I would advise you to go to a different plumber. Was charged 300 even though plumber did not fix the issue he provided a quote for.

Was fortunate that Bruno came to assess and re-do my under-the-kitchen sink plumbing. He was knowledgeable, professional, approachable and patient. He explained everything that he was doing which I appreciated and was very thorough. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Our whole experience with Saving Plumbing was excellent. Bruno replaced the taps on my parent's utility basin as well as the washer taps. He was courteous and professional. He tried to complete the job with as little damage to the working area as possible and made sure the space was neat before he left. We are very happy with his work and recommendations. Nick is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a leak in our bathroom, called Saving Plumbing and Nick came by quick and was able to figure out the exact cause. Got all the work done in a timely manner and fixed the issues. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and no other issues would be present. Left the place clean and mess free.

They don't have any plumbers in house, they just a booking service that charges a premium and as such can't properly quote, schedule and guarantee any work done. They insisted that I pay before the job was complete and then only did half the work and left. It's basically a scam!

Got a leaking valve issue. Overall a bit more expensive than I imagined, but the Issue solved and I could feel they worked hard to provide the best quality of service

I was sent a technician a couple of hours after calling for my backed up kitchen and bathroom sink which I had already been struggling with for a few days. Bilal was a great technician, he gave me all the pricing up front and did a great job.

We had a plugged drain at our house - we called Saving Plumbing, and Bruno & his apprentice showed up within an hour or so. It was a challenging problem, as our house is from 1950 & has had some renovations! Bruno was fantastic and cleared our clog. He also gave us good advice about how to try to avoid it in future. I'm pretty sure we got scammed by this company. Sink started leaking same day after the faucet was installed. They refused to proved licenseing and WSIB for the super. Generly gave bad vibes. When attempted to call regarding the leak no one was answering after 100 + attempts. For a 24/7 service it's seemed really sketchy.

A simple cartridge replacement for my leaking shower faucet jumped from an initial $300 quote to a "discounted" $6-700 repair after the cartridge was broken when attempting to remove it leading us to have to interchange the pipe connecting the faucet handle. The necessary tools to handle the situation weren't fully gauged as the person and additional people called afterward, deemed pliers to be the only necessary tool. Do you not use cartridge pullers? (Which in my opinion is the MOST Necessary tool for this job). My rating is generous at best as the first person who was handling the job was at least respectful and apologetic for the escalation of the situation. The job was eventually finished and I'm grateful but the job should have been done right the first time so we wouldn't have had to be burdened with the additional expenses.

I had Bruno over to do a hot and cold water connection for the kitchen. I found him to be very helpful in accommodating my requests. He made sure I was fully satisfied before he left. He also cleaned up and left place tidy.

Bruno was friendly and very professional. The area where he worked was left as he found it, clean. I called this company 3 weeks ago. Nick came and professionally diagnosed, repaired my shower and toiled issues. What I liked of Nick was that he was knowledgeable and did his work well. Bruno is a great plumber. We had a good chat as well while he was doing the work. The work was pristine and he was really a nice person to talk to. Totally will call him again for anything with plumbing.

The work done was quick within 30 mins and very professional. They fixed the cold water low pressure in my shower without having to replace a new catridge or install a new system. I was explained in detaled thr problem. I just felt 367$ was a lot for the job but since i used a plumber for thr first time maybe thats the rate of shower repairs.

Bruno was very professional and resolved plumbing problem within 2 hours on the weekend. Strongly recommend services.

Our kitchen sink pipes and faucet started to leak. Once called we had Nick on site within the hour. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. At first the only solution involved a new faucet we didn't quite like. Once available, Nick came back and exchanged it for the model we wanted. Now we have a new working faucet and no more issues.

Nick and his team are professional plumbers who make sure the job is 100% before finishing the job! The have done plumbing work for my home and grocery store. Very knowledgeable about their work addressing all problems.

Javan came to fix an issue we were having with the sink. When turning on knobs, the water would pour out, under the sink into the cabinet below. He was professional, kind and explained the issue in detail. He was quick and did good work.

When I called the business, they answered quickly and sent someone fast. Their inspection cost (which is waived if you go forward with the work) is significantly lower than other places.

Bruno replaced a leaking tap and fixed a leaking toilet for us. He immediately identified the problems, efficiently resolved them and provided us with much useful information for any future problems that could come up. I happened upon the Saving Plumbing van yesterday because they were doing work in my area and since I was already having issues with a blocked kitchen drain I decided to call them. After scheduling an appointment with the young lady on the phone, Bruno arrived within the hour as I was promised.

The service was great. They were able to come for emergency kitchten pipe leaking services + washroom leakage. They came in and were able to figure out what the issue might be right away and fixed all issues first before leaving. Last week you installed a bathroom faucet. It leaked. I called your number Friday and again on Saturday and also sent an email. I have not heard back from you. You say you have 24 / 7 service but nobody contacted me about the leak.

I called them February 8 for some info about kitchen faucets. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said she would email some pictures of faucets they carried. I received nothing that day and nothing on the 9th. Called again and spoke to the same woman on February 10. She apologized profusely and said she was so glad I was giving them another chance, and that she would send them right away. I double checked the email she had for me. Tonight is the evening of February 11th and still no pics. If a company can't do the simple task of sending an email, especially when given a second chance there is no way I'd hire them to do a job in my house.

I had a blockage in my basement sewage line so I frantically called Saving Plumbing. Javan came to investigate. It did not take him long to figure out where the blockage is and gave me a fair quote to get some of the clay pipes replaced. I went with his recommendation as I have had previous plumbers come and "tried" to clean the system but did not do a very good job. He immediately jumped on it and did a very clean job. I really liked his attention to detail and willingness to go over and above and install a lasting system for me. I really appreciate his hard work! He got it all done within a day. Thank you Javan!

We needed someone to help install a new shower faucet. I called, they said someone would be out in an hour. Someone came out two hours later. The woman I initially spoke with said it was a free quote. When the plumber showed up he said they normally charge but because he was late they wouldn't charge. I guess it wasn't a free quote like she said? We asked the plumber for a business card. He said he didn't have any and the office hasn't gotten back to him about when they'll have more. As a first time caller, left a bad first impression. Wouldn't call them back.

I had an emergency flood at 12am and I called Saving Plumbing. A plumber named Nick attended and was very polite and professional from the onset. He was able diagnose the issue in a timely fashion and fix it. Very happy with his service and that there are emergency 24 hour plumbing services available or it would have been an even bigger disaster than what it was. I would recommend this company.

Very fast and very professional work. Javan took the time to explain everything, leaving me with a much better understanding of the plumbing situation in my very old house. After a thorough investigation he fixed the problem without issue and tripled checked his work before leaving.
