Updating my review: my doctor is phenomenal and I felt at ease with him. I realized the clinic is understaffed and might be the reason behind some delays but they are helpful which I really appreciate. I do hope you have another channel of communication for your patients instead of just the telephone. It is too difficult for us to get a hold of you outside our work hours.

DR. RATHEISHAN RAJESAN is by far the best doctor. I was lucky to have found him. He takes hik time and explains everything in detail. We need more doctors like him. Thankyou

Dr. Umasuthan is great. She is always very friendly when I see her and is looking out for things that I am not even there for. Couldn't be happier.

Dr. Gwen Rajakumar is amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I never feel rushed and one of the few doctors around, that allow patients to bring up more than one concern/ sickness/ illness. High recommend, truly blessed to have such an amazing GP

I agree with all the bad reviews on here, really surprised on any reviews here that have above 1 star and, I have personal experience with dr Rajakumar and the staff.

Pros: I have a very good family doctor, she have been my doctor for 5 years now, never charge for any of my school forms and even my work forms. They always accommodate me and the staff are always helpful. Dr. Rajakumar sees me on time whenever I book an appointment. I only wait if I try to get a same day appointment. But good thing is she accommodates me whenever I am sick even though I don't have any prior appointment. I can't believe how people here had a very bad experience. Cons: Long holding time in the phone. It's hard to book appointments right a way, you have to book it way early. And they don't answer calls at lunch time. So it's hard for me to call them since I work full time. Wish that they answer phones @ lunch time.
But overall I feel being cared for as a patient by my doctor and the staff in this clinic.

Wow so surprised with the reviews. I was just there few days ago. Contrary to the reviews I see here, I have a very good experience with my family doctor in this clinic. I can't believe people actually experience this things in this clinic. Well on the other side speaking from my experience, and just to be fair. My doctor is very kind, helpful and never rush, Front desk staff are very friendly, accommodating, never had problems with booking appointments, and they never failed to call us to remind us of our appointments, (I have 3 little kids so I always have appointments in the clinic) and the nurse is very very good and friendly with my kids as well. I love how they treat us as their patients. I have been a patient here for as long as I remember and I registered my kids and husband with them as well. Never had a bad experience with the staff and our doctor is the best. I highly recommend this clinic to everybody especially for families with little kids like us.

Wish i can give Minus score for this review. I am easy going and usually don't put negative review. However people need to know. Dr. Rajakumar is not professional at all. I don't know how this clinic is getting anything beyond a one star review. Things have been accumulating for me (she is my parents doctor and i visit her with them often) for this doctor and we got appointment schedule issue today (our original appointment was cancelled due to her not being available we were scheduled for a month later and never got a call for reminder when we inquired we were told that they called us and left msg. Where i don't know because I don't have any voicemail on either of my numbers and yes they called both numbers), when we brought our concerns up to Dr. Rajakumar she clearly told us through her staff that go find another Family doctor if I dont like this. I already know i can find another doctor you dont need to tell me that. I was hoping you would own the issue that was caused due to your schedule and the administration. I wouldn't recommend her or the clinic to anyone.

Contrary to some reviews I loved the staff here. Always so nice to me and my daughter. Never felt rushed and My doctor always answered any questions. I would still be a patient if I had not moved to a different city.

I have been a patient here for a long time. My doctor was very professional and helpful. The nurse there is very friendly and she is very good with injections. The bad thing is that the reception, it was the worse ever and when you call them they can't help you at all. I am glad that they have changed their receptionist especially the lady on the left side of the counter she was very rude and racist I think her name was cleo, as what they have said in the other reviews here, she was really bad not only to me but with the other patients. She never smile!

Now everything has changed. Lovely ladies are in front and they always try to help you. Way better than before. Major change. Smiles at people. Not rude and They are very reasonable. Thanks Dr. Deepan for making your receptionist better! Now I am not scared to go there. NO monster in front.
