We had to build a support post for installing LVL beams. Alma was very helpful and Tony helped ensure the measurements and specifications were exact and made a few helpful suggestions. The pricing was fair and the post fit perfectly and turnaround was fast. Even though we were novices they helped us greatly.
We would recommend without hesitation.

It was unfortunatley one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Called in to inquire about something for a client who was ready to make a purchase upwards of 60k. Regardless of amount I feel it's the duty of the service provider to uphold exceptional customer service. This could include providing some basic information and not just referring someone to your website. It shows a lack of respect for the customers time and the bussiness they are bringing. The last thing you tell someone asking for a couple photos to be emailed to them for a client, " I will NOT do that, you can go to my website" its blatantly rude and is very unappreciated from a customer stand point. It's no way to conduct bussiness or build relationships, especially in these hard times. I would ot reccomend this business and unfortunate.

Outstanding quality of their structural steel fabrication and great customer service. Judging from my own experience, we’ve used their services like 3 times and so far we’ve had no complaints, except for a minor accidental scratch that they quickly fixed.
