Do NOT deal with savemax avoid at all costs you will be treated with disrespect! The agent I had to deal with was sneaky and unscrupulous! They were representing the buyers first the agent Mannu Maini tried to sneak in extra commission without communicating it to my agent! Then had her clients list with unreasonable expectations overpricing thier home by over $200k!
Deal fell apart I granted an extension with a verbal commitment Mannu was to take a. 5 percent commission cut which she later reneged on at the expense of her very own clients!

She also did not show up at all for the home inspection! Allowing them to enter my home with zero supervision only the home inspector.

So now once again they are saying they need an extension my closing date is just over a week away I have paid rent up front and already moved my furniture! I am going to loose my deal on the other end and that may have legal ramifications. I blame Savemax for allowing such a terrible agent to function! I plan to follow up with Real estate board.be aware stay away from savemax!

Never ever deal with Mr. Sachin/Mr. Raman. They will make your path stressful. Very very very poor response and lack of communication. Don’t trust their Joint ventures for pre con projects. I am facing a very difficult time in getting my deposit back and remove my name out of the contract. I notified them 6 months back as per agreement that I can’t close and I need my money back but they keep delaying to pay my money.

The real estate service by Save Max is exceptional. Special shout out to Agent Saad Ahmed, he is truly a great realtor who becomes your friend and takes care of all your needs and wants throughout the process. We have been working with Saad for all our real estate needs since past 2 years and have always loved his professionalism and appreciated his thoughtfulness throughout the process of selling/buying/renting. We look forward to working with him in the future as well. He is a gem of a person and also a gem in the real estate industry! Definitely highly recommend looking out for Realtor Saad Ahmed and working with him, you won't be disappointed!

This Brokerage is not organized! Trying to make a wire transfer was so painful.so first they sent the wrong deposit info to my agent and was missing a banking code required to make all wire transfers.after 3 phone calls and 2 answering machines i finally got a hold of someone who then sent me another deposit form.except this one also did not include the code that i specificy asked for. Called again and was transfered to someone who finally emailed me the correct code! Only problem was they never included there own address so i after waiting in line at the bank for a second time i once again had to call back this brokerage to get there address which was never included on any of the deposit forms sent to me.so after an hour and a half and 3 tries lining up at the bank i was finally able to give them my deposit.they requested that I send an additional 17$ on top of my deposit when the receive a deposit costs 10$ according to TD bank.so that 7$ i guess is a tip for there incredible service! Bunch of crooks! This brokerage misses the mark on details which when making the biggest purchase of my life are very important.

My realtor, Jithin Das is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with for buying and selling my home. He has opened a branch in London Ontario and it may look old on the outside, but totally brand new on the inside.

We were struggling to get a house for about half a year. We have been dealing with realtor that just takes advantage of us. We almost gave up honestly and almost lost our confidence on getting a house. But we met Abhishek Grover, he gave us a lot of options of houses on our price range. Then when we pick a house he got us the deal closed the next day without the price changing! Within less than a week we got the house! We were so thankful! So, all we need to do is carry our things and move in. Highly recommended! Horrible customer experience. Abhishek Grover was our home’s new buyer’s realtor and the service we received from him was beyond horrible. There are no words that can go to explain how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful this realtor is. If I was able to give no stars I truly would. Has no sense of human courtesy no sense of respect and no sense in how to truly deal with customers. If your clients aren’t okay with a minor chip in the wall then tell them to buy a brand new build not a preoccupied home! We have moved 5-6 times in the past and it has always been so perfect but this one was the worst! Everyone I share our experience with is in awe with the lack of common sense this realtor has. Never ever recommending this realtor to anyone!
