Connor was a really great server - took care to make us happy! Knew his menu, super friendly. Easy going!

Was in for lunch with the family and we have to say Connor D was great for his service and recommendations overall great first experience

Justin was an excellent waiter! We are heading to a Mirvish show and he made sure our order was prioritized in the kitchen. He was also super friendly and sweet. Nicole was quick with the drinks and the food was good too! A great dinner service. Thx guys! ️️️️

Service - Justin was so nice and helped us have dinner and get to a show within 35 mins. He was awesome! Seriously the service saved the dinner.

Good Italian food! There isn't halal meat, but vegan and seafood options are available. Good tasty and creamy pasta, try the lobster for sure.

A group of friends and I went yesterday. We all got our food long before my sister and no one even came to say what happened. They dropped her flatbread pizza in the kitchen which accidents happen but they ended up not fully cooking her next pizza because they wanted to get it out quickly. The bathrooms were disgusting, there were broken, clogged toilets. Stales that wouldnt lock. It was nasty. Their chairs at the bigger tables are so small and uncomfortable. Just wasnt a good experience. Not sure we’d go back.

I called in to place an order for the Chicken Parmesan because looked delicious. Was staying at a hotel Opp of the restaurant.

I was told on the phone and was rushed by a lady who said 25 minutes because they are busy. I waited 25 minutes walked to the restaurant and was told its another 10 minutes. I went back in 10 minutes later apparently they checked again and the food was not even made.

I am not sure what happened here that was very disappointing, so many times they could have found the issue, but at that time I was hungry and left and ordered Room service.

Chicken Parm was soo good and a huge portion. First time seeing green sangria and it was really good and not too sweet! The toasted Pina colada was delicious! Could really taste the toasted coconut. Service was great as well! Thank you for a great evening!

Friday afternoon 1: 00 p.m. Order Uber eats from scatterbush and the bruschetta was slimy and watery and stale if it's in the fridge for 4 days don't serve it for the money that you charge and the charity bread four cheese was not cheese it was just a bunch of salt not worth the price

Amazing staff, very helpful in making our visit nice and easy moved things around so my husband could enjoy the outside patio in his wheelchair and food was fabulous

Staff were really nice but the food was horrendously sour. Not in a gone-bad way, just really, really sour in a way that was pretty overwhelming and not at all my cup of tea. Guess it’s an acquired taste.

The ambience is excellent, and I loved the allergen filter on the online website. Unfortunately, things were very slow. After we were seated, no one came to take our drink order or bring menus for 20 minutes. We eventually ordered drinks and appetizers. One of the drinks was incorrect but someone other than our server brought them and did not stick around long enough to find out. Our server came back about 10 minutes later (by now, we had been seated for 40 minutes), and we were able to order mains. We also had to send an appetizer back due to an allergy (server noted it but it came in the item anyway). The mains were very good, hot and fresh. We did not have time for dessert, but the table next to us had some and it looked awesome. We might try again another time, it was busy on Saturday night and maybe that was the issue.

EDIT 30/9/2021: I think they've undergone a change in kitchen staff, cause their foods improved immensely, while the staff are still as friendly as ever. Can highly recommend the pastas and sides, such as carbonara and the gnocchi and the polenta fries! Drinks are also quite fun.

I really wish that I could give a higher rating. Some servers of the place deserve it.
My mom and I were looking for an Italian place to eat and found this. They had a broken door, and were having trouble seating people. Luckily we had a nice spot near the bar. We ordered 3 items: the prosciutto mozzarella, the chicken and shrimp main and the carbonara. Only the mozzarella was decent. The chicken had no flavor, though was cooked well. The shrimp was frozen and had no flavor. Both the pasta that came with the main and the carbonara was bland and unappetizing in their texture. The carbonara felt rushed and lazy. Overall the food was subpar and not worth your money.

Came from out of town for lunch and our server Kaitlyn made us feel so at home! Great service and incredible food, will definitely be back

Alicia was our bartender/server. A delightful young lady that wears many hats and wears them WELL! We did not wait at all and she knew her job and menu completely. You could see she is a great team member and player.
She was friendly, courteous, respectful and an absolute delight. Very impressive young lady, her time to shine.

Reserved the private room upstairs for my wedding 2 months prior. They gave my reservation to another party and sat us downstairs. The servers came back to the table only 1 time in 2 hours to refill drinks. So at our wedding our party only got to enjoy 1 drink each and the food was mediocre. I work in the food business, this is the only time i've ever given a 1 star rating. The worst restaurant experience ever. Also no apology since the manager never came out.

We stumbled upon scuddabush in down town Toronto last Friday. It was mediocre, the seating was quick and the food came out in a reasonable time. They put dairy in my dairy free meal so it needed to be replaced but they included a complimentary salad and the food was expedited.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff & amazing scratch made lasagna using San Marzano tomatoes! What more can I ask for in a restaurant establishment!

Love the food here. Enjoyed the pizzas, pastas and bread. We had a good time enjoying. Must go and try place if you want delicious Italian dishes.

We‘ve been looking for a good italian restaurant. Luckily we found this place. It‘s an italian-inspired cuisine with good food and an amazing atmosphere. Totally would recommend! ️

The in house mozzarella is to die for. Great Negroni. Atmosphere isn't nice enough for the quality of food. Our server Katylyn was great.

First time here. I ordered the fresh mozzarella. I’m not sure if this is mean to be served cold but mine was just a touch warm. It wasn’t anything to rave about. Didn’t finish it, and didn’t really enjoy the flavour profile I chose which was the balsamic truffle I believe. I’d like to try a fresh pasta next time but I wouldn’t order this again.

I recently had my birthday dinner at Scaddabush Front & Simcoe. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Our server's name was Sudesh and it was his first official day on the job. He could not have better! Sudesh was attentive, personable, and displayed a genuine care for his patrons. Truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sudesh and this Scaddabush location. Highly recommend!

First time at this location. We walked in and didn’t wait long to be seated. The food was good and the service was great too.

Incredible food and service. The best Cesar salad I’ve ever had. Pasta was freshly made and full of flavour. Would highly recommend!

Staff are professional, and friendly.

One of them was very accommodating on my birthday to have taken a cake we had purchased, and refrigerate for us so we could serve it at the table after. That was very considerate since we were all coming from different parts of the city.

I just want to say that the young man that handled it was very friendly, and wished me a happy birthday and a good year which I found very sweet.

Staff are also taking COVID precautions very seriously, making sure to screen everyone that comes in, which I can appreciate.

The patio is spacious, and you don't feel like you're too close to anyone and can speak without feeling like you're talking over anyone else.

Food is pretty good, depending on what you order. I believe the pasta is made in house, so if you're looking for a great dining experience with homemade Italian food that also offers a family friendly experience, look no further than Scaddabush on Front

The food here is outstanding. We ordered a pizza to start which comes on flat bread and it was so good. The pasta dishes were excellent and a great list of wines to choose from. Staff was super freindly and service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

My first visit and it won't be my last. I had an amazing experience. The ambiance was great, the restaurant was clean, the hostesses were very pleasant and the food was amazing.
I would recommend this downtown restaurant to anyone who wants to have the experience I had.

Visited this restaurant after a recommendation from some friends and it did not disappoint. The pasta, which is homemade, was so good. The kids loved their meals as well and the presentation was well thought out. Friendly staff to boot!

Looking for a great Italian restaurant in the Toronto area then go to this place. I had gone on Wednesday with some friends as I was visiting and took my kids the following day as the food was so good. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is so friendly. The portions are very generous and you must truly try the appetizers (fried Broccoli! Drool!)

Ordered the carbonara. I don’t have kids but if I did and they tried making carbonara, it would taste like this.never again.

One of my favourite Italian restaurants in town. Delicious food and lovely staff. Due to Covid, only the patio is open for dine-in which is a bit cold now (late October) but they do have a heater which helps a bit.

Had some fresh Parmesan and bread as an appetizer. Followed by a chicken parmesan dish. It was not my favourite chicken parmesan dish of all time but it was definitely good and the pasta it is served on is oh so creamy. Servers were super polite. All around a good Italian eat.

Went there for birthday dinner. What a place it is, I just can't get enough of this scaddabush branch! Amazing people, food and hospitality.

Atmosphere is very nice and cozy however the food is very cheap and generic. Rosemary fries were frozen straw string fries that had no rosemary flavour at all and the Italian burger had the smallest peice of shrivelled up cheese it was a bit of a joke!
Wouldnt take the effort to go back.just meh!

Incredible food, nice atmosphere. Our server was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ordered a Blood Orange Bellini, nice and sweet. Fresh Mozzarella was delicious as well, will come back next time I'm in town.

Another nice family meal at Scaddabush. Server was attentive and took good care of us. Even brought us some garlic bread on the house.

Unfortunately we didn't get our usual booth and our table got blasted with cold air every time the door opened for too long. Didn't dampen out enjoyment though.

Went to Scaddabush because the resturant we were originally planning to go to was full. We were seated and served very quickly despite the resturant being close to full. The food was absolutely fantastic, smelled and tasted delicious. I had the Pollo Fetachine and it was one of the best I've ever had at any Italian resturant. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the vegetables and sauce complimented the chicken extremely well. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves Italian food. Prices were also reasonable for the caliber of food and location of the resturant.

Their coke is crack. Perfectly balanced as all things should be. Also purchased the Spaghetti and Meatballs with their 3 cheese toast. Super tasty! I do not recommend the cheese toast ONLY because the pasta itself is filling. PLUS the coke is addictive and you'll stock your stomach up with that sugary spit from God's mouth himself.

What a fantastic experience! Not only did the waitress always make sure everything was to our taste but as well as the other waitresses and the manager. The food was incredible considering my wife is Italian. We both agreed this is a place to go eat at when in Toronto.

I hiked 20 minutes out of my way to go to the wrong Scaddabush. I must say, though, it was a really nice walk full of great scenes. The restaurant itself looked quite nice too, as I walked aimlessly around it trying to find my party (which it turns out were at another Scaddabush ¯_ (ツ) _/¯ ) The waitress was really nice and helped my try to find my crew until I realized I was at the wrong one and had another really nice 20 minute hike to the proper spot. 10/10 would probably do it again.

Traditional Italian favorited along with some.interesting interpretations. Friendly staff though lunch times get a bit slammed and wait staff is evidently just trying to keep it together under smiling gritted teeth as yet another Bay St lout gets a bit too drunk a bit too early in the day and starts getting boisterous and pretentious.
Pizza is tasty: scissors that accompany it are gimmicky.

The portions were good size, the ambiance n service was above average. The food was interestingly presented BUT was just what you get everywhere you commercially.lol

I love this place! Met up with a pal downtown and he suggested this place for Wednesday night.

This is downtown Toronto on Simcoe. It is very easy to find, just 2 blocks away from Union Station.

It is Halloween afternoon/night when I came here, so I was told by the server that is was less busy than usual coz of Halloween. I had great service. We were frequently checked on, had the drinks refilled almost right after they were empty.

I love the cheesecake dessert! One of the best tasting I've had! It's so soft, creamy and rich tasting. The berry topping they placed on the side of the cheesecake and not directly on top of the cheesecake like most places do. The berry topping also tasted great and I was enjoying it between bites.

Very nice pasta selection. The overall presentation was nicely done. The palette in the food pairing was done just right. The service was efficient and friendly as well.

Awesome place with a lovely ambience. Went there with a couple of friends. The place was packed and we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. Worth it! Rich Italian food with an amazing selection of drinks. Service was prompt and the server took good care of us. I would definitely go back there.

Went for Happy Hour except they didn't have it any longer as it was only a summer thing. Service was quite good. We still had the sangria which was good. - 3 pitchers. A couple of us had the gluten free Sofia pizza which was very good.

Main entrance wasn't obvious at first, but that aside, we had great service and hot food - sometimes a feat at other restos since we were a large group. Def.would go again for some fresh mozzarella & stuffed meatballs!

Went as a big group for a friends birthday. Staff were friendly and really looked after us, great layout and vibe with tv's scattered everywhere which would make it good for big sport events.

The menu is lovely too specially the pitcher and sides deal $50 for a pitcher of beer or sangria with a choice of 4 items from a list if 6 incl pizza, bruschetta the lot.

Will defo be back for sure.

Seriously good for the price. I was shocked to not feel gouged like I usually do in downtown Toronto.

The fresh mozzarella with truffle honey was great, a touch tougher than I'm used to, but that didn't stop us from cleaning the plate.

Bacon and egg pizza was a bit of a messy proposition. Would not recommend that dish on a date or business lunch.
