Scarborough Dentist The Tooth Corner at Westford Plaza

I had an excellent experience at the Tooth Corner in Scarborough. The receptionists were both very personable, kind, professional and accommodating which I greatly appreciated! As a first time visitor this made a world of difference and set me up for success as I prepared to meet with the dentist, Dr Nayha Eijaz.

Dr Nayha was very down to earth, relatable and knowledgeable. She did a great job of explaining my options, and weighed out the pros and cons of each scenario which was great. Dr Nayha made my visit relatively pleasant and enjoyable. As a result of my positive experience and interactions I would highly recommend this dental office!

Been going here for years. Staff is fantastic and very caring. A bit transitional but that's just the way it works. Key staff are there for the long term and that's what is important.

Just recently I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at The Tooth Corner with Dr. Khadeeja Hafizi. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect of my dental care. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm and welcoming. Dr. Hafizi's dedication to crafting a dental plan that not only suited my needs but also accommodated my budget was so very appreciated. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding to be honest and she managed to restore my smile in just one appointment! Dr. Hafizi's expertise and patience were evident I couldn't be happier with the results.
The Dental Hygienist, Kenza (?) did a great job throughout the whole process as well. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about you and your dental health, look no further than Dr. Khadeeja Hafizi!

Disgusting clinic with irresponsible personnel and doctors they dont care about the patient and their time. They are just calling the patients and then let them wait for hours and changing the appointment time every time for no reason even they dont sorry for the waiting you selfish people

Great dentist had a tooth extracted and the entire experience was simple they make you feel very comfortable.

Great service very quick they will take care of you. Was in bad pain I had to wait almost 2 weeks to see my regular dentist they recomended going to dental hospital I found this play and got an appointment the next day. I they took a look did an x-ray and cleaning scdual wisedom tooth extraction all in the same day. Innally the dentist said it would just be one wisedom tooth. On day of sergury the dental sergon notinced decay on another wisedom and offerd to exract it same day to avoid more decay and second trip. Long story short I was given pain killers and after 5 days I was back to eating all the foods I loved they did a great job and worked with my osdp insure a smooth process and I did not have to pay anything out of poket

The staff are very friendly and were helpful with my insurance paperwork. The dentist and her team explained everything that was going to happen with my filing and the work was pain free and fast. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a professional office.

The worst place and ppl to deal with! The wait time is about 3 hrs per patient yes 3 hrs the staff are rude.they don't apologize for making you wait that long.
So please give your self a favor to book your dental appointment at another location.

Very good dentistry! I got my wisdom teeth out from here and the process was very smooth. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They called multiple times to make sure I didn't miss the date and they continued the check in after my operation too.

Omg! I love this place. At first I was scared getting, my wisdom teeth out. But 1. Sofia, is an amazing, girl. She's sweet, loving, kind- hearted. I loved having her as my receptionist. She really, calmed me down. Dr. Hassan. Is an amazing, dentist. He is also, very kind.and good hearted. I'm really, happy with my surgery. No problems, no what so ever. Thank you. This has to be the worst experience I every had. I commuted twice today for appoints which were readjusted by the admin team and was told the first time that the appointment was actually in the afternoon and the second time that the appointment had passed when I returned to the office the second time. No paper trail or reminders existed as tooth corner indicated that this was not there policy.

The admin team said the second time there was It was out of her hands and I should take my complaint to management.

No suggestion for rebooking was given. I just was left to commute back home the second time around. Literally a my word against theirs scenario with the customer getting screwed. I wish I never had to go to this place again but unfortunately I have to due to my orthodontic treatment.

I’m sure that will be a bitter few months as I am forced to work with this team.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but decided I needed to just to warn others. I had a dental emergency and called this place on June 13th. The receptionist booked an appointment for June 14th. I was so happy it was the next day as I was in severe pain at this point. Later I received a call that it was a mistake because they are closed on Sunday but I can come on Monday June 15th at 2: 15pm. I arrived on time and was given a mask and filled out their barrage of paperwork while sitting in a tiny enclosed area. After waiting 30 minutes with no update I saw another man come to the clinic and was let in by reception advising he was only there for a prescription. Another 20 minutes passed and he was still there. I asked reception for an update only to be told she had no idea when he would finish as they are behind and "the dentist has his door locked". Are you kidding me? The receptionist then told me it was her first day back. After 1.5 hours of waiting, while in pain with no answers I left. So much for emergency treatment. I will never return here and I urge anyone going here for an appointment to be cautious if you value your time. There was not an ounce of care or concern from staff. Customer service and simple kindness and efficiency should not suffer.

This place is awesome they are very friendly and really care about there patients I had a very pleasant experience

My previous dental office wanted an insane amount of money for pulling my tooth (EK DENTAL) But then I contacted the Tooth Corner @ Wexford plaza, and they accessed what needed to be done and fixed my tooth for free! I recommend anyone that has teeth issues call them up. There now my new dentists. They should be yours too! Thanks again The Tooth Corner.

I haven't been to the dentist is years and I was actually very scared and waiting and waiting before I actually called in. I went in the same day and got a tooth removed very friendly people and I wouldn't have a bad thing to say about them. I would definitely recommend this place as I'll also be going back again.thanks for everything

I am terrified of going to the dentist and the staff here made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming and the assistant/hygienist was super patient and gentle with me considering how anxious I was. The dentist was super knowledgeable! I've never had a better experience at the dentist and would totally recommend anyone who needs a little extra tlc due to anxiety at the dentist to go here!

From the dentist, assistant, hygienist who treated me meticulously and educate the patient about dental health, to the friendly receptionist who did their best to help you when you have an emergency call and schedule you asap. I highly recommended The Tooth corner!

I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking. The reception staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They squeezed me into their schedule despite it being full for the day. The dentist and hygienist are very professional and explained everything to me beforehand.

Was sent here from the Kingston Rd location for my son to have sleep dentistry. He is a very anxious 5 year old and had holes in his teeth; he wouldn't let the dentist do work. Lucky to stay in the tooth corner offices, and was welcomed with staff I recognized when I brought him in. I felt totally at ease. Dr. Gavin was kind and was amazing with my son. If I could give 10 stars to the tooth corner, I would!

Though there was a wait it, it was fast and easy to get the wisdom tooth removed doctor seems to care alot giving a lot of useful advice and has a good sense of humor

I hate dentists and I’m terrified and I had the best and quickest experience with Dr. Hassan and Dr. Farrah I would definitely recommend coming here for any type of tooth problem and the receptionist are very friendly and beautiful woman
