This place has been around for a long time as a matter of fact I had been doing business with this company for at least 30 years but I was recently disturbed by my latest experience I had bought a brand new 5th wheel hitch that was a rease and had them install it, the is when my nightmare started, I have been a truck driver for 39 years and the hitch I purchased from him was substandard and the first time hook up the trailer comes unhooked and falls on my pickup and recks the box and this happened several times and 2 pickups, then I bye a curt hitch somewhere else and is perfect, this company refused to compensate for my damages, all I'm saying is be careful of this company.

Told hitch would take about 2 hours, would call when done. 3 hours later I called, hitch done 2 hours ago, final price almost twice what was told over the phone. Should have known better, terrible customer service when I had hitch attached to previous vehicle few years ago. I've learned my lesson!
