Our service advisor, Najib Farid, was excellent. We came in with an issue and he knew immediately what the issue was. He did an amazing job organizing the repair, our transportation to and from the dealership and most importantly, kept us up to date with what was happening.

Got our CX-5 from Scarboro Mazda in 2018 and have been taking it there ever since for oil changes, which has always been excellent service. Recently we took it in to get body work done due to an accident. We dealt with Amanda, the body shop manager, she made everything go seamlessly and had the car finished and ready to be picked up earlier than expected. Thanks Amanda and thanks Scarboro Mazda team!

Finally, got my winter tires installed here. It’s was very good service and I got a good rates on my winter tire package. Staffs in service team are very co-operative, I would really like to thank Fatima Atif from the service team very good in her work really appreciate her! Keep it up!
I would like to add that I faced some challenges due to wrong tires installed on my car but later in evening it was fixed and I would like to thanks Amanda Mohamid she was very helpful as always she is. Everything was fixed later and finally I have my winter tires on my car. Thank you and keep it up Amanda!

We had a wonderful experience at Scarborough Mazda buying our first car. We were scouring the dealerships in and around the GTA for the car we were looking for.

Jake and Ted from Scarborough Mazda reached out to us to inform us that they just received the vehicle I was looking for from Mazda Canada. We rushed there 30 minutes before closing and finalized the deal in an hour. They even hooked us up with a rental cx30 due to a minor delivery delay which was necessary for setting up the car.

Big shoutout to Kevin for walking us through the financing and to Gian for making sure everything was in order for the delivery. Moreover, the gift hamper contained lots of awesome goodies! I would highly recommend Scarborough Mazda for their friendly service and professionalism. Truly above and beyond!

Leased 2021 CX-5 from Scarboro Mazda last week and the entire interaction, from online chat through final signing, was absolutely fantastic.

My previous lease, negotiations, and interactions with other Mazda dealership (Gyro) was ridiculously tedious and frustrating.

The Scarboro Mazda team (specifically Ted Chung & Rob Putin) were extremely professional + courteous. Zero non-sense. Zero "sales tactics. "
They negotiated fairly and treated us as valued clients.
Entire process took less than 24 hours.

Highly recommend.

Disappointing. Not a good place for trade-ins. They are low ballers ignoring that some customers are very knowledgeable about the value of their vehicles. Plus, they use dirty tactics to hook you into signing a deal below your expectations, with a lack of transparency in numbers and calculations, no matter how uncomfortable you feel. My single-star rate is symbolic because they don't deserve a dime.

I really had great experience with scarboro mazda. To be honest, when i planned to buy a car i never had an option of mazda in my mind. Once on the way heading home, i just felt like enquire about the cars and then met RAJA BEN. Ryan Kim did an exemplary job of finding us the perfect vehicle. We have had our new car for a month now and are exceedingly happy with it. Ryan did a superb job. As previous reviews have stated, he was knowledgeable, personable and professional, which one always appreciates in a purchase this important. More than that, however, he went beyond the norm to make sure my car was delivered to me for my birthday, even though it required some serious behind the scenes work on his part I suspect. He just looked so darned proud when he was able to give us the keys on that day. He's an excellent representative for Mazda, and I hope they know what a special young man they have there.

My salesperson was Ryan Kim. He was pleasant, knowledgeable on the product and did not use any pressure tactics. He was great to deal with. He even contacted me several weeks after my purchase to follow up and ask how the car was and do I have any questions. Nice touch.
My only beef was with the warranty I purchased. I thought that I was getting a Mazda backed warranty not a 3rd party aftermarket warranty. Reading some of the warranty requirements seem to require excessive vehicle maintenance that if they are not done in the required times, the warranty could be voided. Oh well. Live and learn I suppose.

Buying a pre-owned vehicle can be a daunting experience in itself, however, my worries were eased throughout the entire process thanks to the team at Scarboro Mazda. Spent the afternoon with Ryan Kim, who made my experience seamless by helping me decide which car was the better option for me. He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly. He understood my needs for a car and went above and beyond to ensure they were met. I also had an excellent experience with Kevin Ho, who processed the financing details of my purchase. He worked his magic and was able to create a plan that fit my budget. Highly enjoyed my experience and would gladly recommend both of them to any of my family, friends and clients. Recently bought a new vehicle from Sam Huang at this dealership. The purchasing experience was hassle free and he was very informative throughout. He was able to offer me a great price and the deal was sealed during my visit. Delivery was on time and he was once again very thorough. Would def recommend anyone who's looking for a Mazda to go to this gentleman and you will be treated with respect!

You cannot go wrong with th service department. Recently had a warranty claim and they went above and beyond to get me more than what my car was warranted for. Covid did slow things down but it's not their fault. In fact they had to followup for me numerous times and I definitely appreciate it.

Heartless!

Someone from our office was tragically killed in the intersection nearby just before Christmas in 2020, yet when our staff went to place a small memorial on PUBLIC property they were told not to by one of the managers of this dealership. Today I noticed that flowers that were tied to a PUBLIC street light at this intersection have been removed.

This business clearly does not care about our community. Please shop elsewhere.

December 2018 I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda 3 2015. My previous cars have always been private sales so this was my first experience in a car dealership. I had scoured the ScarboroMazda website for a few days prior searching for the perfect fit for my commuting needs that fits well within my budget. I had requested to be contacted. We bought a new CX-5 and we're very happy with it. Our salesperson was Andrew Kourbanas, and he was extremely helpful through the whole process. I can honestly say I'm not sure the deal would have worked out if not for Andrew K. 's patience and understanding. There were a few bumps in the road (we initially were shopping for a 2018 but the models with the features we were looking for were gone). We ended up getting a 2019, and Andrew made sure that the process was smooth and did his absolute best to get us the car we wanted at a price we could be happy with. The person working in financing (Rob) was also very clear and helpful. If you're looking to buy a Mazda, we would definitely recommend buying it from Andrew K.at Scarboro Mazda!

Sales rep made very inappropriate comments, however the manager was able to somewhat comprehend the weight of the comment (s), validated them and responded appropriately after a bit of an ordeal. Haven't brought vehicle in for service yet, however they have complimentary wifi and coffee! Drawback is the dealership is close to home so it would make it hard to go elsewhere even if I feel uncomfortable around the particular sales rep.

Andrew Reid at Scarboro Mazda treated us extremely well. Communication was fast and efficient and follow up was excellent as we purchased our very first new car, a Mazda CX-5, GT Tech edition. This dealership met us on our schedule, worked with us to get us everything we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Andrew took his time and answered all of our questions, repeatedly when necessary. He even came in on his day off and spent 3 hours with us when we were picking up the car. There is so much to learn the first time you buy a new car. Every minute of this experience was professional. 2 months later, we are purchasing winter tires and rims and other accessories and they continue to make us feel like we are VIPs. Today when I arrived for my tire installation, they said they were backed up and offered me a complimentary rental so I wouldn't have to wait around until the backup cleared. I am returning the vehicle tomorrow, on my schedule. I have never experienced such excellent customer service and would highly recommend Andrew Reid as your sales associate. PS, In my opinion, Mazda has the superior combination of quality vehicle and visual sport factor, when compared to the other 4 Japanese companies. No other company's car in this category, SUV/compact SUV, came close. If you want quality and curb appeal, Mazda should be your choice.

In past 20 years I have always purchased Honda and Acura so I was accustomed to their dealership and client treatment. I purchased a used 2012 mazda3 from Scarborough Mazda for my kids. I was amazed the way this dealership runs seems like a clock. Appointment s are on time and they will also provide a loaner if work would take much longer than expected.service Advisor will pull the history of work evreytime to see what was done previously even from previous owner and going through manufacture recall if any with me, what a treatment. Service advisors are not fake and rush the client they also don’t try to sell you and force you the recommended work simply expanding and leaving it with you that makes a big different. They are genuinely helpful and courteous. I can say this based on my two separate experience in this dealership Both times two different advisors, first time was Miss Melanie and second time was Mr. Tim Chan and also service Manager Mr. Stephen Williams.
I had a bad experience from another dealership in the past when I dropped my car for oil change and end up costing me additional $580 for the physical damaged to my car after when I picked it up. I had to spent hours with the manager trying unsuccessfully to prove that my car didn’t have the damage when I dropped it off and had to go through their parking lot security camera that were not sufficient and didn’t have the right angle when I dropped my car off to capture the driver side. Scarborough Mazda dealership has cameras on both sides when you drop off the car so you are safe and don’t need to take pictures before dropping your car off for service.
When my lease is up on my Acura, I will be seriously looking to lease a Mazda.

Went to Scarboro Mazda to get my tire fixed. Spoke with Tim who informed me that I needed to replace the tire because it could not be repaired. Informed him that I have tire warranty and he stated that my warranty did not cover tire repairs, the same warranty that I had spent so much money on. Mind I add the car was purchased the previous year, so there were no worries about lapse in coverage or KMs etc.
I needed my car fixed so against by better judgement I went ahead and authorized the tire change, Tim then stated I would need to replace both tire because they would be unable to just change 1 tire. This was my 1st vehicle, so I'm unaware if that is the industry standard. Regardless, I committed and paid the $100 hold for the tire order, received a call that the tires were in and at that point, I think they felt they already had my business so customer service went from decent to deplorable fairly quickly. I felt as if I was being taken advantage of so I decided that once this service was done I would never go back to this dealership, and thank goodness I was smart enough to take the "old tires" with me which I am still in possession of.
Fast forward to another dealership where I had to get some service done, inquired about my warranty and they assured me that I am covered, got the same confirmation at Yorkdale Mazda, Gyro Mazda and even Agincourt Mazda. Spoke to several mechanics who looked at the tires and stated that I had gotten conned by Scarbo Mazda.
Placed a request with Mazda Head Office to look into the matter and here I am almost 3 months later and still getting a run around.
AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND DISHONEST EMPLOYEES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MY EXPERIENCE AND MAYBE IF I HAD GOTTEN A SECOND OPINION WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP I WOULDN'T BE IN THIS PREDICAMENT. Fingers crossed I can get this issue resolved without escalating it further or getting the media involved. If you plan to use this dealership please please please cross all your T's and dot all your I's before making a decision or better yet try the many other dealerships in Toronto!

Best dealership that focus on customer service and their needs instead of pressuring them to buy unnecessary vehicle. I bought my first vehicle with them and from the first phone call to dealership visit and the whole process, Andrew Kourbanas made it really smooth and detailed. He is very professional and tries to understand your needs without pressuring you.
He offered me the exact vehicle I am looking for and also provide the same trim vehicle to test drive and explained each and every features.
Andrew and Kevin made the buying experience really enjoyable.
I enjoyed overall process of buying the vehicle from Scarboro Mazda.

Also I had very pleasant experience with the service department. Houssain from the service department helped me with my appointment and booked me as soon as possible even though it was really busy time for such appointments.

I can't wait to write my first honest review after the third time being with Scarborough Mazda. I experienced bad customer services from Agincourt Mazda and tried my luck on Scarborough one. The service team in this shop had never made me disappointed, they care about customers with a prompt, sincere and informative response. Tim Chan, one of the service advisers, was very helpful, clear and responsive. I was panic when I left my car with mechanics in Agincourt Mazda since they tried to sell unnecessary services to my NEW car. To avoid me to write a bad customer review, the persons from Agincourt Mazda changed my email address. However I am very confident to leave my car with Tim and his service team as I know they do business reasonable. Also they have a very strong and skilled mechanical team. Highly recommend Mazda owners to have services with Scarborough Mazda. You will never go away once you come!

Absolutely the best customer services in the entire GTA and I can say that because I went to 4 other dealerships, 2 of which were Mazda as well, and wasn't treated very well. I walked into Scarboro Mazda and didn't expect much different treatment. Boy was I wrong! Ted was AMAZING. He took the time to show me both cars I was interested in, popped the hood up and showed me the unique Mazda touches to engine and under the hood. He then handed me off to the finance manger Rob who was also absolutely AWESOME. Rob was patient and accommodating, answered all 1 million questions and concerns I had. Even called me on his day off to update me on the progress of the deal. When it was time to pick up my brand new Mazda CX5, both Rob and Ted were great. Ted sat in the car and walked me through all the tech setups and got me familiar with the car. If you need to buy a car and want to be treated fairly then there is not other place to go but Scarboro Mazda!
