I just had my first appointment at sbenati today and I have to congratulate the staff for an amazing experience. I was greeted with a smile from the moment I got there until I left. They have the latest tech to check your teeth. Very gentle and thorough treatment and explanations. Good job guys

I was always self-conscious about my smile. It's hard to put into words how much that affected my confidence.

My first visit, Dr. Sbenati walked me through the whole process of getting veneers with such care and attention to detail, answering all my questions. I always knew I wanted a bright smile, but the color I chose was too light for my skin shade and I am so happy doctor insisted on a shade darker. It looks so natural and I love the result, I can’t stop smiling. The procedure itself was smooth, he knows exactly what he is doing and that is what got me to choose Sbenati dentistry.

Great services at Sbenati Dentistry. I did all the six filling at the same time when other dentists told me they can only two at the time. The Dr. Is professional and know his job! Most people like me are scared of the needle before filling. He will numb your gum before giving you the needle so you wont feel any pain. Try Sbenati and you won't regret

Great service, professional friendly staff, and wonderful knowledgeable professional doctor. Recommended, sure.

Ignore the high rating, as they beg all their clients for 5 star reviews, its beyond annoying.

Also, they overcharge for appointments. Multiple times I have received invoices with an addition unit of time added to the invoice, and I have to have multiple phone calls with the office to get them to understand that if the cleaning appointment only lasts 40-45 minutes in length (ie. 3 "units" of time") I should not be charged 4 units of time. The first time, I assumed it was a mistake, but now that it happened again, I think it is standard practice to just charge for the hour, regardless of how long the appointment is.

Edit: before posting my review, I did call the clinic and spoke to the team member who provided the treatment, and was told that nothing could be done and it was standard practice to round anything 6+ minutes up to a full unit of time (15 minutes). He maintained that this is the proper method and no accommodations would be made for me, despite admitting to time fraud.

The extra 15 minutes sounds small, but amounts to an additional $70 per visit

Had my teeth whitened - Dec 15/22’ by Christian. Worth every penny and Christian is very professional and knowledgeable. Front desk staff are Awesome! I am thinking of switching dentists to this place. Would highly recommend this business.

I never write reviews for anything but I felt the need to do so about my experience with this dental office. Very friendly and professional staff. They do their best to accommodate you so that your wait isn’t long. Everything is explained to you about your care before and after procedure/treatment.

I had a dental cleaning with this really pleasant woman by the name of Sara! She was great, thorough cleaning, and overall a delight.

The BEST Dental office in London I’ve ever been to. I’m very satisfied with the work that I had done, and will continue to use their services.

I honestly thank God that I decided to come to Dr Sbenati clinic. Not only you will have the best smile, you will also have a very enjoyable experience to be there. I found everything comfortable, the doctors there are so generous specially Dr Andria. In addition, you won’t get bored I promise as they provide you a chance to watch any movie you want while waiting or making your teeth. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Very professional and clean dental office. Full spectrum of services, can’t wait to get my teeth as perfect as I’ve always wanted them. The best part is the people, though. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I’ve been to a few dentists in my lifetime and this is the first to truly impress me.

Dr. Sbenati is one of the best dentists I have met to date. He is always available for his patients. I had to call him early in the morning for an emergency and he picked up immediately and offered to see me right away. Not only does he truly care about his patients and their well being; he goes above and beyond to make sure their care is the best possible. I had to extract my wisdom tooth and compared to a previous experience this was flawless and so quick. I was impressed by his skill composure and the care and service I received from his team. His work is impeccable, Highly recommend him! You wont be disappointed!

It was very timely. But missed second half of movie hehe. Everybody was polite and accomodearing.

As soon as I walked in the lovely receptionist greeted me and made me feel welcome. The place was so clean and spotless. I can tell they put a lot of effort in making sure the clinic is safe and sanitary. The Dental Hygienist took care of me after I checked in, and left me feeling very happy. She gave me a gift which was the cherry on top! I met the Dentist at the end and he too was very friendly. Overall, I can confidently say I will be coming back! I want to bring my husband with me next time, he will love it!

Friendly staff, great with kids and clean and safe. The dental hygienist was wonderful with my active 2.5yo, the tv on the roof was great but as there was a bit of a wait to see the dentist she had lost any co-operation level but overall very happy with the visit.

Recently my feathered family member of 10 years passed away suddenly and Sbenati’s team decided to share their condolences during my hardship afterwards. It meant so much to me and I placed some of the flowers they sent in her casket where she now rests.

I like visiting Dr. Sbenati because he’s really nice and I feel comfortable when I go there. I’m scared of needles but he was really good and made me feel better about it. And it didn’t hurt me! All I felt was ice because of how cold the needles were.
