A great place to just relax. They’re extremely strict on talking. I was briefly whispering with my partner and was told we need to be quiet lol. Overall, loved my experience. I really did enjoy my massage, my partner didn’t like his. I would recommend just ending the day with the thermal baths. We just had to get the massage to enter the spa because they only had 1 availability for the thermal bath.
17 November 2023 3:02
Scandinave is one of those spas that understands their consumer. They have an adundant of friendly helpful staff for your individual needs. You will also notice how clean everything Is
12 November 2023 11:51
Go. Don't even question it. Just go already. Bring a good book, and spend the day going through the thermal cycle over and over again. Nothing beats the smell of a wood fire as you chillax in the hot tub amidst the winter winds and light snows. The tea is pure bliss. Go. As a man it is ok to love the spa!
23 October 2023 12:18
My only regret was that I didn't plan this visit properly, the massage, the hot tub was worth every minute spent in those final 10 minutes before closing. I'll never forget this experience and next time I will plan a longer visit.

We visited for my Daughters birthday. It was a beautiful fall day! The staff were amazing - we had a big glitch in our reservation (my mistake) and they fixed it no problem! Thank you!

I brought my own robe but the girls rented and they are very nice and roomy! They should incl robes in the price. The towels were are a great size which is not usually the case at these types of spas (and you get 2 at a time)! The lockers are roomy enough to fit your coat and bags. The change room area was very clean and showers had shampoo/ conditioner / body wash.

The pools are well marked and the saunas are spacious! DEFINITLY bring your own water bottle (there are refill stations). Slides or flip flops are a must!

It’s a “quiet place”. I wish they had one area for quiet talking - it’s hard to be with friends and not talk all day! My other wish would be for a more restaurant style place to eat. It’s all prepped sammy’s and salads (from a nice local bakery) but it would be nice to have a more sophisticated lunch option.

We came mid week - i think on a weekend or during the busy ski season it might be a bit crowded as it’s not huge. Book ahead and watch your dates. For the price you want to
maximize your stay! It would be great if they offered other types of spa services too.

All in all, a great day! And definitly a place you could for a day with yourself! Lots of places to sit quietly and enjoy nature or read a book!

I recently visited Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain for the third time, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. The natural beauty combined with the spa's careful design creates a truly relaxing and calming environment. Each visit feels like a mini getaway, allowing my fiancé and I to disconnect from the outside world and fully embrace the present moment.

The staff at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain are always courteous and attentive, making sure every guest's experience is as peaceful as possible. Their commitment to maintaining a serene atmosphere is evident, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back.

I can't wait to return for the fourth time and continue to indulge in this oasis of relaxation. If you're seeking a rejuvenating escape, I highly recommend Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain for an unforgettable and peaceful experience.

First timer here but being in the customer service world my entire working life I am constantly looking for excellent if not amazing customer service and the whole 9 yards. Well, I gotta say this place nailed it! Loved the whole experience! Went with my cousin and sister in-law who had a Prenatal massage and she loved! My cousin and I had 1 hr massage each. We had been given the receipt to submit and get reimbursed via our extended Healthcare insurance.
I personally got the Swiss massage with the therapist named Kelly and she was amazing! I felt like 1 hr was not enough to be honest. They gage whether you want to chat, talk less or just fall asleep and enjoy. Clean facilities. Only bad thing I van honestly say is the flies. But I think it's because of the sweet smell of the lively tea they provide at several stations around the outdoor Cold & Hot Pools. Which were amazing by the way! Plenty of spots to simply enjoy with your BFF, partner/spouse, hammocks even rocking chairs enclosed within forestry. Not bad at all! Honestly wish we could have stayed the whole day.
Showers, change room, electronic locks on lockers with a band that locks and unlocks it, what more can you ask for? Perfect for a relaxing get away sesh, a classy and relaxing Bachelorette spot. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back next time I'm back in Blue Mountain.
Oh did I mention? It's conveniently located just outside of the village area of Blue Mountain.

Constantly upgrading amenities for better experience. Wish they’d have a few other things some of the other spas have but still a great experience none the less. 3 stars is for it being a little on the high side for base relax (thermal package) if managed to get a massage and the plunges/relax are included it makes for a better deal.
29 January 2022 15:18
Can't support business that mindlessly comply with segregationalist policy. Unfortunately morals and ethics are lacking.
24 January 2022 4:56
Very tranquil and relaxing place to unwind. If you can avoid the weekends, would suggest it as it gets busy. The steam room is my favourite.
20 January 2022 12:23
Great concept. Amazing facilities and grounds. But unfortunately spa services were mediocre at best. Add to that the tendency by staff to treat their guests as cattle and the rating drops from 4 to 2.
13 January 2022 17:41
It was okay, not quite the experience we had hoped for. It being a quiet spa does make it quite dull after some time. There could be some music playing at least. It really isn't that large, there are 3 different saunas or hot rooms, a few cold pools and a few hot baths. After about 2 hours or so it was very redundant, unless you want to read a book or take a nap there are much better spas for the price out there. They make you rent a robe for 15$ it was not listed on the website. Come on a robe at the spa should be included. Will not be returning but the experience was okay.
09 January 2022 4:24
November 8th, 2021; I booked two baths, and only when I received the confirmation email via text did I realize that they are mandating Covid 19 proof of vaccination. An outdoor health and wellness retreat that is mandating experimental MRNA gene therapy created by pharmaceutical industries, gene therapy vaccines that are causing health problems worldwide. I’m beyond shocked and disgusted. There are cancer patients and people who live holistic, natural lifestyles that rely on coming to this spa for their health & wellness, that they have completed cut off with their mandate. Every business can create their own Covid 19 vaccine policy and Scandinave Spa could have kept their policy as proof of vaccination for indoor dining only, but they chose to take it a step further and mandate it for a their entire HEALTH AND WELLNESS OUTDOOR RETREAT. I’m boycotting Scandinave Spa as well as many others who have done the same through word of mouth and will continue to grow. Watch your sales drop. Look elsewhere if you are against these tyrannical mandates folks, and look elsewhere if you’re choosing not to take this experimental gene therapy. Thermea Spa in Whitby is opening up this Spring and they will certainly win over customers with their Holistic & Natural approach as well as their breathtaking facilities. Scandinavian Spa - you are single handedly participating in medical genocide & segregation/discrimination piggybacking on the guise of tyrannical “public health” and control. Shame on you.
07 January 2022 21:41
A definite must-visit for ultimate relaxation with hot baths, saunas, and steam rooms. All surrounded by beautiful nature. Great time to disconnect from devices and be mindful (no phones or talking allowed).
03 January 2022 13:31
My husband & I came here for our one year anniversary. We each had a massage & followed it up with the baths. Such a relaxing experience!
03 January 2022 3:52
This spa had abruptly changed their vaccination policy with no notice provided. This resulted in a personal loss of a few hundred bucks as we had booked a hotel for this visit only. Their booking system can also use an upgrade as it can be very slow during peak periods.
01 January 2022 17:20
One of the worst experience I had. My husband and I booked the Spa 2 weeks prior thinking we are getting the same experience as the Whistler location. The staff including the massage therapists were not professional and extremely rude and racist. My therapist asked me where I am from and how long I have been in Canada because I have an accent. He burped during the session. They did not have blow dryers, choice of massage oil, and no bins for the used towels. I don’t recommend this place at alll for the money you are paying.
30 December 2021 8:15
I couldn't really find any reviews that touch on what to expect in poor weather, so I thought I'd write one.

I booked about a month in advance, so I was super disappointed the morning of when I realized it was going to pour rain the entire day. I tried calling to see if I could reschedule, but ended up bailing on the call after being on hold for a bit.

I'm SO glad I didn't cancel. Honestly the rain didn't impact my stay at all. When you're in the baths, you can hardly even notice the rain, and if anything it creates a lovely cool contrast. I just made sure I kept a towel in my locker for after so I would have a dry one.

There's plenty of space inside to relax, and the saunas/steam rooms are all indoors anyway. A staff member even offered to get me a bag for my book so it didn't get wet. The only thing I didn't really get to enjoy were the hammocks and fire pits.

If you're thinking of cancelling because of the weather, don't! I promise you'll still have a great time.
29 December 2021 7:46
Amazing experience. Beautiful environment, i would def. Recommend this place to anyone who needs some R&R
24 December 2021 13:29
When I visited a few years ago this place was amazing to visit and get away from everyday busy life. I feel this time when I visited it was noticed that all the hottubs grout is missing from the top edge and that all the tubs needed a little tlc besides that I had a great time and can't wait to return.

Also I would like to mention when calling to confirm my appointment time that the employee was very rude but maybe she was just having a bad day.
17 December 2021 12:17
A very relaxing experience. We spent 2.5 hours just doing the baths and saunas. The hot baths are nice and hot and the cold plunges are cold! 2 different saunas and a steam room. It is the most tranquil space I have ever been nestled just inside the forest. The staff are friendly and they do enforce the quiet. Quiet taking is permitted but it must be quiet. You will be shhhh’d if you are being loud. Towels are included and you can rent robes to use for the day. You can also bring your own robe if you do not want to rent. We went November 7,2021 and the day was sunny and beautiful. We will return! You are provided a locker and you are not permitted to use your cell phone or take pictures. It is a relaxing time with no distractions.

We did not do any massages only the baths.
10 December 2021 16:00
I always have such an amazing experience when I come here. Services and customer service are 5/5!:)
09 December 2021 7:02
This is a fantastic getaway in Collingwood. We have visited a number of times and always enjoyed our visit. The pools are incredible, the eucalyptus steam room is a particular highlight, and relaxing by the fire pits or laying in the Sun is delightful for most of the year. I have gotten a massage here before, and while it was very good it was also quite expensive. Give yourself at least a few hours to enjoy the circuit.
03 December 2021 16:52
Book early. The secret is out and it gets booked up FAST! Amazing experience and attentive staff
22 November 2021 18:12
I always love my time at the outdoor baths. They have a pretty seemless process for checking you in prior to entering the building. Calm and serene and the staff are wonderful. I like that you now have to reserve a time to arrive.
20 November 2021 16:14
This place is not worth the hype. Their booking system is beyond horrible. Their website is always super slow & down when new dates are added & noone gets a fair equal chance to book. Their phone lines are slow at the same time. You would think they care to fix this problem, but I guess it's not important for them. Good luck trying to get in, can take years!
19 November 2021 23:08
Just so you know, their Bistro is open but you can't eat or even do takeout unless it is within your reservation time. The Bistro isn't listed on their website and after calling to see if it was open, the staff member didn't mention this important detail. The attendant at the outdoor proof of vaccine booth accused me of lying about phoning to inquire about the Bistro and offered zero suggestions on where to purchase a quick lunch.

Also, at least six people were unmasked in the change room. They need to monitor this area much better.
19 November 2021 22:50
Gorgeous and spacious facility with over 6 outdoor pools to chose from and some of the best sauna's out there. My RMT Lauren was the best and gave helpful tips after the massage. Definitely worth coming back.
19 November 2021 16:05
DURING COVID REVIEW: I was nervous to go during the pandemic, and was not happy people did not need to be double vaccinated to attend the spa, but wanted to give it a try. The capacity limits made me more comfortable, and I hope a reduced capacity is here to stay. There was plenty of space, it was extra quiet, and no one was hogging the chairs etc. The food was disappointing, not much for what money was spent.

PRE COVID REVIEW: I The spa is beautiful and right in the middle of the woods so its a gorgeous backdrop also. The facilities were nice and clean. I found the spa was great, but some of the patrons put me off. It seemed like people were really hogging some of the areas, savings seats, and a lot of staring. My sister and I went together and felt so uncomfortable. The environment was not very welcoming, which is a shame because the place is stunning. Not much they can do about rude people visiting the spa.
15 November 2021 16:13
What a great experience, excellent service.clean and safe.as well as perfect for day of relaxation.
I loved the fact that everyone is following the rules of no cell.phone and being quite
Thank you
15 November 2021 6:49
Perfect atmosphere, incredible customer service, and the most enjoyable time! The spa is clean and extremely well maintained.
Bring a picnic or enjoy the cafe in the spa for a light lunch.
Towel, robe & locker are included in your visit. Showers are available for after your stay, along with lotion and blow dryers.
I love having a book, large water bottle in a tote bag that I can bring around the spa to enjoy between the baths.
14 November 2021 13:05
Absolutely beautiful setting. Breathtaking really but the service was far below an expected standard. There are signs everywhere to hydrate but no water is available other than to purchase. Really? That is quite a basic. Renting a robe? The $12 is not really an issue but it s feels super petty. The problem is maybe overlooked by management. Seeing white robes and matching slippers gives a lux, clean feel. Seeing someone in their 10 year old Blue Jays robe and ratty Nike flip flops definitely takes away from the spa experience. It is a one time only visit for me. Oh and the shushing from the men in black, when no one is loud at all, feels ominous and sad.
05 November 2021 3:42
What a great experience! Beautiful and very relaxing place, very well maintained, lots of options for your choice of relaxation, 3 different saunas, a few different pools with hot and cold water. Super cozy setting by real fire, lots of hammocks and all sorts of chairs as well as benches to take a breath in between saunas. All the staff members are there for you if you have any questions or concerns, they also make sure everyone stays quite for everyone else’s relaxation. That take silence very seriously and that was great for me. Also no phones or wifi around which means nobody has a chance to annoy others while constantly taking pictures.
Loved the baths, the saunas, hammocks and basically everything. Definitely will be back soon for more relaxation.
29 October 2021 3:37
Everytine I go it gets better. Relaxation takes practice and as winter approaches its relaxation training season. Gotta get ready for dem slopes. I recommend everyone do this place at least once or twice in their life.
13 October 2021 7:40
I've been other similar spas and found this one underwhelming. It costs the same and has way less amenities. It was beautiful but I found it less impressive then others.
10 October 2021 10:32
Two of the three hot pools had no jets working and yet I still paid full price. I was given a ten dollar gift card and that was like a slap in the face. Half of the payment should have been returned to ppl since more than half of there pools had non working jets.
06 October 2021 13:37
Highly recommend it.
If you want to get away from the gta, get a chalet in blue mountain and spend a day at this spa. Bring a girl with you and she will never forget this experience.
11 March 2021 9:55
Honestly the hype was not worth it, it was quite uneventful. Paying $80 for a hot bath with security guards disrupting every “relaxing” moment made it far from that of an adequate experience. The disturbances caused by the guards and other staff members made the experience less enjoyable. I understand that due to covid, there are strict protocols that are implemented but their exaggerated way of enforcing them was interfering with the integrity of the event. How is a disturbance from staff/guards any better than from other spa members? Every two seconds, I would see a guard coming and interrupting someone’s conversation. It is not that serious. Everywhere I went a staff member was hovering over me or other individuals in the facility. This ruined the experience for me, I did not come here to be harassed and stalked but to relax and alleviate stresses. Other than a hot bath, there was nothing else to do. Also, I noticed that individuals of colour were being harassed more so than other individuals. This was extremely disappointing to witness. Do better! I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to this place. It was far from how I imagined it, I suggest you guys go to nordik spa instead!
08 February 2021 10:01
4 stars for not including the robes with towels (you have to pay for them separately). Other than that, the spa is great, relaxing and fun. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, the steam room is not available but all the Sauna rooms are open.
04 February 2021 10:15
Enjoyed the massage.
Very tranquil and beautiful spa but as compared to many world class facilities and spas we have been to it lacks that character
19 February 2019 9:08
Line-up TIPS: We arrived on 8: 40 AM and was assigned as group number 20. Then we were told that there would be about 4 hours' waiting. We gave phone number to the staff and left. Around 1 pm we received text message that space is available. It is not crowded. You can replace wet towels at any time.
16 February 2019 8:16
Great place to go for a relaxing retreat away from the city and the glow of cell phones and electronics.

Serene and love the fact that they enforce the quiet environment. The saunas and pools were as I expected.

Side note:
After reading reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to venture out on in the morning in the middle of winter to try and get in before it got too busy. Indeed, waiting outside in the middle of winter was definitely our choice, but it would have been nice to have some kind of shelter to keep from being battered by the winds. We were told that the spa doesn’t provide these and it is the client’s choice to go and wait in line in the middle of winter. Word of advice for those who want to get in early so there aren’t crowds: bring warm clothes if it’s winter. For those who could care less about the crowds: put your name on the wait list.

Also, grab a coffee or a tea to warm up.but I would suggest waiting until you get back into Collingwood to eat.
10 February 2019 6:34
Nice place but the wait is too long. 6 hours wait then we got a text.to say we could go in. Security a short fat young guy kept coming up to my 5 Oriental friends and kept saying to be be quiet. Even when the ladies were whispering. Whereas there was a lot of white people in the pool talking but he did not tell them to hush up. For what we paid i think the guy was extremely rude and was trying to show off his power. Not good. Facilities were great and clean. $ 348.00 for 4 people with Robes.
09 February 2019 22:28
Really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Staff enforce a quiet setting and it ends up making for a truly relaxing experience. The options for pools and saunas and relaxation areas are great.
28 January 2019 1:36
Really great experience and super relaxing (will return for sure!) But a few ways to improve listed below.

The facilities are very pretty and the relaxation room has super comfy curvy couches you can doze in. It was really beautiful. The amosphere was peaceful, quiet and a real retreat.

The saunas are powerful. I could see staff constantly maintaining logs on the fire burning one and the mini bon fires. (I'd like to see them wiped down though? I was there for 6 hrs and did not see that happen. It would be more confidence inspiring to see the seats disinfected.)

The hot/ cold therapy pools have nice ledges to sit on and were not over crowded.

The pool temperatures were great and relaxing. Even the dreaded cold one's.

For improvements:

The ambassadors need to create more of a flow of directions. I nearly had a heart attack last night realizing I didn't tip my masseuse but the process was weird. When done the massage the masseurs leave you for quite a while. I would have just left. They did return Then they give you a bill with an envelope but there is no clear place to put money and of course your money is locked up your locker. So my partner and I were going to do it later and simply forgot. It was like that with the bracelet too. You return them to people working the bistro.

The flow in the women's change room is stressful. No organization so that people don't mix up same coats (ex a generic black Canada goose- there were about 8) the place is cramped and there is no place to put towels and robes until you get upstairs making it cramped and hard to maneuver around the mountains of wet piles people are leaving around.

Finally the pools were way too chlorine-y. I can't tell if I was relaxed because of the hot cold therapy or the chlorine gas was making me sleepy. Bromine or salt could be some good options in the heated ones so they do not offgas so much
25 January 2019 4:12
The spa was really nice and relaxing. However, one of the staff members (Wendy) was extremely passive aggressive and rude towards our party which ruined the ambience.
22 January 2019 10:13
The staff here have racial discrimination, they ask silence for every body except white people. If this situation happens all the time, you will lost customers.
21 January 2019 21:50
I loved it. I feel so relaxed after my visit here!

If you're going to go over the holidays, be aware that you need to line up early. The first day we were there at 10am and we didn't make it inside.

The next day we lined up before the gates even opened (around 7: 45am) and there were already people there. Before the baths even opened, they had reached capacity.

So plan accordingly if you want to go during a holiday.

It's worth the hassle. Make sure that you take advantage of the cold pools too. It makes the hot ones that much more enjoyable.
19 January 2019 23:17
My family has been going to Scandinave Spa for many years, we own a timeshare in Collingwood since 1994. We have recommended friends and family to visit the spa throughout this time, probably about 300+ recommadtions. As of today they have lost about 50+ active guests, potential guests and we will be sharing this upsetting experience with many others, this includes beauty industry professionals (15+ years in the industry), social media, other sites with reviews and forums, and possibly CTV & CP24 news stations.

My aunt and 2 cousins decided to visit the spa today after we spoke highly of the experience of the spa, we recently lost my brother from cancer and they wanted to relax and get away for the Christmas season. Unfortunately one of my cousins could not join her family in the bath because it was 'her time of the month' so she quietly and respectfully studied in the lounge area, which she was initially welcomed to stay and wait by a few staff while my family was lined up outside at 8: 15am in the freezing cold and at the reception desk afterwards.

Only 20 minutes into my cousins stay at the lounge, she was asked by a manager to "leave immediately and wait elsewhere in the area like Starbucks" until her family members were finished using the facilities. They did not even give my cousin a chance to purchase anything in the lounge which she was more than happy to during her wait. Since there are no cellphones allowed in the bath areas my cousin could not contact her family members to retrieve the car keys and was forced to wait outside in the cold. No respect, understanding, compassion or empathy was showed by this manager, especially during this Christmas time of year and after the recent passing of my brother. Sensitivity and compassion training is a must especially in a tourist area such as Blue Mountain, you would think people would show more compassion during the Christmas season,    especially when you work in the health and wellness industry. Completely unacceptable conduct of manager, you should be ashamed of yourself.

We also did our diligent research before my family's visit since we have always respected their policies, and no where on the website says guests cannot wait for their family members in the lounge area. Many times during our stays in the past 5 years their enforcement on "no talking and cellphone use" has exponentially deteriorated. We have quietly and respectfully notified staff about many of these instances yet nothing changes. Last month when I was there with my husband and sister-in-law (those husband, my brother who recently passed away), there was a Chinese group who were taking videos and photos and talking loudly, and they were not asked to leave after. How is this fair? ! My understanding is if you break a code of conduct/policy you suffer the consequences and are asked to leave, how was my cousin asked to leave when she did not break any codes of conduct?

Please do not visit this Spa, extremely unprofessional and inconsistent.
18 January 2019 19:55
Unfortunately, had the worst massage experience. I've had many bad massages but yesterday was not just bad, it was wrong. The therapist was putting pressure on all the wrong spots. Not good.
17 January 2019 15:58
What a beautiful place with an amazing spa. Water was clean and a good temperature. Amazing. Washrooms/change rooms were also very clean and had ample space to properly change/collect yourself. The food was lovely and towel exchange was easy. No hassel at all.
The only downside was that bloody annoying 'shusher' who crept around the spa area and shushed people for being too loud. I am grateful for the spa to provide such a service because we all need our quiet time but MOST of the time this guy was more a creep than professional. If the spa wanted to change people's options about him, please give him a proper uniform, and not have him sulking behind the bushes wearing construction clothes. Give him a name tag and have him easily identified as "life guard"" or hell even "professional shusher". Its only fair. I'm practically naked in my swim suit and the first time I saw him I did not know what he was doing. It was rather disconcerting for me to see a fully clothed older male with no obvious purpose or profession (not identified) wearing work clothes (so not a bather at the spa) staring at a hot tub full of young women from behind a bush. I'm sure you get my point.
14 January 2019 7:30
One of the best Wednesdays of my life
. Went during the week in October. Weather was crisp but not too cold. Want to go back once it snows. Hot pools are amazing, relaxing room just makes you want to melt.
13 January 2019 20:48
For the most part, the day was enjoyable. The door closers need to be adjusted, so they are not slamming shut, which takes away from the experience. And the pool water was really dirty.
09 January 2019 16:16
We drive all the way from Niagara to enjoy a day of relaxation during the holiday season, only to find that there's a minimum three hour wait to get in. That would leave little enough time to enjoy the three cycle recommendation for a proper thermal cleanse. I can't wait for the spa to open in Whitby then I won't have to waste a three hour drive to get here.
07 January 2019 23:03
How can you not have an amazing time here! Came here as a birthday treat and it did not disappoint.

The only feedback was that they only give you access to one tone, which after considerable time outside gets cold, wet, heavy and doesn’t ever dry. The towels are unlimited but in the winter, everyone is roaming around the property and from pool to pool in their robe, so an extra would have made the expletive even better!

Be sure to either pack a plastic bag for your wet swimsuit when you leave or ask for one ahead of time at the front desk when checking in. These are not provided downstairs in the locker room areas like they are at other spas/ water circuits.

They take silence seriously here. Staff are regularly monitoring the noise level outside and will go over to anyone or group who is speaking loudly. I appreciated that since I was with my partner, but I think some bachelorette/ bachelor groups did not appreciate the warnings.

All in all we had an amazing time here — dreaming of the next visit!
07 January 2019 5:42
Terrible service and time management, force guests came up earlier for registeration but leave u on outside later without any proper reason.
There is no rest zone and time limit for guests to manage their schedule to arrange guests properly.emoployees are rude and lack of professionalism.
I prefer a 0/10 for this terrible place, shouldnt call it spa cuz they make u more tired and stressful rather any comfort.racist place also, worst spot in blue mountain.save ur time and go other places.
06 January 2019 16:01
We chose this place based on the reviews.
They get 3 since I can't give 2 and a half. Mainly for the staff and massages we got. Good staff and service that you'd expect anywhere really.
Aside from that, certainly not worth the money or the drive!
2 warm pools, not even hot, just warm pools, and 2 cool pools, similar to lake temps in the early summer. I was under the impression from the photos and reviews that the setting was a proper thermal spa. It is just outdoor pools!
What I don't understand are the line-ups and the demand!
The only reason we could get in was massage appointment.
Doesn't come anywhere near real hot / thermal baths in other parts of the world.
03 January 2019 2:54
The pools, sauna and steam bath are state of the art. The massage I received could have been done better. Ashley.at the reception.has worked there for four years. Perhaps she could learn to be more friendly and remain professional at the same time.
28 December 2018 8:55
Reminded me a tiny bit of the blue lagoon! Super relaxing, great decor and service. Absolutely adore the steam room, the aroma is wonderful.skin felt super soft and plumped the next day. Haha.had so much fun plunging into the cold waterfall
27 December 2018 23:38
Was told that there is a 5hour waitlist when we got here in the morning. This place doesn't take reservations and the waitlist is crazy.wish it is more organized so that it can accommodate more people at the same time.kinda disappointing.
