Worst banking experience. No one is really interested to help people. They carry same old reputation as they have in India, no value for people, not understanding their situation. It's the people who always suffers even for their own money with this kind of bank. They should learn customer service from Canadian Banks.

Was here to get a life certificate for my mom…MR. Iqveender Singh is the best and the quickest if you want the job done.

A few days ago my husband and I visited the Brampton SBI Branch and met with Ms. Umanpreet and Ms. Shagun. They are both very professional and helpful. They were exceptional with their Client Services skills as they are efficient, never rushed us through, they answered all our questions clearly, they did follow-ups and were genuinely so helpful. Excellent Service, keep it up!

Staff is very cooperative particularly i m dealing with Dipti mam whose way of talking is vry nice and she is very helpful.

Pawanpreet was extremely rude and unprofessional with customers. Very very poor at customer service. Treating customers as sand giving orders to them. Me and my sister visited there to open her GIC and Pawan told us to book an appointment.i asked her mam how we can book it and she answered please don’t interfare i am only going to speak with the client. Client is new new to Canada and landed 2 days ago. She is only 18 years.the only reason she wanna speak to her is that she will not ask any question and say yes. Also she told its better to open your account by herself at home and she started explaining that and we didn’t get anything and when we asked again she answered we don’t have much time today you can come any other day.
Low level service… she must get proper training again and she should also know how to behave with customers in Canadian Banks.

My experience was preety cool, without any hasle. The staff was quiet cooperating and resolve the issue quickly.

Amazing service by Mr Saikat Mitra. Went there for life certificate of my mom and it was done in no time!

We visited the Branch for my mothers Life Certificate and the Branch Manager Saikat Mitra helped us and was very kind. I suggest to go this branch as they are very helpful and prompt!

Needed a detailed statement for 18months immediately for an urgent tasks. The biggest limitation was of time, so gave a call the Brampton branch and no one answered twice. But after few minutes a bell rang on our home phone and the call was for Brampton branch and lady was SILVIA JAMES and she heard our concerns and requests and assured us, in 15 minutes you will get your statement and that is what happened exactly. We are really impressed by Silvia's professional attitudes. She knows what customers needs and how to fulfil them, which makes her distinguishable.

My account is locked. When trying to call the bank they won't pick up the phone. I'm living far from Brampton but my funds are stuck in this bank because of GIC. Poor customer service received from the bank so far. They don't value their customers.

Someone say send me screenshot they never come back and respond
Someone say they’ll call back they never do
Someone says send email well check technical errr and respond back
They never wants to help

It’s so frustrating to keep calling and not getting solutions since past 3 years

I have made big mistake getting acc with SBI

I visited Brampton branch for net banking services to activate and understand how to do transfer. Ms SilviaJames helped with patiently. I have received a great help. I recommend for all for SBI Canada bank for their excellent service.

Today, I need to visit the SBI Canada Brampton branch, for some attestation of documents  (due to some unforeseen circumstances). The staff was very helpful, especially Asst. Manager Silvia James very calmly understood my problem and helped with the attestation of the documents. Even though I went without any appointment but considering the circumstances she made an exception to see me. As I am new here in Canada, she also guided me on some others areas (this information is really hard to come by). Honestly, it felt like back home and the entire process took around 15-20 minutes. The experience that I had with staff and with Silvia was really great, wish them all the best, and please keep on doing this good work.

My experience in the SBI bank branch at Queens street was Awesome, Everyone is so helpful especially Silvia James Mam (Assistant Manager) she not only help me in getting the forms but also guided me the whole procedure to step by step. I am really thankful to her.
