Scarborough Collision Reporting Centre

I unfortunately had to visit the collision centre to report an accident. Although I was stressed upon arrival, I had the pleasure of being helped by an employee named Tahreem. She was extremely friendly, patient, and kind. She helped turn a very stressful situation into a much better experience. Very grateful I got to meet her!

Arrived at 9 pm after my accident. Waited 45 minutes, watching people arrive after me get served before me, I was then told to go home and then needed to take an afternoon off work to get my accident reported within the 24 hour time frame.

I had a great experience! Especially Tahreem who helped me with filling my collision report. She is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Wow, this place was excellent. Well organized, good signs-even a monitor that tracked your arrival time by your license plate. There was an attractive young woman with long dark hair (didn't get her name) who was extremely helpful and friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy her work-she was a delight to interact with. The whole process was finished in less than half an hour.

Tahreem was great! Fast service from the start, may have been unhappy entering but happy to have been helped fast after a long day.

We experienced poor service from the intake representative. She came across as rude and unsympathetic to our situation, and did not make any effort to assist us. Our overall experience with the customer service was below par.

I was advised ahead of time that the process was pain free but I didn’t believe it. Until I got there and was greeted as soon as I parked my vehicle. The staff were professional and so helpful. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

The lady assiting was extremely rude and was yelling at each and every person in the centre.

Scammers with storage facility never leave your vehicle there it’s your vehicle your decision where to take it Never ever leave there there is no law to left vehicle there. Who is Insurence company taking decision on my behalf where to take car doesn’t make sense
Soo I’m your by law is it there that I can’t take my car where I want to?

Cleverly and tactful attempts by staff and insurance representatives to make me believe I do not choose where my vehicle is repaired or towed by.

I see a low rating.however i’ve been there twice and i have been lucky enough to have vily service me twice and she has expedited the process.she has been quite informative.please use vily to teach other people within the network the proper knowledge needed to service clients and the empathy needed when these people come in due to dealing with traumatic accidents.she is quite knowledgeable and caring

I was at the Howden collision center in Scarborough.
I was attended by this Lady her name Tahreem, she helped us from A to Z from taking pictures to helping us filling the report on the computer. And then sit with and prepare the final report on her system. She gave us the most ultimate service that was beyond our expectations. I wish there where more people like her to make life easy when coming to collision center. I would highly the department to promote her and give more suitable position she deserves. And hire more people like her.

We came to Collision center as someone bumped out parked car at scarborough town center and it was our first time here. Whole team was amazing and very warm. We were extremely glad that we got support from Tahreem. She was very patient, and helped us fill the information, and was extremely extremely warm and kind. Glad to have such support specially when we were so stressed.

Walked in here and it only took 30 minutes to have me serviced. Excellent service very thorough. Looking forward to getting all of this resolved. Thank you.

Lets be real: no one wishes to visit a collision centre, but in the off chance you have to, this place certainly sets the standard for collision centres, and government offices in general.

I have visited this place as a child (early 2000s, and then again 2010s), and then now as an adult, I can see how this place changed with new management and the new staff.
This place really surprised me with their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. The good folks who work here guided me through the process, showed empathy and was clear in their instructions. Ash or Assi (I wasn't able to catch his name clearly) was very helpful and friendly. Right off the bat he took pictures, sent us into the office with clear instructions, made the process clear and definitely made my stressful day more bearable. I really appreciate his help and could not give him enough accolades for his hard work. Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and quick. I had to visit there back in 2019 which was in horrible condition. Now its really quick because of helpful staffs there.

I was pleasantly surprised today (Saturday 12th) at how quickly I was processed at this location around 11: 30 am. I had attended the Whitby location on Friday afternoon which had a 31/2 hour wait. Luckily I was redirected to the Scarborough location as my accident occurred in Toronto. Everything is automated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A gentleman helped me with filling out the form and I was out in 30 minutes! Thank you to the staff at this location for making this stressful situation easier to deal with.

Was there with lead hand with work truck to report a tiny dent. Very quick. In and out in 20 minutes
