Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar

Yesterday was me and my family's first time at scaddabush. We had a really good experience Gurlen at the front desk was Super friendly and, giving off great vibes.
Our server alberto was also amazing, would really recommend the margherita pizza.
Will definitely be back soon

The food was absolutely amazing. Nothing better than a fine restaurant that serves excellent Italian cuisine. Eric our server was excellent. Could not say anything but nice things about him. The Manger Maddison was excellent and made sure out meals were prepared and delivered to our table fresh out of the kitchen. Could not recommend this restaurant more.

We have been served the food by Raman and he gave us all right information on time. Food was great and sufficient in quantity. We ordered pasta and pizza both were classic in taste. Thanks to Raman for giving us right advice.

The waiter named Raman A was hospitable and efficient. Very friendly and we had a great time with him helping us out.

The food was really good, our server Eric made some great suggestions. We were seated within 10 minutes, would recommend.

Complete fail. Went for a birthday dinner. I’ve had better steak in a Parry Sound diner. Hostess was notified of birthday. Absolutely no acknowledgement. The chocolate cake we paid for was delicious. But you’d think they could have stuck a candle in it. Neither meal was actually hot. Just barely warm. Steak was supposed to be medium. Came incinerated and barely warm. Fries were barely warm. Salad was plated literally beside the warmish food. So it was warmer than it should have been. Again, complete fail. Will never go back. Very disappointing.

Okay soooo …I’ve been coming here for the last 10 years and my server Kelly…? ! She was THE best, I barely had to speak it’s like she’s a psychic haha! The food is always on point!

I've been passing by this place for years and I finally decided to try it out. One of the best decisions I've made because everything about this place was amazing.
From the friendly staff to the delicious food, everything was more than satisfying.
The environment is pretty loud, make sure you practise your yelling ;)

JAMIE - WAS THE BEST SERVER EVER! She made sure our food came at the right time, and helped understand the menu! Additionally, she was really really sweet and her behaviour alone made it a positive experience

I always order a pasta dish truffle fettuccine alfredo I can't remember if it comes with both chicken and shrimp or I add it. But that dish is amazing. Never disappoints. Next time I order I will take a photo of it.

Eric Cunan was Excellent. He is the best we always ask for him to be our server. He's very friendly and pleasant.his food recommendations were awesome.keep it up Eric you Rock

My experience was good from start to end.
My meal was hot and delicious. My guest thoroughly enjoyed her meal. We will definitely be back.

Eric was our waiter. He was fantastic! He is so friendly and funny and he recommended really great choices. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We would recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. Excellent!

I went for dinner and ordered drinks. One of the drinks glass broke on the table and the drink was on us. The staff wasn’t even apologetic for the same. The food was below average and the pizza crust was too hard. The garlic bread was inedible. Would never go back again.

Great quality food, restaurant looks very nice and clean inside, great service would definitely recommend!

It's nice place with good vibes. They need to have more precise menus if they want to use so many Italian words.
Food is average.

Their lasagna is amazing, I do like their seat time limit. They get to you alot faster than other restaurants and you don't have to wait a long time for the bill!

Its the worst experience ever i couldn't eat my meal it was so oily to the point that hurt my stomach and the pasta taste old

I'd like to shout out server Kendyl on her excellent guest experience. She went above and beyond along with her manager on duty the night of November 13 around 8: 00 pm. We missed our waitlist slot by 5 mins and were turned away to wait another 50 minutes. So we got off to a not so nice start however, Kendyl welcomed us, took our order and ensured our drinks and food were perfected to our liking.
I have been to other location sand have not received the same attention as a guest.

Thank you Kendyl for an excellent night out last weekend!

Had just an espresso at the bar and did not get any strange looks - win! Had to give out lots of data for that tiny cup of coffee at the door though - just contact tracing right? ;)

Great place for enjoying an Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, they do not have any vegetarian option in Sandwiches or Mains but they have good variety in pasta and starters. Good ambience and prompt service. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Perfect place to have authentic Italian cuisine The food here is absolutely delicious and lip-smacking! For vegetarians, the spinach artichoke dip in starters and zuccha ravioli in main course is a must try. Their tiramisu in desserts tasted awesome Can keep going there again and again to try different varieties of yummy Italian foods.

Delicious pasta dishes. Attentive service. Nice place to go for a delicious and very filling lunch! Recommend highly!

Always love the vibe in this place, and the server tonight was excellent. The food was as good as always, just don't really care for having to show up and be on the waitlist instead of making a reservation.

Pretty good service, but a few blips.
Initially they put us (party of 6) in a booth that was way too small. We would've been eating like t-rex dinosaurs, elbow to elbow. We asked to sit at a different table. Thankfully it wasn't busy, so we moved, but if it was busy and they couldn't move us, then it wouldn't work out.
1 of 2 tables we sat at (2 tables put together) was SUPER wobbly. Like, drinks would spill if it moved abruptly. So we asked for a napkin to fold and put under one of the table legs to balance it out.

Met some old friends here and had a pleasant experience! Great drinks. Loved the menu. Loved the ambience too. The server was great and took great care of us.

Their mozzarella is truly brilliant. A work of art. As is their Sangria.

But their calamari starter wasn't anything fancy but passable. I ordered the Penne Pollo with Spinach for the main. In came the pasta that wasn't properly cooked; their chicken too had raw bits. Interestingly their basil leaves were super cooked- never have seen this in any of the other Italian restaurants I have been to! Sorry but can't give them more stars because net net dinner was a disappointment

Went for lunch today on the patio. The food was awesome - fresh and delicious - but the experience was soured when a mouse ran under my table. When I alerted the server, he said they can’t do anything about it and were aware of the problem. We ended up wrapping up early and leaving immediately. Would’ve liked to at least be offered a seat elsewhere as there were many open tables.

The worst customer service. Ordered 2.5 hours in advance for pick up of a birthday meal and was told the hostess messed up/it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 odd minutes with 2 young children in the car to get home and find my order was wrong. Was instructed by the manager to order a replacement free of charge on the app; only to get the same wrong order sent from a different location (as I had wrongly been told you can select the location when ordering). Called the other location 11 times until their line was free trying to cancel but it was too late. Was then told I would get a credit by email which I still haven't received. Brutal.
Update: I received a $50 gift certificate in the mail.

First Scaddabush I visited and it left an amazing impression on me. All serving staff were great at their jobs and I loved the authentic Italian taste. Ligthing fixtures make the place look stunning.

Food was cold and had no flavour

Italian burger was dry. Bun was too larger and burnt for the size of the patty
Cesar salad had no flavour

Meatball sandwich same issue dry and bun wast burnt
Fries seemed twice fried
Didn’t eat them waiter didn’t ask way they weren’t touched

Said to the waiter that I wasn’t happy.
Staff seems not to care.

Save your money and time
Also beer was warm

Went for lunch and wasn't impressed. Parm sandwich was burnt. When I told waiter he apologized and came back few minutes later with what seemed like the exact same sandwich. I didnt fuss, just got extra sauce to make it taste okay.
While we were there, we smelted burnt food from the kitchen twice.
Id give it a 3 star but they ran out of sprinkles for the kids ice cream.
Was disappointed in the food to say the least. Please try harder Skaddabush

Fabulous food.very pricey. It would be great they reduce the quantity and cost as current meal size is meant for 2 people

Amazing staff and service! I really enjoyed my time there. The zucca was really good, I loved it! And the seafood pasta was packed with delicious flavors! This is my go to place now for a satisfying meal, Nice patio and music too!

Its a nice place and food is usually very good.
This time I ordered a new dish Mushroom Truffle NY Steak. When it came didn't really look like a NY cut.
I asked the person who brought it to the table, (not our waitress) is this your NY cause doesn't look like a NY cut. He said yes this is our NY. I'm like ok if you say so. I know my cuts but maybe its new and cut different.
Took a bite, didn't have taste of NY but kept eating. Waitress came to ask if all good and i asked her, "is this your NY cut" she said, Should be but cause shes not a steak eater she doesn't know. Lol!
Anyways posting a pic, you be the judge! Tasted reasonable not the greatest.
I feel ripped off! NY was more money and more ounces. Im pretty sure got their sirloin, someone messed up in the kitchen.
My wife enjoyed her shrimp pasta so all good!

Went for the patio. It was a good time, the heater was perfect. Food was great, always a good time.

Pretty darn good Italian chain. I recommend the hazelnut ravioli. They are currently doing take home meal kits as well.

Mozzarella ball is AMAZING, staff is nice and polite, and you can tell they care, chairs are a little low, but that can be fixed by sitting at the bar table. Food is also really good.

I love Scaddabush, just discovered my favourite pasta, the Roasted Fennel and Sausage one. My mom loved it as well. We also shared the Beet and Goat Cheese salad and it was really good. I'd recommend making a reservation as this location gets crazy busy and the wait times for walk ins can be long. They don't seem to take reservations on weekends though.

Could be better if the food was served on time and warm.server was nowhere to be found for over 20 mins.they didn't bother taking care od the meal either. Won't recommend anyone to come here!

Every single time we come here it is an amazing experience. Our cocktailer, Alex, and subsequent bar staff made our drinks to absolute perfection.and I always have to order off the menu and make everyone's life difficult (sorry). Nevertheless, they bring the skills and taste of Toronto drinks to Mississauga. Absolutely love you guys! Hands down best location as per my picky company, but I have to agree. Service. Staff. Drinks. Food. Excellent every time! ️

I'd give this place a 0 if i could based just off the manager i had to deal with. Ordered a pizza off the feature menu because i was given a sheet that said all pizza was 1/2 off after 9pm. When i got the bill i saw it was full price so i asked the waiter and he tells me that now after i already ate it that the featured menu doesn't count towards the 1/2 off. I ask to speak to a manager who comes out and immediately talks down to me. She then went ahead and said that i should have taken the responsibility to ask the waiter if the featured menu pizza counts towards the 1/2 off promotion and that she couldn't do anything. One of the worst experiences i've ever had at a restaurant and i would advise going there even though the pizza i had i did enjoy.

The service was good! The waiter was friendly and the food came quickly. I got the red snapper with potatoes. It tasted good, however, the potatoes were a little over done.

My first experience at Scaddabush with our waiter Vince was fantastic. Vince was definitely a 11 out of 10. Steph the Manager was a 0 out of 10. She was rude, no people skills and we had just ordered coffee and she came over asked us if we will be out in 10 min and if we had already paid our bill. She insisted that we were told that their was a 2 hour limit which took us by surprise. She just didn't care and walked away. After a great evening with service and food we left feeling like we will never come back again because of Steph.

We had left over food to take home. We were given styrofoam containers to pack up our food. For a large restaurant group, you should be looking for recyclable containers for take home food. Styrofoam cannot be recycled. Let’s get these materials out of our landfill sites. I hope you can look at this topic in the new year. Take styrofoam out of your restaurants.

We've been here many times and it never disappoints. Whenever our family from Cali comes, they always requests to go here. Great Italian inspired food at great prices. Service had always been good for us as well. If you're not afraid of carbs, this place is your best friend.

My friend raves about this place and now that I've been I can see why.

Food was delicious, we split a couple of the mozzarella balls and they were very tasty spreads.

Main dishes were also very well done and good portions. I'm licking my lips at the left overs in my fridge as I type this. Would recommend this place. It does get busy there was a 30minute wait but it was worth it.

Ample parking also at the facility, and customer service was also very good, would visit again.

Amazing food! I had the fresh mozzarella which was just amazing! I also had the pork chop with brussel sprouts which was good. The pork chop was a bit tough but still very good.

Went on the weekend and the service was really bad. Weekdays is usually good

Food was good. Loved the mozzarella. Service was also good and fast although we dine there on a non-peak hour. Went there twice already. One thing not good about our experience was the cleanliness of the plates/utensils. First visit - the cup had food residue on it. Second visit - we were given 4 appetizer plates, the top one was clean but the one in the middle stack was not - it was actually a used plate!

I Loved the Italian food there it was amazing. They have kids meals for a pretty cheap prices but the people there are not so kid-friendly so have you child close to you. But I would definitely recommend this place

Poor service on my last visit. On previous visits, service had been good. Not so sure I wanna come back. Prices are high compared to the service we received. Please try harder. I used to rate this place 5 stars. ️

Scaddabush - Sq1 - Delicious Italian food, friendly staff and warm & cozy ambiance at this restaurant. Once they got to know that it was a special day for me and my spouse, they even gave us a free chef special dessert.
