Sayal is fantastic. They have all the little bits and pieces (resistors and capacitors and all that stuff) to build your next project, all neatly organized and easy to find. Plus they have all sorts of extra items to keep your significant-other and children busy with their own shopping for far longer than it takes you to collect all your own project parts. The staff is quite friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. Shop online or in store, but if you go in person, allow extra time simply because there are so many interesting things up and down the aisles that you will want to explore.

I visited Sayal electronics today. It’s a very well-organized store for easy go find stuffs. Good guys and good service. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I forgot how much I loved this place. The online stock was correct for the store, I was able to get exactly what I came in for.

The store has collections of various electronics components for hobby and serious projects.

Very very very bad I will never shop there ever again the cashier was very rude to me, it's second time I went there same cashier and same nasty attitude, first to begin he was not in the store while all customers were looking for him he was in a room eating.

Wish I could give no rating. It’s impossible so I I’ve one star. The customer service sucks. There is just one guy working and he doesn’t respect customers at all. Too rude and unable to communicate well with customers. I would never go here again.

One of the worst electronic stores ever visted.owner is not helpful at all, no workers in store, everything unorganized. Waste of time.needs to be shut down

Won't be returning. Was very excited to visit this store for the first time, but the man running the check out made it a very unpleasant first experience! Guess I'm looking for another elections store.

I'm like wow. Just made a call asking for a part the gentleman is rude on the phone. Went an Just like a post said he should leave customer service. The older man at the counter is rude and argues needlessly with customers. He needs to retire, or at the very least get OUT of customer service!

Why would you make a 7 day return policy if most of the "exceptions" to the return policy is essentially everything in the store (Literally most of the items in the store can be classified under "Tools"?). Today we attempted to return a battery, and a project box that were both unopened and were met with horrible customer service. I won't be shopping here again.

They always have good value solutions for my electrical and electronic needs.di I share they also have some very cool toys.

Great selection, and lots of re-organizing to make things easier to find. Prices are not always marked on some parts.
Sayal now carries Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards, as well as several boards from Adafruit.

One of the last traditional brick and mortar electronic component shops in our area. If you are a hobbiest or a professional electronics guy, you need to shop here. Yes it is more expensive than China, but why wait months for parts?

They always have that one electronic device you need to fix something instead of land filling it.

Your temperature will be measured at the entrance as a part of covid guideline (good for them!).

Feb 16 2021 in-store shopping M-F only. Clean. Lots of stock and variety. Everything you expect to find in a Sayal. Large education section for kids in this location.

If you pay cash watch your change we got nickled and dimed literally in the change both at sale and when we were overcharged for an extra package - again on the cash refund.

So watch your receipt as well.

This place has everything! I could spend hours in here. Absolutely amazing selection of just about anything you can think of.

I am a geek. Specifically an electronics geek. This place has a lot of what I need to get my project on.

Good selection of electronic components and other interesting items like electronic games and Arduino stuff. Had what I was looking for that 5 other places didn't have.

I've shopped here a number of times because the have decent prices but don't expect any sort of help or anything remotely resembling customer service from the staff. They are absolutely terrible.

This place is incredible candy store for the inner hobbyist. They've got 3d printers suppliers, ethernet cables, arduinos kits, so many different connector and items for building custom circuit boards. Prices are very competitive. Happy to live close to it.

This place is awsome for anything you need for electronics, if you dont want to order online or cant wait for the shipping this is the place to go.

Got a huge selection of small electronic components, as well as things for larger projects. Pretty well organized too, but it can be a bit pricy.

A large variety of miscellaneous items. It's very hit and miss though, and while some prices may be great, remember that you usually get what you pay for.

Good place for parts, but my god can you please get someone better to answers the phone! Language issue, rude, I might as well hang up and call the mental hotline. Note to the owner, call the store, pretend you are a customer and ask for a part. See how your employee answers, than call a place like Westburne or other electrical stores and see the customer performance difference! Please hire someone better!

Good place for electronics but is in need of coming up with times and being better organized with a better selection.

This is a well stocked electronics store. They have other locations and can order in things out of stock. There is all kinds of things here, cables, toys, science projects, electronic components and many other things. Worth a stop if you are in the area

They have a good selection of electronic components for when you need something right away, but the staff are not helpful / friendly at all. Hopefully you know exactly what you want and where to find it.

Place has a lot of stock, tons of stuff for almost any kind of electronic hobbyist.

Staff isn't very good with finding stuff you might need, but will find you specific items when asked.

The store has a huge number of items, every electronic component is there with reasonable price. SAYAL Electronics helps me a lot to provide correct components for my capstone project

Knowledgable staff, many items to build and fix all sorts of things. I found a thermal fuse for a waffle maker. Do not throw out your older items. Fix them.

Very disorganized compared to the Burlington store. While there is still a reasonable selection of electronics at this location you’ll spend an hour or so looking for what you came for. Staff wasn’t much help beyond pointing to a quadrant. Also heat was oppressive as pointed out in a previous comment.

Great store if you need any electrical supplies for just about anything st really good prices. Customer service however, not so good.

A lot of good components for small hobbies or major projects. Items are organized to an extent. Can be a challenge to find items properly.

Decent selection of hard to find electronics. But 25 degrees in there in the middle of winter.should I take all my clothes off? Or are you trying to keep it hot so your customers get out as quickly as possible. Its just plain uncomfortable.

Not likely to be quality products, also has items such as paper puzzles, or kids plastic toys which takes away the impression of being in a specialized electronics store, but fair prices.

Good drals on electronics, but the staff I asked didn't know what they had or even what a PC fan was.

Could barely find what I was looking for WITH the help of staff. Placed an order, never heard back. Thanks anyways.
