the beach was 3 min and to main strip 10-15min (kid dependent). I would recommend to anyone for a comfortable stay.

We've been staying here every summer for many, many years. Always clean. Family suites are very spacious. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great pool. Two minute walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk to town.

Couldn't complain about the location, less than 10 minutes from downtown and 1 block away from the beach! There is no need to waste gas driving most places. Rooms, grounds, and pool are all well taken care of, and the staff are all friendly!

The staff and management are fantastic very helpful and friendly and they go above beyond the call of service.
I will definitely stay here with my family and friends the location is prime walking distance to the beach is 1 minutes away.love spacious pool and the cleanliness of the pool night time you can do bonfires, barbecue and parking is also available in this location.

A single night getaway made amazing. Stayed in a double room connected to family and it was very cute. Place is very clean and in a convenient location to the beach. Would highly recommend

We stayed 1 night Sunday to Monday. Very friendly, room was spotless and clean and bedding was wonderful.
Pool was great and a short walk right to the beach. 100% would stay again. Thank you

Best place I ever stayed. Other people were annoying and said we were making noise but we didn’t. It was the people across the road. Management was awesome. Rooms were great.

Écoutez, les chambres sont vielles et démodés, le bâtiment l'est aussi. Parcontre service est excellent, les gens qui tiennent la place la tienne très bien. C'est propre, malgré les tapis et l'aspect vieillot.

Les chambres (suite familliale régulière) pourraient être mieux équipés. Il n'y a pas de grille pain, ni de cafetière (café gratuit à la réception). Le lavabo n'a pas de débit, alors pour laver des verres ou des tasses bonne chance. L'eau est potable, mais dégage une odeur et un goût. Pas de laveuse sécheuse accessibles.

La piscine est chaude très chaude, ça fait du bien et c'est agréable. Les emplacements de feu de camps sont conviviales. Les BBQ sont pratiques et bien entretenues.

L'emplacement est très bien, 5min de la plage et de la rue principale et ses restaurants et boutiques.

Malheureusement pour nous, lors de notre passage une grand réunion familiale (50pers+) c'était envahissant pour les commodités et bruyant ve qui a noirci notre séjour.

Bonne chance dans vos choix (perso je recommande de séjourner dans southampton et venir pour une journée (20$stationnement) à la plage ici.

Greatest place to stay in sauble beach! ; The best people ever! Neighbors were loud down the road but it was still a great time

We have been at Sauble Lodge since Sunday, and have had a fantastic time! The staff is wonderful and the grounds have facilitated some awesome fun. Despite other reviews, there wasn’t any noise from neighbors late at night, and we got great rest for the fun beach days to follow. We will definitely be back!

They were very accommodating when there was a booking error on my behalf and very personable, the room was very clean and exactly what we needed. The pool was a very comfortable temperature plus the location was a short walk from the beach. 10/10 recommend
