Scarborough Golf Apartments

Living in this building was a terrible choice. Hot water is scarce, and electricity goes out almost every week. The noise from constant maintenance work is unbearable, making it an awful place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I stay in this building and I think it was my worst decision ever! Never stay in this building. There's no hot water almost everyday, no electricity almost once a week. There's always some maintenance work going on, always loud voices of drill and stuff, very bad environment to live. Won't recommend.

Hemant is the best property manger I have ever came across as being living in this building from more than 1 year I have suggested many of my friends. The building is really good in terms of cleaning and safety and there is no problem of bugs or rats so far in this property.

The building is well-maintained, clean and the place to live in scarborough. The apartments are clean, location is convenient, in building laundry, large garage and building management is the best. Especially the building manager Mr Hemanta extremely skillful in managing the building, resolving the concerns of the residents and making it the best place to live in.

The Best Building management and the staff- Hemant Kumar and team, we are happy with the services (all timely managed, maintained and inspected) and the building community. Kuddos and cheers!

I have found the staff absolutely professional and friendly. Kumar, Grace and Jennifer go the extra mile to make residents comfortable. Requests are dealt with in a timely manner and I really do want to acknowledge what a Great job they are doing also Mr Raja, I can't thank him enough for all he does to maintain this building. They truly are a remarkable team and ANY company will benefit from having them!

I've been living here for well over 10 years service has improve over the recent years. Shout out to Grace and Kumar in the office for always being helpful and pleasant!

And also the other service people who come to do the routine inspection and for repairs.

Im residing in the building for the last 13 years.the most recent experience of getting my washroom bath tub replaced.the management accepted my request online and did job very promptly.

This building is under carperit and the management is very supportive. It has a marvellous views from the top of it. Even the cn tower is visible from here

Very old kitchen. Old stove! Poor flooring in kitchen. No ventilation in kitchen. Hardly any water pressure. Maintenance is poor.

Roaches everywhere. Apartments are big but they have a serious bug problem. They also keep it very cold in the winter below what's allowed by the government. Kitchen falling apart and super old.

No swimming pool, sauna as advertised. Rent increases every year & parking is unnecessary expensive. Pests are filled in the apartment and their solution is ineffective 100%. Elevators aren’t available most of the time and their heating in winter is too low that you’ll have to use multiple portable heaters to survive.

I've lived in this building for over 10 years. The services continuously decreases while the rent is ever on the rise. From bed bugs to roaches these people do bare minimum and make it harder for tenants to have minimum services. When you have an after hour emergency you encounter people who don't even want to help and brush it off and or are very condescending in the process. Would I move in if I knew this before. No way.
