I had the BEST experience here. We had Kiyya and she was absolutely amazing, so patient and charismatic, I’ll definitely be returning! 5 STARS!

I have been to other locations. But this location made me to post a review. Customer service is top notch. Extremely happy with the food and the friendly behaviour of staff.

Last night we dine in with friends and it was great experience. Our server prasanth was great.

Thanks for the good environment and for keeping the good employees. Prashant, my server was beyond his hospitality. Good communication skills and sound like great leader quality. The food was decent, only complaint is the least option for Vegetarian.

Went here for my 20th birthday! A bit pricey but the food's really good! I recommend going here:)

A little bit of a wait but 100% worth it! The pasta I had was out of this world! It was a little bit of a loud but the food and the service make up for it

Tried the mushroom pasta, spinach dip, pizza and bomba and I must say it was really delicious. Restaurant atmosphere was great. Served by Prashant and he offered excellent service. Most recommend the spinach dip.

Overall it was good experience- the food came out kinda slow, one of the spaghetti with meatball came out where the pasta was stick/chunked together.we didn't say anything as the food took so long to come out and we were under a 2 hr sitting limit- worried the one person wouldn't have enough time to enjoy the meal. Definitely has the feeling of being a tad rush to order eat and pay.

Dennis was our server for my 60th bday party of 12 people and was extremely professional and had a great attitude. The food came out hot and plentiful and in good time and the water was always being replenished! Can’t wait to visit the Whitby location.

Scaddabush is one of the best Italian restaurants and bars. The location is great, the atmosphere is wonderful,
The service was also okay as the guy was taking care of a lot of guests. The snack spinach and artichoke were very tasty. The server has made a great Martini. Great place to go with friends and family.

Our go to place for pasta during quarantine. The packaging for take out is superb. Just love the care in which the folks handle the food & give it you. No touch delivery was excellent. The guys working were polite as well. Food is just incredible. Must try if you are scarboro!

Me and my two friends had a terrible experience here.
We were seated at our table and our menu didn’t get to us until 35 minutes later. After we ordered our food, we waited 2 hours to finally eat. But two meals were horribly made and cold. There were new customers coming in and out of the restaurant as we waited, every table was served and waited on before us. At the end of the night as we paid, we didn’t tip the server due to the overall poor experience. The waiter got angrier as the three of us didn’t tip. He asked if his serving was that bad, slammed the debit machine and crumpled our receipts, and called us rude while walking away. As we were leaving he came back out to the patio and hit one friend with the door and didn’t apologize.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Our server was the bartender and she was fabulous! Awesome service. The butternut squash pasta was a little disappointing. The meatball app was only barely warm. However, the caprese salad was delicious and the brushetta there is the best I've had. We shared the cheesecake for dessert and it's amazing.

I can't express enough how much I love dining at Scaddabush. With covid among us, it's been extremely disheartening that I can't enjoy their food like I used to, however, I am glad they have ubereats and skipthedishes delivery options. Their food is always consistently delicious, the service is great and the delivery meals are packed perfectly with care. My favourites at this restaurant are the fresh mozzarella, spinach and artichoke dip, gnocchi, butternut squash ravioli and of course, their irresistible tiramisu.

Finest food, nice staff members, consistently fantastic mood. They charge fair pricing and the food quality is great. Highly recommended.

My new favourite Italian restaurant. The food is so tasty. The pizza is delicious and I like that you cut it yourself. The atmosphere is cool with a live DJ in the night. Very fun atmosphere.

Our server was great. The food was terrible. The cheese bread we ordered was dry and stale. So we switched it for the fresh mozzarella, and it was cold and hard. I ordered the Sophia pizza- it's says the chicken is marinated in the description. But it was not, and the chicken was dry. My cousins salad was terrible. The food was just not to standard. I will not be going to this location again.

I don't find these chain restaurants very good anymore. Customer service is lacking and food quality/choices are decent at best. Our last visit was poor to say the least. They burned the pizza calling it well done, but when the bottom and edges are black as coal and it's inedible, that's burnt!
They don't accommodate allergies or food restrictions well in my opinion as most of these places have many things shipped in instead of made in house. Even something as simple as a dairy free bruschetta could not be made because their bread, according to them comes in pre buttered. What? !? And no cheese on that apparently means hold the feta but not the parmesan shavings? I will not be returning here.

This location sucks, it's a bunch of kids running this and damaging the brand. Ordered pick-up, got there to be informed it was sold out. Travelled all that way for no good reason. Until I see a change with how this place is managed, this rating will stay the same.

Quality of food wasn't to my expectation. The pasta (spegatti) was overcooked. Portion size small. The pizza has too much salt in it, not sure if was from the toppings. The server was nice.

This is our go to place when we celebrate some special occasions (birthday, anniversary, etc.). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their freshly made mozzarella (with prosciutto) is to die for. Overall the menu is a little bit pricier, but it's worth the money.

Good experience for both times I have visited this location. We were served by Ray during my most recent visit and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made good suggestions and he was very prompt with our food and drinks. I love how they have "hammocks" for car seats. It's very convenient that I don't have to bring my stroller inside since there is limited storage for them. *Also, try the blue sangria. It's SO good! *

I love scaddabush. I cannot get enough of their meatballs and spaghetti! Hostesses could have been more professional with our request for a lower table though.

I see a lot of 4 star reviews, but I really don't get it.

The food: I ordered basic spaghetti and tomato sauce. Holy cow. It was so under cooked. Like, far less cooked than even Al dente. And for what it was (supposed to be), it was expensive.

The layout and decor is way too "open". As a result, you can hear everyone yelling at each other in an effort to be heard. It is very loud in here, and it makes it very difficult to hear the person across from you. Hence, the need to speak very loudly.

Not a very relaxing or cozy atmosphere, and my one (and last) experience dining there, was not good.

I don't recommend it.

On the plus side, or server was friendly. But we had a hard time hearing them because of the volume of the surroundings.

Food is generally good here, though on the pricier end. Service is inconsistent - usually servers oversee so many tables and so spread out, it's hard to find yours when you need them.

Music was pretty loud. I’m a spicy food guy, but man there were a lot of chilies on the pizza. Asked for another bottle of water. Never came. It took our server Davis 35 minutes to bring the bill with no explanation. Turned into a bit of a “give us our bill and let us out”.

Won’t be back.

The ambience is amazing.there pastas are famous. So I ordered the only chicken pasta that was there in their new addition. And the reason I dont remember the name is because I didn't like it at all. Neither did my colleague who was the only other to order the same in the group. We shared the same experience - bland and dry. We both couldn't finish it.
But hey, that is not the only thing about scaddaboush. The lemon cream prawn pasta is amazing. It is a must for everyone who wants to try their pasta.

Went here for dinner with my parents, and it was our first time. The moment I walked in, I already liked it, the decor, the lighting, everything.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful, I believe the manager walked up and asked if everything was all right.
Now, the food. Oh gawsh, everything on the menu looked and sounded scrumptious, and I went with the Chicken Pesto Fettucine and it was heaven. I love pasta! And I must say, that what I ordered, had to be one of the best pasta meals I ever ate. I was also surprised at how full I felt afterwards, as I mentioned above, I love pasta and can eat platefuls of it, but this was both so tasty and filling, I can gladly say that when we left the restaurant, I left a happy and full man.

Definitely will come back!

I'm happy with my experience and the people who work there are welcoming and sweet! The wait for our food was a tad long but the restaurant was nearly full on a Tuesday evening. Scaddabush WASN'T another chain restaurant with a decent-yet-somewhat-mediocre dining experience. My family and I went out for dinner following my U of T convocation ceremony and I'd been hankering for a burger. I ordered the Italian Burger, but saw it was a little pink inside. The staff went above and beyond my expectations: my server apologized and I ordered the shrimp pasta to replace my burger at no charge. But THEN the manager, Chris, came to see me to also apologize and inform me that my pasta would be ready soon. I got my pasta before the rest of my table finished eating their meals (hooray!) and it put a smile on my face because the food was above average yummy with nice flavour AND TEXTURE (though they should go easy on the salt)! Chris stopped by again to check in with me and my meal. Damn. And I'd told him I'd graduated today, so guess what? After we finished eating, I got such a pleasant surprise when our server, Jessica, came out to congratulate me with a sparkler topped molten lava brownie! I'm still gushing because I'm a grown young woman who hasn't blown out a birthday candle or participated in fireworks in ages: D I highly recommend for celebrations or just a normal night out.

The Mozarella though!
This place is fantastic. The service is super on point, really friendly and fast. Their pasta is unbelievably fresh and delicious. The menu has a ton of great options, but not so much your head spins while reading it.
But really, you go back for the Mozarella. It is so fresh and delicious. Even on its own. But my favourite is the balsamic.
Definitely my new go-to dinner place

The atmosphere is nice, everything met my expectations. Pretty good option for a chain restaurant in the stc complex. They make their mozzarella in house, the mozza dishes are good. The gnocchi I had was a bit on the tough side, I was expecting little clouds.

This evening we had a dinner birthday celebration for a group of 20 people. Unfortunately a few of us didn’t not receive our orders with the rest of table. So we canceled our meals due to the lack of service. However I must say The manger and waitress Brittany were very accommodating to make up for the lack of service. They took to heart our disappointment and did everything they could to make up for it. We were provided with our meal for free and apologies. We were also given an explanation for the lack of service. This restaurant does care about their service and for that I would return again.

I went here for the first time the other day for girl's night and it was amazing! Our server and the service she provided was great! The menu is extensive so we had a difficult time deciding what to eat. However, we didn't feel rushed at all. Our server answered all of our questions and she made great suggestions. Now for the food - it was delicious! My 2 friends and I ordered a Caprese salad, 3-Cheese Charity bread, the Margherita Pizza and the social Spaghetti w/ Meatball and we ate family style. The caprese was so flavorful and fresh and balanced and the charity bread was a great addition. I love a good Margherita pozza and Scaddabush's is to die for! The crust was crisp yet chewy and super yummy with somengrated parm. It was my first time having fresh spaghetti and it was AMAZING! It was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and the meatballs were mosit and delicious. We went on a Thursday which is the day they have Bellini's on special, so we each had a Peach Mango Bellini and they were so good! Fruity, frosty and refreshing. I had the Tiramisu for dessert and it was creamy, light and not too sweet. I can't wait to go back
