Sayal Electronics

Sayal is the best electronics vendor in this area of Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville and surrounding towns. It has a wide variety of products but its biggest asset is the people who work there. People like Parm and Krishna are the heart of this business, and without their help, knowledge and great customer service, I would be lost shopping at Sayal. Krishna is always willing to assist and direct me to the appropriate aisles. Parm seems to know everything about electronics and has helped me troubleshoot issues and then provide me with the products I need to fix them.
I highly recommend Sayal to all DIY'ers and others looking for assistance with their projects. Kudos to Parm and Krishna and all the employees. Thank you.

Pretty much the only game in town when it comes to electronic components, tools and chemicals. They have a wide selection of surplus as well.

Great place, Parm helped me find a great solution for my audio needs, good guy. They have a huge variety of electronic items, at very reasonable prices. If you're looking for even small electronic items, chances are they may have what you're looking for.they even have electronic kids toys!

This place has everything of electronic needs to build or construct projects and these people have it all, fast and friendly service.

This is one of those stores, that's very much like a kid in a candy store. Of course more like for electronics components, tools, and odds and ends. Likely will be coming back with more money as there were some deals that were worth exploring in the future.

My favourite electronic parts supplier! I've been going for as long as I can remember. They also have the best selection of educational gifts if you're tired of giving your kid the popular (read: expensive) advertised junk.

The only place to find small electronic components I need. Recently they changed their store to be more open and airy and be able to see from one end to the other and I really like it.

Called looking for a certain kind of breaker and the guy that answered wouldn't even try to help me unless i had a part number.

Hi for everyone to know that I bought regular thermostat cable from them and when I compared they are charging double from home depot and even all other stores. I called back in 10 mins time to notify and request for return and they simply refused. I do not recomend at all.

Great supply of electronic components. The only downside here is that staff is not friendly at all and not so helpful either. The have an attitude as though the customer is bothering them. I only go when I need something that I can't get elsewhere. I know a lot of people in the electronics field who feel the same way. The owner allows this and doesn't seem to care the he loses money by allowing this attitude.

Good selection. Found what I needed. Staff is short on patience. You need to know what you're looking for. Lots of old stock stuff at great prices. Do your research before you come and you'll walk out happy.

They does not offer selecting services, I had to buy the solder kit and accessories to use it once in a life time.

I don’t like advantage takers, they could have done it for me for a charge and win my business by selling other item.

This place is great for finding all sorts of difficult to find electronic supplies. Good selection of scientific toys for kids also.

They stocked the strange electrical part for my saw when I couldn't find it anywhere else. Saved me $200

Has pretty much everything I need. Well laid-out and friendly service.when I first went there I really had to look for the sign because it's in a business park. But once I found it all has been good since. Good specials and variety.

Lots of stuff but little service.
Typically they do know where things are but generally they point you somewhere into the store and go from there. Plenty of selection but lots off poor quality - yes more like a surplus store than an electronic component store.
Return policy one of the worse in the region while staff just tells you what you want to hear. While currently most stores don't take returns (all good as we all need to stay safe) but even best of times always a drama. Even when staff tells you "yes you can return" the next person may not be of the same opinion. Had enough issues with my last purchases that I actually wrote this review and will probably only go if I know exactly the item I need urgently.
There are many computer and component stores that are much better and then there is the online world.

If you need things you think you can only get online go here. Resistors transistors soldering stuff. It's wild how many different things they have

Lots of stuff there but not well organized, in my opinion. The website said a part was in stock but no-one could find it. Apparently the computer only tells staff which aisle a part is in, not where in the aisle it is (bin number, etc). There are hundreds of parts in an aisle. It becomes tedious to find things.

On the plus side there are many interesting science and technology kits there for kids and lots of stock of basic electronic parts. The staff was also helpful.

Wish the service was better, besides that they have everything if you can find them with out there help

Great store. Large size great selection of parts. The cost isn't too bad on many items, good when I need a part quick and can't order fast enough online.

When I bought a Panasonic cordless phone at Target (week before they were closing) and there was a no return policy in place; I discovered when I got home that there were no batteries included. Of course Target wouldn't help me and I didn't want to get the run around with Panasonic customer service so I went to Sayal and they helped me find the right batteries for my cordless phone so I was very thankful. Never realized how many different types of batteries can go with a cordless phone.

The warehouse has many great items at reasonable prices, but staff are not knowledgeable. If you need some electronic parts you'll need to spend considerable time searching until you find them since asking staff for direction usually doesn't help.

This place has almost everything you can imagine to repair electronics or build your own and a huge selection of gadgets and technology related items.

Fantastic place to purchase electronic, or any other tool or hobby material. If your looking for gifts. This is the place to go. A lot to choose from. The have a large selection of materials for hobbies as well. The products are competitively priced.

This place is my gate to start my work in Canada, because I can find whatever I need to repair and fix desktops computers.
