This place is incredible, I just took my pet to get it groomed and I loved it, what I liked most is that they have a great Christmas package that includes many things at a special price, without a doubt it is the best place to pamper yourself your pets!

Scooby Groom is a very clean and friendly place, everyone welcomes my dog with huge smiles on their faces. I love their services and have been going there since they opened up!

I don’t usually post regarding my experience (good or bad) but because this was my dog. I had to. I brought my dog in for a grooming this week, everything seemed amazing until the next morning. She woke up with all these super red patches along her face. I contacted my veterinarian who informed me that these are due to razor burns. I’ve taken my dog numerous times to a spa closer to my house but recently moving to Toronto I wanted a new location. Overall the service is amazing, the owner is very sweet and they did a good job with her haircut but the razor burns could have absolutely been prevented. It was so sad to see how uncomfortable she was. We were able to apply some antibacterial cream along with aloe. I would recommend this salon. I would overall recommend the salon.

I brought my Australian Sheppard to Scooby Groom. I was extremely scared has I had a bad experience not that long ago at another groomer. Scooby Groom reassured me she would be okay and if i wanted i can call to see how she was doing during the appointment. I recently took my dog to this pet grooming service and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. My dog had her blow dry, ear cleaning, nail trimming, brushing, and keratin treatment, and the results were outstanding.

Amazing service. My dog just got groomed here and they did a great job. Only issue I had was my dogs tail wasn’t shaved but I find it cute so I didn’t bother saying anything about it. My dog stepped on something on the way into the groomers and she bled by the front desk. They stopped the bleeding fast and did an amazing job with her. I will definitely be back, super affordable as well!

If you are looking for professional, loving service for your pooch this is the place to go. My dog was very matted and messy, she came home looking and smelling gorgeous.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything with patience and professionalism. For any added service they will ask you first before doing it and charging you after. We are so happy to have found them.

Scooby groom is the best place to take your fubabies! Been going to them for over a year and a half. Not only are the pets cage free but they provide updates through instagram and play with all the dogs and they always come back happy, loved and well taken care of. Keep up the great work guys!

I took my little dog a couple of days ago, and they were so punctual with the appointment. My little dog had tangled hair, but they did an excellent job; now, my pet looks pretty. I LOVED that they sent you updates on your pet, so you can be calm because they are in good hands. I'll definitely take my dog there, again!

Scooby Groom is great! They did an amazing job with our chocolate lab today who sheds and has dandruff! They were very sweet with him and so pleasant from start to finish and offer very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff! I took my bichon to get a full grooming. When I picked him up, he smelled soo nice. I'm glad I took Max there to get groomed.
