Michelle is the BEST server I’ve ever had in my entire life. She made the experience so enjoyable and she was just a ball of sunshine. If you come to Scaddabush pray that you have her as your server
The environment is very welcoming, and the hostess Kamila was very accommodating to our seating requests. The staff was very friendly, and the food was scrumptious, especially the carbonara.
I made a complex reservation on the phone but the hostess Kamila was more than helpful. We were seated almost immediately and our server helped with recommendations and food adjustments.
Amazing place! The food and drink selection was exceptional. Our waitress Nicole provided great service and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend especially for the patio setting.
Was just ok for me. Food looked like it was sitting for awhile and wasn't hot, just warm. Pizza was a disappointment too. Pasta was fresh and service was very good.
Michelle was class personified. We came with a large roudy group of 14 with multiple orders and requests and she was kind and patient. Would highly recommend Scaddabush and ask for Michelle for the best food service experience
The outside patio is superb. There is a covered-in portion where grapevines provide shade. Sit there if you can. We loved the fresh mozzarella ball starter - naked version (serves 2). We liked that so much we came back twice in 3 days just to get that. The chicken parm was also on point.
I came here for lunch with a good friend and am very happy with everything.
James is super knowledgable, friendly, and provided exceptional service for my friend and I.
The food as always was delicious, especially the Fresh Mozzarella with Balsamic Truffle.
I'm very cautious of safety measures due to the pandemic so I am happy to say that this location has very good covid protocols and ensures that all their guests are safely served.
Update to 4 stars. Mainly thanks to Joe, our server. If not for the service, we would probably give 2.5 stars only for the food.
We came on a Wed night, and they are doing half-price bottle of wine. We took our time and picked a bottle of red. We also ordered a mozzarella to start. (we were disappointed that calmari was sold out)
Then we ordered a caprese salad and carbonara pasta to share. We thought they would serve the salad first, and then wait for us to finish (or nearly finish), then brought out the carbonara pasta. But both dish were served at the same time to our surprised (may be it's close to kitchen closing time?)
The main disappointment is the espresso. As an Italian restaurant, shouldn't the espresso live up to Italian standard? Hope they will upgrade their machine and make better espresso. Joe was kind enough to waive this from the bill.

Food is great, fresh pasta (I think) instead of dried pasta, under $20 for lunch. But the cleanliness is something to work on, the booth seat is dirty, with crumbs and oily marks; sharing plates are dirty (we requested to swap and the server did help) ; female washroom has toilet paper all over the floor. Decor is nice, service is ok
Edited Oct 14,2020 The gnocchi take out is super super oily. I have never had such an oily gnocchi in my life! I understand take out business is key for restaurants to survive during covid but this take out really deserve 1 star
It's been a while since I was out to eat, but Scaddabush didn't disappoint. I had the lasagna, which was tasty, but not terribly filling. Could've used a side of some sort, especially for $22.
Was not busy upon arrival on a Tuesday around 7: 45pm. Server was quick to bring water to the table and take our drink order. Drinks came relatively fast. We ordered starters with our main meal (their version of garlic toast and a Caesar salad) both were good. We waited for well over 30 mins after we were finished our starters for our main dish (lasagna) to arrive at the table even after multiple assurances from our waiter that our food is "almost ready guys". By the time our food got to the table it was cold.not even close to hot but after waiting so long for our food, I did not want to wait any longer and just ate it how it came to us. Decided we would skip dessert and go elsewhere if needed. I understand during these Covid times things may not always be up to par, so therefore I would still give them 1 more try!
It's a Brave New World. Vax Receipt at the door, online contact tracing form, qr code for menu, and qr code even to pay. Food is good, recommend the avocado bruschetta. Even the guys liked it, and they don't do avocado lol
Delicious, moody ambiance, friendly server (cannot recall his name but he was easy to talk to with good recommendations). Had to wait a bit before getting a table (approx 40 min), but was worth it. Went for drinks at another place while waiting. Just have to put yourself on waiting list depending if you wanna eat inside or out (this was in the summer we went).
Polenta appetizer was lightly crispy.very nice. My lasagna was overcooked! For the time we waited for our food I should have made my own. Music they played had nothing to do with a high end Italian restaurant. Very expensive!
Never again! We ordered food and they forgot to give most of it to the uber driver, when asked about it they said yup its here but we can't do anything about it. Then proceed to tell us if we want order again we will be charged or else they will just give us a voucher in the mail. The worst customer service ever. Pathetic!
Good pasta, you can tell their sauce is from real tomatoes because it was a little watery. We went the first day after they were checking for vaccines so there was a lineup to get in, they could be a little more organized in that sense but it is new to all of us so I would give them time. Good experience though!
Great Italian food and nice patio ambience. The virgin drinks were really well made. The food was top notch and the main course was enough for more than one person. Overall a nice experience and a must visit place.
