Posting under alias account as fear of retaliation. Was injured in a car accident and north york clinic told me to go here for treatment. I did not have choice. I asked to go to own lawyer clinic said no. Clinic promised me money off treatment to help me as I not working from accident. I did not receive any money. Clinic said they didn’t receive money but I see clinic make money treatment approved.

I find out that lawyers pay for files to north York clinic and trade. Clinic also pay to tow truck that refer me! Clinic also pay to firm if they refer! What system is this? They think I no find out but I find out. I reporting to law society CRA and ombudsman. Must be happening at many firm and clinic. They pay more for better file. Now I know why clinic insist on this firm. Please treat with respect. File is not commodity to trade. We are people. Law society must investigate. Insurance must investigate.

He found out that they lied to me about what their doctors actually said about my injuries which would have never happened without all of the extra hours he put in. The insurance company said I had invisible injuries but Jono forced them to reinstate all of my benefits, pay interest and a special award for their bad faith.
