In comparison to my bad experience with Compusound Vascular Ultrasound Clinic, this clinic is way better. Compusound has very rude staff who called the police to kick me out of their clinic for not wearing a mask when I clearly told them I have mask exemption and yet they didn't care and their staff was not wearing mask. Scarborough Vascular Ultrasound was more professional and the receptionist was not rude to me, I felt like they were way more respectful than the staff of the Compusound clinic. I was not even asked to wear a mask, they kept it optional, this is how you respect patient choices by informed consent and not force or by calling police to punish your patients. I applaud and praise Scarborough Vascular Ultrasound for not forcing me to wear a mask, kudos to them, this is how every ultrasound clinic should act. Although I had to travel a bit longer to get to the clinic, it was worth it. Thank you Scarborough Vascular Ultrasound for the great service you offered me today. Keep up the good work.

The receptionists have no customer service manners. Every time I go, they are rude. Need new front staff.

Terrible customer service. They lost my forms and rescheduled my appointment twice and instead of being apologetic they were rude and annoyed.

I would never ever ever go to this place again. In competent nincompoops is what they are. They said they sent the reports twice and my clinic never received it. They have absolutely no co-ordination with the clinic and expect the patient to call both parties ever day!
what the hell. Everyone else has a job to do. They should not be on the list of recommended places in appletree.
However the technician did a great job.

Customer approach is very bad. Front desk staff are very rude towards customer requests. Demanding dollar five for an X-ray report in CD format but who wants CD but never give in paper form. Promising the report will forward to family Doctor but never send after frequent reminders. Avoid this place until they post pleasing staff. I had a very bad experience but I never go this place again and never recommend to any one.

Such a super duper bad clinic! Staff change my appointment and NEVER tell me! When I get there to check in, they really impolite, rude, impatient to tell me that today is not ur appointment day why u come here? ****
they tell me my appointment is ****. WTH, I never book on weekend! I think they really mess up, anyways.never come BACK again!
