The receptionists are accommodating. The dentist who treated my teeth was so good, I felt comfortable with her.

We recently moved and were looking for a new dentist. Dr. Song was very approachable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. What truly set him apart, however, was his commitment to explaining every aspect of the dental procedures and treatments in a clear and understandable manner. I highly recommend Dr. Song to anyone seeking not only exceptional dental care but also a dentist who goes above and beyond to ensure their patients are well-informed and comfortable throughout their visit.

Everyone at the Scarborough Dental Group is a professional that honestly cares about their patient. Each and every question I asked was answered in a knowlegable and thoughtful way. I am 100% sure that coming to the Scarborough Dental Group has been the correct decision.

My dentist retired a couple of years ago and switched over to Dr. Riken Patel at this office. The team here is polite and professional and is always welcoming. The hygienist at the office have done a fabulous job as well. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dentist!

Extremely unfortunate to have gone to Dentist Divya at this clinic. She filled 3 of my teeth in August, 2 molars and 1 pre molar. I have had to do a root canal on one and may need a second root canal - both on my molars due to medical negligence. Before the root canal, I returned within 1 week for another dentist to close the gap that she left in the fillings but the pain persisted as she didn't fill it properly either.
I went to a third dentist and he restored the tooth but the nerve had been affected at this point due to leaving the tooth exposed due to improper filling by Dentist Divya. The second tooth now is causing excruciating pain as well and I will need to have the filling removed and replaced that she did in hopes that the tooth will heal. If not, I will need another root canal to save my teeth. Mind you these teeth did not have deep fillings to begin with. This dentists negligence has caused me my healthy teeth to die with immense pain plus and 2000$ in expenses (probably 4000$ more if I need another root canal + crown). I would steer clear- absolutely clear of this practise. Absolutely the worst decision of my life.

Best dental office in the whole of GTA. A hidden gem located in Vic Park and Lawrence. I went in as an emergency with severe pain and they accomodated me right away. Dr. Divya did an amazing job with my root canal and crown. I felt much at ease as she was very gentle as well as educated. The front desk took care of my insurance and did all the paper work and direct billing. The assistants and Dr. Divya advised me during every step what was going on. Best dental experience ever. Will be returning for sure.

Dr. Patel is great. Very thorough and professional. She is one of the top dentists I have seen so far. My original dentist retired who was also great. So I’m very lucky to find her. I recommend this clinic day and night! They are also amazing with kids too! My entire family is now being treated here. I give them a 5/5!

Emily was great and didn't poke my gums at all during a cleaning! Also had an oral surgery here (lower frenectomy) from doctor Jeremy which went well and healed perfectly even without medication. Highly satisfied with my dentists and hygenists here.

The recent experiences have led me to revist my review. I was very satisfied with their work but the following incidents have causes discontent:

I am not sure how getting cleaning done for the first time in life takes in total six units and then getting it done six months and then a year later still requires 3 units and 3.5 units respectively.

On my last 2021 visit, I did not approve of polish. I am not even sure why fluoride varnish is added to the bill as well. I also clearly remember that when I asked for the bill, I was told that it would be shared via email and I was 100% covered. It is my fault that I did not follow up as I was in the middle of other things.

On my recent visit, the push to get xrays done, get pictures of the teeth to see the plaque in the clinic was too evident. I said no to xray at least 2 times and one another occasion deferred it by saying that I'd let you know if I need it. Dr Jeremy came in at the last moment for literally less than 2 minutes, again w/o any prior notification or consent and I was charged for it. Why wasn't I informed prior to my visit or even upon reaching there that the dentist would examine? It was Dr Rik who has done my treatments in the past. And I am not sure how your process works, but irrespective it was uncalled for. Again this time as well, I was not presented with the bill and told the same thing that I am 100% covered and I had to insist on getting a paper copy before I left.
I want to be candid in expressing that I do not appreciate these events and me getting 100% coverage does not call for anything to be billed or forced upon me

This place is great all the team is super nice the facilities super clean and the dentists are awesome I got a wisdom tooth extract and I didn't feel a thing I'm walking home rn no problems best dentist group ever.
All this from a big guy with huge dentist anxiety problems thanks so much for everything.

Very good experience with this group. All of them are nice and kind. Was so nervous the first day but they put me so comfortable and did a great job with a deep cleaning and filling. Very good team

Who would have thought going to the dentist would be a pleasure. In the last year I feel I have seen the dentist more than I've seen relatives. They are all friendly, professional, safe and tech savvy. From the greeting and benefit help from Taylor and Maria to the dentistry work from Dr's Rik and Jeremy and all the amazing hygienists, they helped navigate me through my implant saga that has recently come to a very successful close. Looking forward to my next regularly scheduled visit for the more traditional maintenance (cleaning etc) work.

Jeremy and his team are phenomenal. I had a chipped tooth and my previous dentist rushed the fill, Jeremy exceeded my expectations by doing a much better job at re-doing my chipped tooth. Staff are very helpful and friendly including Jeremy ofcourse! Judy my hygienist is meticulous as well making sure every tooth gaps/crevices/corners are clean. My teeth looked like dentures after the cleaning from how perfect they looked! Definitely glad I transferred to this dentist, much closer to home too!

I needed to have a broken molar repaired. My dentist of 20 years couldn’t see me for a few days. Scarborough Dental saw me within an hour of my contacting the office. Dr Jeremy was great.

So glad I found this Dentist. Everything about this place is great. Amazing dentists, hygienists and reception. Nothing bad to say about my experiences here.

Great dentist! I'm usually scared to go to the dentist, but these guys are gentle, efficient and professional. I don't always go to the dentist, but when I do, I use these guys.

The majority of people don't like going to the dentist because of bad experiences. Nothing but the best experiences here. So professional and kind. They explain everything to you making sure you understand. Hands down the best dentist my fiancée daughter and my self have ever been to.

This is a great dental office. They are all very kind and professional, including the receptionist staff. Dr. Rik is clearly very knowledgeable as well as very professional and friendly. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and he ensured that I was comfortable and informed during the process. He also made it easy to contact him in case of any issues or an emergency. They have been very understanding and flexible in terms of scheduling appointments, which I appreciate because I have a very busy schedule with school and two young children. I am thoroughly impressed with this office.

Maria is one of the best front desk manager I have met, alongside with the kindest and most gentle female Dentist Dr Caulford I have ever had. I had a great experience today with Dr Jeremy Song. I had two cavities and he was amazing, very professional and gentle as well. I had the Nitrous oxide which was so relaxing I did not feel a thing, no freezing, Both Dr Jeremy and the Assistant Beverley worked very well together and made my appointment smooth and painless. I had a great experience during my first visit with Dr Rik and his staff. The hygienist Zoe was very detailed with her work and friendly to talk to. Dr Rik has exceptional bedside manners and knows how to educate make a patient feel comfortable about procedures. Highly recommend.

No matter what my emergency, these guys are so caring and professional.you feel safe and respected. Reception is so kind and caring- a pleasure to deal with. The dentistry team are top guns.they take the time to explain what is wrong, how to fix it and what it will entail. I sit back in the chair and relax knowing how capable the hands I am in. Billing is a cinch- they make sure all benefits that can be used kick in and explain the process. I'd never go elsewhere.

I love the treatment of doctor to patient, and especially the way we work and how our teeth look.

This place is great! I've always hated going to the dentist, but here I feel like I'm well taken care of and my health is important to the team. The clinic has a modern way of communicating, which makes any last minute scheduling changes so easy. Every single team member I've encountered has been friendly and accommodating. They explain everything thoroughly so you're not left in the dark about costs or procedures. The cleanings are detailed and, again, the hygienists go over everything so you know how to take care of your teeth after you leave. I'm also going through invisalign treatment with Dr. Rik and he has done an amazing job detailing the treatment and explaining my responsibilities. Overall, I can't say enough great things about Scarborough Dental Group - they're fantastic!

Amazing group of people! Had 2 root canals in a span of 1 week (on my 2 front teeth) with 1 as an urgent case, Dr. Rik and his team did an amazing job with walking me through the steps and keeping me calm throughout the entire procedure. And as i didn’t have dental insurance coverage, they were kind enough to give me flexibility with paying off my bill. As a new patient, it’s comforting to know you’re in genuinely good hands.

My mother visit Scarborough Dental Clinic recently. The staff and doctors are so kind, friendly, helpful with great service. I recommend that clinic to everybody.

In august 2020 I decided that I had probably waited long enough to see a dentist and made an appointment with the Scarborough dental group. On arrival I was kindly greeted with big smiles by the ladies at the front desk. I was a little nervous about my appointment, but that quickly changed once I was introduced to Zoe and Dr Jeremy. Zoe does excellent work and is a true delight, I enjoy seeing her for all my hygiene appointments.

I have also had the opportunity to have Dr Jeremy work on a few cavities I recently needed to have filled. I was completely terrified on my way to my appointment, as I didn’t know what to expect because I never had a filling done before. Dr Jeremy and his wonderful support staff made me feel at ease before starting any work on my teeth. I don’t think I will ever be worried about another appointment with this team. Dr Jeremy did excellent work on my cavities, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort and I genuinely had a great experience during. The most gentle, kind, funny and informative dentist I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of time, until last year at Scarborough Dental group. I have been back multiple times since and that’s a testament to the staff as a whole at this office! They are all equally amazing in their own right and do great work! I feel comfortable, have had great results and look forward to continuing my visits and keeping on top of my oral health! Second to none, in my opinion.

I've been a patient of Dr. Caulford's since before I had teeth, she's been my family's dentist for over 20 years. When Dr. Rik took over I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be the same, but somehow Dr. Rik is just as wonderful as Dr. Caulford and Dr. Miller. He takes the time to explain everything and doesn't rush you at all. He treats you like he's known you for years and is just a wonderful dentist, both personally and professionally. While I will miss Dr. Caulford once she retires, she's found a great replacement!

Highly recommend! Everyone is a delight and always in good spirits. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful with claim submissions and prompt with their responses. Dr. Rik Patel was gentle as promised and Sharon single-handedly cured my fear of dental appointments and taught me how to brush/floss correctly. Thank you all for your hard work and accommodations! I have been a patient of Dr. Caulford's for over 25 years. When my wife and I moved from Scarborough to Ajax I tried a dentist down the street from my new house. She told me I needed to have $3000 worth of work done right away! I didn't have any benefits, so that would have been one heck of an expense. I went back to Dr. Caulford for another opinion. She explained that the other dentist had found everything that she should have - everything Dr. Caulford already knew about (and had discussed with me). The difference was that Dr. Caulford had found these issues decades ago and was monitoring them for change. As an issue worsened over time, she dealt with it. If an issue remained unchanged and did not pose a risk to me, she monitored it. This meant that my costs were spread out over many years. Some issues have remained unchanged to today and may never have to be dealt with. That kind of experience is hard to find. When you do, and you cultivate a relationship with a long history, you are unwise to abandon it for convenience. That is why my wife and I drive 2 hours from our new home in Stayner to see Dr. Caulford, and will continue to do so until she sees fit to retire.

Dr. Rik was very nice and explained how my grinding was causing my sensitivity issues. His recommendation of a mouth guard has really improved my situation. The only challenge is remembering to use the guard!

Dr. Riken is so cute. I have no idea if the work he is doing in my mouth is quality at all but I love laying back in his chair and staining in to his eyes for 1-2 hours a week. Love the dentures he made me!

I just had an extraction done yesterday at the SCARBOROUGH DENTAL GROUP by a team of well trained professionals that took GOOD CARE of me both before & after the procedure. Everything I needed to know was explained to me especially what I NEEDED TO KNOW POST-OP. I highly recommend them for any procedures you need done, including cleaning by SHARON. +-

Dr. Patel is awsome. I normally have anxiety when even thinking about a check up/cleaning but my wife said her dentist saved her tooth so I came to this place. I love it, the staff is friendly, the place is clean but most importantly Dr. Patel is a great dentist!

My last dentist told me I needed a root canal. The tooth didn’t feel too painful so I went to see Dr Rik because of his reviews.

We love coming to the dentist thanks to Dr. Rik, he makes sure that you are comfortable, and explains everything he is doing to keep you at ease. He is also great with kids, my daughter finally has no fear anymore! All staff is super friendly and the hygienists are great too! Keep up the great work guys

They switched us to the new dentist without any heads up! Very unprofessional! I was very disappointed. While I was doing cleaning, he quickly did filling on my daughter, I found out about it after I was done! I was very upset!
