Well they missed out on a customer tried to ask some basic questions got pushed off the phone mean while I’m sitting here with my 20% and was serious but ignorance is a problem especially near Toronto pretty sad you can’t get more then 2 minutes very un professional and lost a sale but not my problem someone else will help me would not recommend from the 2 minutes I was on the phone
