Scooter's Roller Palace

I just started taking lessons here on Thursday evenings and I am having a blast! The instructor is so patient and experienced. I can't wait to get rolling on my own during regular skate time. I highly recommend these very affordable lessons if you're interested in learning how to skate.

Wonderfully nostalgic and they have skate rentals that fit kiddos. Great music, friendly staff, great time.

I went here yesterday I took the train from west harbour GO in Hamilton, and took it to Clarkson Go. This establishment is only a few minutes away from the Go station. I used to skate locally growing up in Hamilton at Roller Gardens, and this place was a blast from the past almost a carbon copy of Roller Gardens which brought back alot of Nostalgia. The staff here are really great, friendly, hard working, and accommodating. The snack bar has alot of options for food and drinks at great prices. There's plenty more to do here too if your not skating, like arcade games, pool, and other games. The skating rink was clean and smooth. The DJ played great songs. They offer birthday parties too here, and this day that I went, there was alot of parties happening, and it looked like everyone attending were very happy. If your into Rollerskating or wanna try it out I highly recommend this establishment.

Great rolling skating place, the community is super cool too! The employees are really helpful and sweet. The only thing is, it does get really busy on weekends, so if you're a beginner or just learning how to roller skate, it might be better to go on a weekday!

They've done a fantastic job on the reopening with all of the covid restrictions in place.had a fantastic time skating there like always!

I totally miss the old scooters in west end hamilton. I grew up in Dundas. After the weekend dances a few of us would roller home! Cootes drive a nice ride home! Ya. Good Times!

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and invasive. Just turned around and left. I wont support an establishment with such poor customer service.

Drove all the way to this place and found out it's closed.they should post a notice on their website!

Last time I was here, last year, it was fun. I gave roller skating a shot instead of blades. Good fun, good exercise. DJ played top 40.

Available lockers and bathrooms and areas to sit. Foosball Available in case you wanted to take roller break.

Update: dropped by yesterday to discover a sign saying closed indefinitely due to covid.

If you skate, that's the place to visit. Nice music, friendly staff, affordable especially if you have own your roller blades

A fun place just don’t go in the daytime, especially on a weekend during the day, or you will be rolling, or knocking, over little kids that have yet to learn balance or the ability to “stay in their lane! ”

I have my 26th birthday party here. It was loads of fun! Me and 20 friends gathered for a Saturday night! The only think I felt was missing was a bar but I completely understand why it's not there. Roller skating is dangerous in itself if you're new adding liquor would NOT make it any more easier! Definitely a great place for birthday parties and family gatherings!

In the moment, this place feels like the happiest place on earth! The energy is so high, the music is awesome, and it’s a complete blast to watch all of the skaters that are clearly regulars. Seems like an awesome place to have a first date or something like that! Can’t wait to go back

Like the place very much, perfect for families and friends. I had my son's birthday party there and it was a lot for fun, the team are so friendly, organized and available.

Great for birthday parties, get together's and even just for a couple hours of fun. Live DJ, snack bar, mini game area, skate rental.

The only roller-skating rink around! It may be hot and the snacks are limited but it's a great afternoon of fun.

I loved this place it was fun, all my favourite song played and if your a beginner skater they have classes there

Favorite place to skate for the family on a Saturday night. It's like a big all ages club. Everyone is dancing, singing, hanging out and having a great time. I love that people dress in theme.

The food selection is decent, however they only take cash. The nachos and cheese are excellent. The hot dogs are ok, the pizza isn't the greatest.

Great music selection! Its r&b, hop hop, reggae and soca. New music old music it's all good.

My only complaint is after the first hr or so all the people who aren't good skaters have to skate in the middle but they can't even skate there because that's where everyone goes to dance or just stand around. I think the people who can't skate should be able to hold on to the walls/ledges. It's also impossible to get to the middle with the expert skaters zooming by.

Doesn't matter what time you arrive there is always a line to get in and that's because its FUN and well worth it.

So as a beginner skater this wasn't as fun but if you're a pro it's great. The music was really upbeat and new and the atmosphere makes it fun. Be ready to build up a sweat because this is a workout.

This is very nice place for very fun activities. You can rent rollers here. Snack and drinks are available for purchase as well.

I was surprised by the popularity of this place! There was a line out the door on a Saturday at 8pm - took about 30min to get in but it was totally worth the wait. I would pay just to go in and watch the pros skate! 10/10 recommend. Great date venue, great group venue, even a great solo venue! I'll definitely be coming back.

Pretty cool spot for a date or even to hang out with friends. Don't be afraid to go if you never have done it before, lots of people of different skill levels. I liked the atmosphere that it is very diverse and everyone is there to just enjoy themselves and have fun. Could get pricey if you decide to go often

It's okay. The bouncers could be a bit more courteous, I mean if you really hate your job, may be just quit. Perhaps a bigger rink would have less people crashing into each other. The music was good and the place has a nice retro vibe to it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.floor guards are extremely rude and made family extremely uncomfortable, yelled at us for being "too slow". Definatly not going ever again. COACHLITE ROLLER GARDENS in Oshawa is much better and staff there are nicer, better atmosphere, better crowd.

Nice place, but a lil expensive. Also the track could be bigger. The announcer guy was kind of annoying telling people who aren't moving to get off the floor, but some people are just learning to skate or aren't that good at skating, so he needs to chill. Other that that, it was a pleasant experience and I had a lot of fun

Good time wish I could give more stars but the staff are absolutely horrible & very nasty to the paying guests here. Yelling nasty at people isn’t a good look.

We came here for my Daughter's 8th Birthday. What a great experience, the staff are so friendly, especially Cody who did a wonderful job hosting our party! Keep up the great work. CODY THANK YOU!

Phenomenal community there. The atmosphere in there transported back in time. I've never felt so fascinated by a place like this. Will definitely go again when I can. I'll be sure to bring my own rollerblades, too!

Came to cater a movie shoot on a Monday (they are closed).
Fantastic venue. REALLY nice staff. The rink is in AMAZING shape. Private rooms for birthday parties.
Looking forward to returning when they're open!

The staff here are rude, discriminatory and aggressive. My fiancé and I were harassed several times before even getting on the rink. The staff member literally followed us off the rink to scream at us and remind us not to use our phones or eat on the rink when we did no such thing to begin with, and actually left the rink to enjoy our snacks while sitting on the side. He followed us around on the rink continuing to yell and swear and speak in an extremely aggressive tone for absolutely no reason at all as we did not break any rules to begin with.

I was here in the afternoon, so the rink was full of families.in the evening it's adults only. It's a really fun place, admission is very affordable and there is free parking. Everyone is courteous even if you're not good at skating and there are some really experienced people that do cool stuff and give tips. There a lot of children's parties in the afternoon, and I'd not recommend the food. But that doesn't detract from the skating experience.
