We walked into their office on 22nd of July, not knowing anyone from Oakville. Ryan Thompson met with us immediately, listened to us, and in a few days, we were choosing our rental condo, which fit all our needs. On Aug 6, we happily moved in.
Ryan understood what we needed for now and for the next 5 years. He was always responsive and not pushy at all. Nov 4, we were able to find a condo to purchase, no pressure, best deal, best rate, with conditions, a feat in this market! In a short 4 months, we were able to accomplish our main long term goal w the guidance of Ryan and his team. I super highly recommend them, to me they are a blessing.
