Had an amazing experience with Alli. I came in with a picture of the updo I wanted for a family wedding and she went above and beyond. She is a very talented stylist and makeup artist. I will definitely be going back to see her.

It took her 15 minutes to cut my hair and without a wash or any other service, I found the price outrageous $ 56.00 for just a cut. ‍️Sorry but I won’t be back

Came here for a haircut, Sarah was fantastic! She cut just the right amount to give Mr a healthy hair. She listened to my concerns, styled it beautifully and did not try to upsell me things! I highly recommend this place for a haircut!

I’m from out of province and needed some hair TLC before an upcoming wedding. Natalia was beyond amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and made my hair look beyond better than expected. It felt like I had been going to her for years, she was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. 1000% recommend her!

I’ve been going to Ali for two years now. I came in after not having my hair cut in 5 years. I was terrified from previous salon experiences where I felt like I was told one thing and got another instead. Ali talks you through EVERYTHING she does and explains it. I’m so appreciative of her care and attentiveness. She really cares about what’s best for your hair and will try to save you money in the long run. It’s not about trying to upsell you ever, she genuinely wants to meet your goals. She’s the only person I’ll let touch my hair. I can’t recommend her enough!

Extremely professional salon. From the moment I walked in until the time I left was a wonderful experience. Paige did an incredible job on my curly hair. Usually I have issues with the cut because of my curls, absolutely no issues this time.
I believe I’ve found a salon I will return to.
Looking forward to my pedicure and manicure there as well.

I’ve been going to this salon since I was a child. I think it’s been about 12 or more years now? Regardless, I absolutely love the staff here! Everyone is so kind and friendly and they will try to make you feel as if you’re part of their family. They’re accommodating and flexible and will follow up when needed. I’ve been seeing Alli for years and love her energy so much. She’s super honest and straight-up, will tell me when she knows something won’t work for my hair to spare me the cost, and is super open to fun, different ideas.

My mom and sister also go to this salon, and I’m always quick to suggest this place to my friends. This salon cares about you and your hair/skin/nails!

Took care of all three of my children at one time. Their haircuts were great, the ladies are awesome with them and the price is fair! They even wished my middle guy a Happy Birthday! We will be back!

It cost me $70 for a simple bob haircut which was not even worth 20 bucks. The poor quality was hidden with curls and hair spray. After washing my hair at home the next day, I was shocked seeing all the "stairstep layers". My friends thought I cut my hair myself at home. The WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD.

Paige was very nice and she gave me a great haircut. She is very friendly and made me feel so comfortable even on my first visit.

I have visited this salon since 2018. And refered a lots friend. I always looking for Jisoo.

However, my friend and I had an appointment on Oct 21st 2021. When we reached there, Jisoo said we are late, so she refused to serve us. I told her, I have made two appointments, the first appointment is 3: 30, we arrived at 3: 35, so I agree, we late, it's our fault. But the other appointment is 3: 45, we asked if we could cancel the first appointment, and continue the second one (my friend 's appointment) which we were not late. She tried to find another reason to refuse us. She said we made 15 minutes appointment, but she had to wash our hair balabala. I have talked with her on wechat about the hair style I like to cut since the end of September and I have send back my appointment to her to confirm if it correct because this is the first time I use the online booking system. (She havent told us that we must washed our hair before visit, from previous visit experience I always washing my hair at salon.) After that my friend and I requested off on Oct 21st which was two weeks ago. Unfortunately we got rejected service. By the way, I clearly remember that I have waiting Jisoo did her previous customer's hairstyling around half an hour when I first time visit there on 2018. However she refused us bcz we were 5 minutes late on Oct 21st 2021.
Additional, she said we could have another appointment, but we have to pay deposit (that's ridiculous). Overall, she is not professional and she wasted our time.

I came in for Esthetics and they were wonderful! Best Spa services I've ever had! Michelle was fantastic! The spa was relaxing and very clean, such a calm atmosphere! Can't wait to come back!

Scizzions is *the* best! I had tape-in hair extensions installed and I could never go back. They blended 24" extensions into my existing balayage so seamlessly you could never tell that I have extensions. Any time that I accidentally apply too much heat to the bond, they always manage to squeeze me in the same day to fix my mistake. I would never dream of going anywhere else!

This hair salon is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly. Alli coloured & cut my hair and helped me with an extreme change I was super nervous for. She did an unbelievably amazing job and is always extremely professional while still making the appointments fun. With the covid restrictions, hair appointments of course don’t feel the same but Alli does an amazing job making sure you feel comfortable and is always keeping up with the proper protocols/procedures to provide you a safe but also fantastic experience. Thank you so much Alli for ALWAYS killing it. 12/10 experience.

What a great Salon in St Catharines. Came in for the first time, I didn't realize they were even there. I felt 100% comfortable being in there, especially with COVID19. There questions and cleaning policies were very comforting. I was thrilled with my haircut after I left, the stylist really listened and did exactly what I wanted. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. I look forward to coming back.

I have been going to this salon seeing Alli as my hair dresser for about 6 months now and every time I go, I leave feeling like a new woman. Alli has been incredible. She has started me on a hair journey that has brought new life to my boring hair and vibrancy that boosts my self confidence. She always informs me of all her reasoning for things and listens intently to what I want. She has already planned out the next 6 months with me and what we are going to do with my hair. She also offered me amazing products that have changed how I will style my hair forever. Great salon. Great service. I look forward to my next visit already.

I LOVE going to Scizzions! Alli is awesome! She takes the time to get me what works for me and will help me with any style I want. She has great ideas on styles and hair colour! If I have a question on how to make my hair look like she did she takes the time to make sure I understand! I have been to a lot of hair dressers and I never feel rushed with her and I know even if I ask for something outrageous, she will walk me through it and make sure it is REALLY what I want (including the upkeep that would be needed!) My young daughter was very nervous for her 1st real haircut. I booked an appt.with Alli and explained my daughters anxiety. From the moment we got to the salon Alli was amazing, she explained every step to my girl and eased her nervousness very quickly! She loved her haircut and style! Absolutely love going here and seeing Alli! She is fantastic at giving me exactly what I want! And when I can't decide what I want, she always helps me to come up with a plan. My daughter also loves seeing her as she is GREAT at setting kids at ease. Definitely recommend!

Scizzions is my favourite place to get my hair done especially when I get my girl Alli. She is very helpful with all colour choices And knows which is best for u and on cuts too. A very caring and welcoming person when u go see her there I highly recommend to book an appointment with her love her so much!

Alli constantly called in sick when I have had appts booked. Lack of childcare usually the issue. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing since I have been with her since hair dresser school but she doesnt seem to much care about her clients anymore. Will be looking for a new salon/hair dresser

Update: brought stars down as it is very hard to get in. Which I guess means it's a popular place but still. You will need to book FAR in advance. I have tried twice now to book something but unless I go a week or more out I cannot get in during a time that works for me. So 1/3 visits have been good.

Thank You for giving me the best haircut I have ever had. Such a great experience walking through the door. The girls were all friendly and my stylist was quite knowledgable and informative. She went through all the products she used, which helped with buying them afterwards. My hair feels absolutely amazing and the shineyiest it has ever been. Will definitely be back.

I came in with nice long hair. Just wanted a trim to make it a little bit healthier. The hair dresser Ghana kept pressing me to straighten it after it was trimmed. Yeah, she completely screwed my hair. Two months later I still don't know what she used in my hair to fry it so badly. Every time I look at my hair I want to cry. Instead of trimming my hair she thinned it out. So now on top of being fried I have a straggly ugly hair cut. I have to cut all of that crap thinned hair out and then recover the rest of my fried hair. They refunded what a paid for the trim but made me pay for the conditioner- which did nothing by the way. I am disgusted and still haven't heard from the owner.

Was in for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had Michaela and she did my colour and cut. I absolutely LOVE it, she is the one to go to! Will definitely be using my referral card to bring in my friends. The salon was clean and all the people were really friendly.

Michaela is not only an amazing colourist, she is professional, kind and makes you feel very welcome. No more dark roots and awesome blondes. Will be a repeat customer!

I have been going here for over 20years I absolutely love it here. The atmosphere, people and products. I have seen every hair stylist and have never been disappointed.

My current hair stylist is Alli she is hilarious, and definitely someone you can feel very comfortable with and she will do everything she needs to make sure your needs are met and you leave happy.

I love the salon/spa because you are able to get all your pampering needs done at one place.

I was in from out of town over the weekend and called last minute to see if they had any spots open for a blow dry. I left a message and asked kindly asked for a return call either way. I never heard back from anyone. Not impressed.

Lisa cut my hair and did an excellent job! I came in with an unclear vision of exactly what I wanted, but I ended up with a perfect cut! Pretty good prices too and everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

My whole family gets their hair cut here - myself, my husband and our 2 year old. We usually see John and Jill. I'm always impressed with how well they listen to what you want and how perfect our cuts always are. They're friendly and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I'm particularly appreciative of how patient they are with our 2 year old (who has wild hair and needs it cut often!).
Meaghan, the salon coordinator, is literally the sweetest, she makes sure to find the perfect appointment times for us, and is super understanding if we need to change them last minute. I can't recommend this team enough!

Ask for Alli. If you're getting colour services done she is the BEST. I am still shook over how good my hair looks lol!

It was my first visit, and happy to say I will become a regular client. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They greet you when you arrive and ask about your day. Staff are knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions.

Amazing Salon & spa, I have been going here for 2 years. I always feel welcome & comfortable. The stylists are always friendly & you can tell they love what they do. I will only go to get my hair done at Scizzions. I went for the first time because it was close, but now I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Ghada is AMAZING! She always takes such great care of my hair. From highlights to steampod to just a cut, I can't believe how amazing my hair looks. Congrats on 25 years Scizzions! (And many more years to come)

I LOVE Scizzions! Geri is the first hairdresser that has known what to do with my hair. I have baby fine and very thin hair which puts off most hairdressers.they just put their hands up in the air and shrug. Not Geri. In fact she sees it as a challenge and has worked with me over the years to strengthen and revitalize my hair. When I first started to go to the salon instinct told Geri that I wasn't happy with my colour.it was a little red and all I could see was copper. She waited a couple of days and had Meghan call me to see how I felt once I had slept on it a few days, and I fessed up I didn't like it. Geri brought me right in, we re-did the colour and conditioned it, no charge. I would have lived with it for the six weeks until my next appointment, and maybe not even have shown up for that next appointment. What Geri did there was solidify our relationship permanently and I've trusted her ever since. It's been five years. I won't go to anyone else. I've been going long enough that I feel like family and I think that's one of the things I like the best, all Geri's staff are long term, they all seem to have a good friendly relationship and it spills over to the clients. I can't recommend it any higher!
