Yesterday i first time went to sawana for full face waxing. I would like to share that it was such a great and nice experience with their staff and the services that they provided me. I have very sensitive skin nd every time wherever i visited, i had redness nd pimples on my skin. But sawana has given extra care to my sensitive skin due to result of which I don’t even have a single pimple. The skin is so clear. The staff is very cooperative and polite. They care about full satisfaction of the customer with their service. I would love to continue with them and recommend to all my friends to visit Sawana.

It's been two months since I am using their services. I really like the way they deal with customers. Workers are really polite and welcoming. Owner is such a sweet lady she always gives you good suggestions. Apart from this, workers are fast in their work and don't talk much if you don't like talking too much. Overall, i really love their services.

Facial. So i went to them in dec for faicial. Owner gave me her coupon for 25 % off for any service i take till jan 31. I confirmed any service she said yes. Ok. I went back for hair color. She did it ok. But she refused to take coupon bcz for her it is just for facial and on top she charged me too much.helloo you were not my 1st salon for coloring. Guys she is more expenisive then any branded spa. I normally go to Loreal for hair color even there priced are less than her. On top owner was trying to convience me to get hair cut too so that she can add picture on her instagram, for which she keep asking every one to follow her on instagram. She tried to convience me too much, comeon u cannt do that. So finally she didnt accept her own coupon, price is too much. So not going back again & dont even recommend. Whn i asked her b4 how much she even didnt told me how much she will charge me. So, NO NO NO NO.
